Abstract

This research aims to examine and determine the effect of PAD, DAK and SiLPA on opportunistic behavior of incumbent budget compiler related local elections simultaneously in 2015 at Regency/City in Indonesia. The amount of the populations were Regency/City in Indonesia that followed the elections simultaneously in 2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Based on these criteria, the number of samples in the study of 45 regions comprising 34 Regencys and 11 Cities. This research used the secondary data. The data used are the realization of the budget that includes the PAD, DAK, SiLPA, education, health, infrastructure, grants and social assistance in 2013-2015. The analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis. The result obtained are changes PAD, DAK and SiLPA positive influence on opportunistic behavior of incumbent budget compiler at Regency/City in Indonesia.

Abstract

The study aims to look at the effect of internal marketing on market orientation through organizational commitment and OCB at state-owned banks (Mandiri, BNI, BRI) in Denpasar. All employees of state-owned banks in Denpasar is the study population. The number of samples in this study set 179 respondents. Convenience sampling selected as the sampling method of front liner employees (tellers and customer service), marketing and branch leaders. The data is processed and analyzed by SEM through AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) The relationship between internal marketing on market orientation, internal marketing on organizational commitment, internal marketing on OCB, is positive and significant. (2) The effect of organizational commitment on market orientation, organizational commitment on OCB, is positive and significant. (3) OCB has a positive and significant impact on market orientation. (4) organizational commitment and OCB is a mediating variable between internal marketing and market orientation. (5) Organizational commitment as a mediating variable between internal marketing and OCB. (6) OCB is a mediating variable between organizational commitment and market orientation. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional (distributif, prosedural, dan interaksional) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen dan intensi keluar di PT Indonesia Power UBP Bali. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai mulai jenjang Pelaksana sampai Penyelia Atas dengan metode sensus, sehingga anggota populasi yang berjumlah 230 orang seluruhnya menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) Keadilan interaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen, dan 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Kata Kunci : Keadilan Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen, Intensi Keluar

Abstract

Koperasi is one of the economic force that drive the growth of the national economy SHU or Koperasi’s profit is also one important element in improving the welfare of its members, including the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP). The objectives of this research are as follows : 1) to determine the effect of the number of members, number of members’ savings, the loan amount and the number of members working capital simultaneously on Koperasi’s profit (SHU) at the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) of Badung Regency; 2) to determine the effect of the number of members, number of members’ savings, the loan amount and the number of members working capital partial on Koperasi’s profit (SHU) at the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) of Badung Regency; 3) to determine the most dominant variable influence Koperasi’s profit (SHU) at the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) of Badung Regency. This research, which is located at Badung regency. The analysis 34 from 46 of KSP with timeseries with 2007-2011. Data were collected analysis regression by random sampling technique. According to the analysis of the data, can be known that the amount of the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) members, and the amount of working capital of the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) simultaneously significant effect of Koperasi’s profit (SHU), and also partially positive and significant of net income cooperatives in Badung. Usually variable the amount of members’s savings, the amount of members’s loan simultaneously isn’t significant effect of Koperasi’s profit (SHU) .Variable the amount of working capital is the dominant factor that influence Koperasi’s profit (SHU). Based on these results to suggest the need for efforts to reduce lending rates and administrative costs, as it will influence the behavior of members of the cooperative in making loans at savings and loans co-operative unit. If the interest on the loan and reduced administrative costs, members will be more interested in making the loan, so the savings and loan business unit revenue increased and ultimately the level of member participation is greater. Keywords :  Koperasi’s profit (SHU), the amount of the savings and credit of Koperasi (KSP) members, the amount of members’s savings, the amount of members’s loan, and the amount of working capital.

Abstract

Selection of the CPNS (Public Official Candidates) by using the Computer Answer Sheet  results is prone to manipulation of data physically.National Civil Service Agency introduces Computer Assisted Test (CAT) System since 2009. Nationally, the CAT system is a must to use on 2014, including the selection CPNS Jembrana and Karangasem Regency. This research examines an influence of the use of the CAT system variables towards cost efficiency and accountability of the publication of results. The number of respondents in this research is 1,825 people which qualified the respondent's purposive sampling. Questionnaire distributed to participants of the selection shortly after a basic competency tests in the CAT Station at Region X of BKN Office in Denpasar. Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research determines that the use of the CAT system has positive influences on cost efficiencies and also has a positive influence on accountability of the publication of results. By this research can be concluded that the use of the CAT system is effective and efficient. In future the intuition sugested to develop and use CAT system widely.

Abstract

Increase in the value a company has often linked to shareholder wellfare as a result of company performance. One of company performance which is financial performance can be seen as economic value added (EVA). EVA is predicted as a variable that can mediating investment opportunity, leverage, and dividend policy in influencing company value with the help of path analysis. This research used cencus of manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) that sharing its dividend troughout time window 2010 until 2013. As result of this research state, EVA only can mediating leverage influence to company value. Likewise, on examination of variable direct effect is founded only leverage that can influence directly to company value.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the understanding of the actors from theirs experience involved in the management of heritage assets in Museum Semarajaya. The study evaluated the accounting treatment in the context of the recognition, assessment and disclosure. The case study is used as an approach in which the data obtained in accordance with the reality. Researchers use a method of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data obtained from the interpretation of the informant then analyzed in depth. Results of the study indicate that the informant understands the definition of heritage assets from the standpoint of understanding the criteria of fixed assets and cultural heritage. Other findings that heritage assets that can be recognized in the balance sheet was obtained in the current period using historical cost. However, disclosure of heritage assets not in accordance with the government accounting standards. The existence of the heritage assets that can not be identified value has not been disclosed in the Notes to Financial Statements.

Abstract

Term incentive used in this study is the extent to which incentives can motivate members of the organization (employees) to achieve the goals of the organization (company). The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of giving incentive and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and work motivation. Research was conducted on the employees of QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya. Data collected by a questionnaire distributed to all employees and employee. Data have been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that giving incentive and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study also found that giving incentive and job satisfaction of employees QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation at the Bank QNB Indonesia Area Surabaya.

Abstract

The problems facing nations that need the right process of handling are poverty. As part of development, poverty alleviation requires a common perception of stakeholders that they require alignment in their implementation in order to achieve targeted, effective, efficient and sustainable results. In poverty alleviation programs, strategies are applied using the principle that if poor people have an opportunity to make independent decisions, they will be able to do much for themselves, their families and communities. Efforts that have been made by the Provincial Government of Bali in improving welfare and poverty alleviation through several strategies and policies. The Provincial Government of Bali has launched the Integrated Village Development Movement Program Mandara / Gerbang Sadu Mandara (GSM) as a place for rural communities to jointly build themselves and their communities independently and participatively. The Gerbang Sadu Mandara Program covers the development of rural infrastructure and the development of productive economic enterprises in rural areas which is one of the main programs in accelerating poverty reduction in Bali Province. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence between Empowerment variables, Village Leadership Leadership, Community Participation and Success of Integrated Village Development Movement Program Mandara in District Karangasem. And the influence of moderation of advisory variables on empowerment relationship and leadership of village head to community participation. This research uses descriptive analysis technique and structural equation with SEM alternative PLS. The results showed that Empowerment and Leadership of Village Head variable have positive and significant influence to Community Participation System with R-Square value of 0.795. In addition, Empowerment variables, Village Leadership, Community Participation also have a positive and significant impact on Program Success with R-Square value of 0.867.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan karakteristik sosial demografi konsumen (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, pekerjaan, tempat kerja, status keluarga, jumlah anak, total pengeluaran keluarga per bulan) dengan respon terhadap stimuli komunikasi pemasaran (AIDA) pada produk Bancassurance AIA-BCA. Responden penelitian adalah 300 nasabah dan dianalisis menggunakan alat Crosstabs Analysis dan Chi-Square Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel selain jenis kelamin berhubungan signifikan dengan stimuli AIDA. Responden tua  (? 30 tahun), pendidikan tinggi, pekerjaan profesional dan wirausaha,  tempat kerja swasta dan sendiri/wirausaha, berkeluarga dan janda/duda, jumlah anak diatas dua,  total pengeluaran keluarga per bulan diatas Rp. 7.500.000,- mempunyai sikap lebih positif terhadap stimuli AIDA.
