Abstract

This research was motivated by the need for knowledge about the effect of different textile materials on the finished results of the spiral pleated origami technique on balero sleeves, since fabric characteristics such as thickness, stiffness, and drape are presumed to affect fold stability, volume, and aesthetic value. This study describes the finished balero sleeves made with the spiral pleated origami technique using bridal satin, mikado silk, and shantung satin, viewed from fold stability, volume, and aesthetics, and determines whether differences in material type produce different results. This is an experimental study with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire assessed by 18 panelists (3 experts and 15 trained panelists from the Fashion Design Study Program, IKK FPP UNP), then analyzed descriptively and inferentially through normality, homogeneity, one-way ANOVA, and Post Hoc Bonferroni tests using SPSS version 26. Results show the mikado silk balero obtained the highest percentage at 83.70% (very suitable), followed by bridal satin at 75.54% (suitable) and shantung satin at 62.88% (fairly suitable). The one-way ANOVA test showed a significance value of 0.000, below 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho rejected. It can be concluded that material type significantly affects the stability, volume, and aesthetics of balero sleeves, with mikado silk as the most optimal material for this technique.

Abstract

Breast cancer patients often experience physical and psychological changes that may affect their self-esteem. Low self-esteem can influence treatment adherence, psychological well-being, and overall quality of life. This study aims to identify factors that influence self-esteem among breast cancer patients. The method used was a literature review following the PRISMA guidelines. Articles were searched from Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Taylor & Francis Online, databases using the keywords “self-esteem”, “breast cancer patients”, and “determinants”. Articles published between 2020–2025 were included. From 3,470 identified articles, 9 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed descriptively. The results show that self-esteem in breast cancer patients is influenced by several factors, including family support, body image, meaning of life, self-efficacy, and anxiety. Family support was consistently reported as a significant factor associated with higher self-esteem. These findings highlight the importance of psychosocial support in improving the psychological well-being of breast cancer patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal relationship marketing (IRM) on consumer trust in horticultural commodities at Cikurubuk Market, Tasikmalaya City. The urgency of this research arises from inconsistencies between consumer expectations and actual market conditions, particularly concerning the quality of interactions between sellers and buyers, which affects fluctuations in trust. A quantitative survey approach was employed, and data were collected from 55 consumers who had made purchases within the last six months. The data were analyzed using multiple regression, supported by classical assumption tests including normality, homogeneity of variance, autocorrelation, and multicollinearity. The results indicate that power symmetry–asymmetry, valence of the relationship, intensity of interdependence, and social- or work-related orientation simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer trust. However, only valence of the relationship and social- or work-related orientation show significant partial effects, while the other two variables do not. These findings highlight that positive relational valence and social-oriented interactions are the most decisive factors in shaping consumer trust within traditional horticultural markets. The study concludes that strengthening interpersonal relationship quality should be a strategic priority for sellers seeking to enhance consumer trust.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence(Generative AI) has transformed digital marketing by enabling businesses to deliver more adaptive, interactive, and personalized customer experiences. Despite its growing adoption in e-commerce, the underlying mechanisms through which Generative AI Marketing influences Purchase Intention remain insufficiently explored, particularly in the context of Indonesian e-commerce users. This study aims to examine the effect of Generative AI Marketing on Purchase Intention by investigating the mediating roles of Perceived Personalizationand Customer Trust. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using a survey of 50 Indonesian e-commerceusers who had previously interacted with AI-powered marketing features. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and the collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that Generative AI Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Personalization, Customer Trust, and Purchase Intention. Furthermore, Perceived Personalization significantly enhances both Customer Trust and Purchase Intention, while Customer Trust positively influences Purchase Intention. The mediation analysis further demonstrates that Perceived Personalizationand Customer Trust, both individually and sequentially, mediate the relationship between Generative AI Marketing and Purchase Intention. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of Generative AI in digital marketing extends beyond its capability to generate personalized recommendations; it also depends on its ability to foster consumers' perceptions of personalization and build trust, which ultimately encourage Purchase Intention. This study contributes to the literature by integrating the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S–O–R) Theory, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Relationship Marketing Theory, and Signaling Theory into a comprehensive framework for explaining consumer Purchase Intention in AI-driven e-commerce. The findings also provide practical insights for e-commerce businesses in designing AI-powered marketing strategies that emphasize personalization, transparency, and trust to strengthen customer engagement and purchasing behavior.
