Abstract

Ideally, the growing number of industries will generate employment possibilities for the local population. The fact that many residents in Kota Pari, Deli Serdang Regency, do not have good jobs, however, is still a major problem. Even if Kota Pari is home to many home industries, they should nonetheless offer employment opportunities and decent pay to those without the funds to launch their own companies. Meanwhile, via effective administration of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) targeted at boosting the economy, the potential of villages and community resources can be maximized. To learn more about the job absorption from the current home industries in Kota Pari, Deli Serdang Regency, this research is essential. Economic growth is greatly impacted by the creation of home businesses, which should also benefit many communities by creating jobs and providing other social advantages. The large number of Kota Pari hamlets with home-based businesses ought to be used as a model for other villages that the Village Government can use to boost and expand Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). According to the study's findings, Kota Pari village's economic growth was positively and significantly impacted by variables X1 and X2 (employment and home industry activity) at the same time. It is expressed favorably because economic growth will rise in tandem with improved domestic industrial activity and employment. Conversely, economic growth will also slow down if current domestic industrial activity and employment decline

Abstract

Inclusive education aims to provide equal access to education for all students, including  those  with  special  needs,  in  a  friendly  and  supportive  learning environment. This study was conducted at SDS Ulul Albab, Jember Regency, with the aim of analyzing opportunities and barriers in the implementation of inclusive education in one particular local context. The research approach used was qualitative with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth  interviews,  participant  observation,  and  document  analysis  from schools  that  implement  the  inclusive  education  model.  The  results  of  the study indicate that the main opportunities in the implementation of inclusive education  include  government  policy  support,  teacher  commitment,  and community  participation.  However,  significant  obstacles  were  also  found, such as the lack of facilities that support the needs of students with special needs, limited teacher competence, and the existence of social stigma against inclusive students. This study concludes that the implementation of inclusive education  requires  a  collaborative  approach  between  the  government, schools,  and  the  community  to  overcome  obstacles  and  maximize opportunities.  These  findings  provide  practical  recommendations  for stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of inclusive education at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of female leadership in Islam through an analysis of QS. Al-Nisa [4]: 34 using the Qiraah Mubadalah theory. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with a library research approach that analyzes relevant literature and exegesis. The analysis is carried out through three main stages of the Qiraah Mubadalah theory: identifying the universal principles of Islam, interpreting the text inclusively, and applying the ideas in a context relevant to both men and women. The findings indicate that QS. Al-Nisa [4]: 34, often interpreted in a patriarchal manner, can be understood in a more egalitarian light, emphasizing that leadership roles are not exclusive to men but are also open to women with qualities such as responsibility, wisdom, and justice. This approach demonstrates that Islam supports gender equality in various aspects of life, including leadership in households, organizations, and society. The study concludes that leadership in Islam should be based on the values of justice and equality, transcending gender boundaries.

Abstract

In the modern era, education plays a vital role in preparing students to navigate an interconnected and technologically advanced world. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is crucial for fostering moral and spiritual development among Muslim students. However, the current curriculum often fails to address 21st-century competencies such as critical thinking, digital literacy, and global citizenship. This study examines the alignment of the PAI curriculum with future generational needs, the integration of technology in Islamic education, and the gaps between traditional content and modern educational demands. Using interviews, classroom observations, surveys, and focus group discussions, the research highlights both the strengths and limitations of the curriculum. This study proposes a comprehensive reform approach that balances traditional Islamic principles with modern pedagogical practices. Key recommendations include curriculum updates to incorporate 21st-century skills, professional development for educators, and investments in digital infrastructure. By adopting these measures, Islamic Religious Education can evolve to empower students as morally grounded, critical thinkers, and global citizens, ensuring its relevance in the 21st century.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of inclusive governance and the rule of law in protecting human rights in the post-globalization era through the perspective of the Hadith. The research employs a qualitative method with a normative-analytical approach, focusing on the thematic interpretation of selected Hadiths that emphasize justice, inclusivity, and legal supremacy. Data collection includes literature review and the analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic texts. The findings highlight that principles of inclusive governance and legal supremacy align with the core values of the Hadith, which advocate for justice, the prevention of oppression, and the protection of minority rights. The research reveals that integrating these principles into modern governance models can address socio-political inequalities and strengthen human rights protection. The study concludes that the Hadith offers valuable guidance for reimagining governance frameworks that are just, inclusive, and rooted in moral and ethical principles, making them adaptable to the challenges of the post-globalization era.
