Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers at the As-Syifa Al-Khaeriyah Subang Foundation to write quality scientific papers that are worthy of publication. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Unisma Bekasi Graduate School as a form of academic contribution in supporting teacher professionalism through strengthening academic literacy. The method of implementing the activity consisted of a pre-test to measure initial understanding, interactive training that included material on the nature of scientific papers, writing structures, article preparation techniques, and the selection of appropriate journals, and ended with writing practice and a clinic for the revision of participants' works. This activity was held for a full day on April 13, 2025, with a total of 50 teachers participating. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the aspects of knowledge, technical skills, and positive attitude of teachers towards scientific paper writing activities. Post-test evaluation showed an increase in the average comprehension score of participants compared to pre-test. In addition, participants also showed enthusiasm and commitment to developing a writing culture in their respective school environments.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan dokumen merupakan aspek krusial bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembukuan digital melalui aplikasi Si Apik di Kelurahan Silae, dengan fokus pada peningkatan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, observasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta pelatihan langsung kepada peserta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan signifikan dalam literasi keuangan, di mana banyak pelaku UMKM masih bergantung pada pencatatan manual. Penyuluhan ini terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan digital, serta membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya pencatatan yang sistematis dan teratur. Tanggapan positif dari masyarakat dan pemerintah menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dan perlu dilanjutkan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

PPSDSN Pendowo Kudus faces challenges in the form of limited physical activity in people with visual disabilities, which has implications for low levels of physical fitness, physical condition, as well as the prevalence of obesity and limited physical abilities. As a response, this community service activity was designed with the aim of organizing physical activity coaching and balanced nutrition education. The method used is the utilization of traditional games adapted inclusively for blind disabilities, so that in addition to targeting physical health improvement towards an ideal body, it also functions as a medium for introducing traditions and culture. The main target is the provision of appropriate technology in the form of assistance in designing blind disability-friendly physical activities to improve fitness, along with the guidebook. The implementation of the activities succeeded in achieving the success indicators: the creation and implementation of blind disability-friendly games, the preparation of a physical activity guidebook, and the implementation of simulation and practice assistance which was greeted enthusiastically. The program evaluation resulted in three key conclusions: (1) the urgency of visually impaired friendly games, (2) the increased capability of orphanage teachers in designing and applying these games, and (3) the effective participation of people with visual disabilities without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Digital, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuisoner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 75 karyawan tetap di Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel literasi digital, pelatihan, dan pengembangan masing-masing berpengaruh poritif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti berpengarug signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan literasi digital, penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan yang relevan, program pengembangan berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di lingkungan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of SLRT at the Banjarbaru City Social Service and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected from five informants through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that SLRT is quite effective, with community participation reaching 80%, reflecting the program's success in reaching its targets and providing easy, fast, and reliable services. This success is also supported by effective inter-agency coordination. Supporting factors include a strong legal basis, officer response, and local government support. While obstacles include a lack of information, geographical constraints, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, an approach that uses reference research as the main material for creating hypotheses and proving both hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by researchers from the websites of the National Zakat Agency, the Central Statistics Agency, and the Ministry of Finance. The data is in the form of annual data from 2019 to 2024. The existing data is analyzed using smart PLS 4.0 software

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of over capacity conditions on the level of student learning focus at Elementary School of Gili Barat Bangkalan. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 37 students. The results showed that the majority of students felt that the large number of classmates caused the learning atmosphere to become unconducive, difficult to concentrate, and disrupted interactions with teachers. In addition, teachers also experience difficulties in managing crowded classes and providing individualized attention to each student. Limited space and infrastructure also worsen learning conditions in the classroom. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools and policy makers reorganize the number of students per class and improve the quality of learning facilities to create a more conducive and effective learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Marketing and Environmental Awareness on Purchasing Decisions, with Attitude as a mediating variable on Lemonilo Instant Noodle consumers in Kalianda City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through an online questionnaire using a purposive sampling technique on 120 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that Green Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = 0.381; T-statistic = 4.312; P-value = 0.000), as well as Environmental Awareness (coefficient = 0.351; T-statistic = 3.909; P-value = 0.000). Green Marketing and Environmental Awareness also had a positive effect on Attitude, with Environmental Awareness showing a stronger influence. Attitude is proven to have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = 0.248; T-statistic = 2.592; P-value = 0.010). Attitude significantly mediates the influence of Environmental Awareness on Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = 0.119; T-statistic = 2.205; P-value = 0.028), but is not significant on the influence of Green Marketing on Purchasing Decisions (coefficient = 0.065; T-statistic = 1.616; P-value = 0.106).

Abstract

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is one of the most popular fruit vegetables due to its various benefits. However, the transportation process can lead to mechanical damage such as bruising, scratching, and cracking. This study aims to evaluate the effect of different packaging types on the physical characteristics of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) and to assess the extent of mechanical and physical damage following simulated transportation and storage. Three types of packaging were used in this study: polyethylene plastic (PE), polyethylene plastic combined with corrugated cardboard (PEKG), and polyethylene plastic combined with plastic crates (PEKP). The transportation simulation was conducted for 1 hour. The results showed that the lowest mechanical damage occurred in PEKG packaging (5.5%) and the highest in PE (24.07%). The highest weight loss was recorded in PE (4.86%), while the lowest occurred in PEKG (4.17%). The lowest firmness value was observed in PE (20.10 N), and the highest in PEKG (20.42 N).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the growth of e-commerce as a major platform in modern trade activities. In increasingly competitive conditions, businesses are required to implement effective marketing strategies, one of which is through product discounts. This study aims to analyze the role of product discounts in increasing marketing effectiveness and their contribution to business progress in the e-commerce era. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 active e-commerce businesses that have used discount strategies. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, multiple regression, and the Sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results show that product discounts have a significant effect on marketing effectiveness (β = 0.568; p < 0.01), and marketing effectiveness has a significant effect on business progress (β = 0.612; p < 0.01). Discounts also have a direct effect on business progress (β = 0.325; p < 0.05), but the indirect effect through marketing effectiveness is proven to be stronger based on the results of the Sobel test (Z = 3.85; p < 0.001). This finding provides important implications for e-commerce business actors to be able to utilize discounts appropriately in building their business progress.
