Abstract

Pemasaran melalui agen memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar bagi perusahaan asuransi Equity Life Indonesia Cabang Renon Denpasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja agen pemasaran asuransi Equity Life Indonesia Cabang Renon Denpasar. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah explanatory dengan menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu self efficacy, motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden agen pemasaran. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada variabel self efficacy terhadap kinerja menunjukkan sig. 0,02, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima yang berarti self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja agen pemasaran. Pada variabel  motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,00 sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H2) diterima yang artinya motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja agen pemasaran asuransi Equity Life Indonesia cabang Renon Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of human resources competence, utilization of information technology, organizational commitment and budget revision on the effectiveness of Udayana University budget management. Data source used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The respondents were all over the existing budget management officer of Udayana University in 2016 as many as 156 peoples. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that the human resources competencies positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management, utilization of information technology positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management, organizational commitment positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management and budget revision positive influence on the effectiveness of Udayana University budget management.

Abstract

This Thesis investigates the role of monetary transmission mechanism in Indonesia. The responses on leading indicator Indonesia economy to structural shock of Internasional dan domestic are estimated using monthly data of the open economy Structural Vector Autoreggression (SVAR) model approach. Block exogenous assumption on SVAR model and non-recursive zero restriction on AB model of contemporaneous matrix interaction of variables are imposing for SVAR model identification purpose. The estimation result reveal that Monetary Transmission Mechanism channels : interest rate, credit, exchange rate and assets price did not prove to be strongly effective play a crucial role in changes in financial market and good market. Further, we estimate crucial role of internasional shock and domestic shock using impulse response function and variance decomposition technique. This empirical investigation demonstrates result which more in line with the economic theory. However, result from the impulse response analysis show that price level rises and depreciation, not as expected. This thesis finds that Internasional shock have more a significant impact than domestic shock on Indonesia economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and information technology on the quality of SME financial statements in the Province of Bali, and to determine the effect of organizational culture, information technology and quality of financial reports on the quantity of credit received by SMEs in Bali Province. The sample of this study was 100 SMEs in the Province of Bali, where sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study are organizational culture variables that are not significant in influencing the quality of financial statements. Technological variables have a positive and significant impact on the quality of financial statements. Respondents were very helpful in preparing financial statements using financial statement preparation software. Organizational culture and technology variables do not significantly influence the quantity of credit received by SMEs. While the variable quality of financial statements has a positive and significant effect on the quantity of credit received by SMEs

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan peran wanita untuk ikut aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi khususnya di sektor informal pada dasarnya tidak saja ditujukan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan tetapi juga meningkatkan perempuan ikut aktif pada kegiatan ekonomi kemasyarakatan. Salah satu sektor informal yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja adalah sektor perdagangan dan pada umumnya sektor perdagangan terkonsentrasi di pasar-pasar. Sektor perdagangan yang tidak lepas dari budaya, ritual, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah berdagang canang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh curahan jam kerja, jumlah pekerja, modal usaha, dan lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang canang secara serempak dan parsial di Kabupaten Badung. Populasi adalah seluruh pedagang canang yang pengelolaannya diawasi oleh Perusahaan Daerah Pasar yaitu sebanyak 105 pedagang canang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variabel Curahan jam kerja, Jumlah tenaga kerja, Modal usaha dan Lokasi usaha secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Pedagang canang di Kabupaten Badung. Dari keempat variabel yang digunakan Curahan jam  kerja, Jumlah tenaga kerja, Modal usaha dan Lokasi usaha secara parsial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Pedagang canang di Kabupaten Badung.   ABSTRACT Increasing the role of women to participate actively in economic activities, especially in the informal sector are not only essentially aimed at reducing poverty but also actively increasing women participation in economic activities of society. One of the many informal sector that absorb labor is trade sector and generally concentrated in the markets. The trade sector which can not be separated from culture, rituals in everyday life is  trade canang.   This study to understand the effect of the outpouring of  working hours, number of workers, capital, and business location of the income of canang trader simultaneously and partially in Badung Regency. Population is all canang traders that managed by Regional Enterprise Market are 105 canang traders. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques.   The test results showed that variable of working hours (X1), number of workers (X2),  capital (X3) and business location (X4) simultaneously affect income of canang traders (Y) in Badung. Based on four variables used are working hours (X1), total of worker (X2), capital (X3) and business location (X4) partially indicate a positive and significant impact on the income of canang traders (Y) in Badung.

Abstract

Efforts to achieve the targets set together other world  countries  in the Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) is a noble task that is being carried out by the Bali Provincial Government. Bali Provincial Government in its efforts to achieve its targets has been putting  efforts to accelerate the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGsBreakthrough has been done by the Bali Provincial Government through the Department of Education, Youth and Sports within Education Program Costs for Poor Students Academic Achievement in the Field (BIDIK SIMISI). BIDIK SIMISI program aims to encourage economically deprired students to reach academic achievement by getting into education Vocational School (SMK). The evaluation is then very important to measure the extent of the effectiveness of programs  implemented in line with the expectations. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and impact of the implementation of the Poor and Achievement Scholarship Program (BIDIK SIMISI) in the relation  to Dropout Rate and Pure Participation Rate in Bali Province. To achieve these objectives the research is being conducted in SMKN I Denpasar. The  primary data was collected by descriptive quantitative for the questionnaire  , qualitative data (secondary) colleted by interview, observation, and documentation was analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results showed that ; 1) The level of effectiveness of the program in term of inputs, processes and outputs was relatively effective, 2) Implementation of the poor and achievement schlarship program did not negatively impact the school dropout rate, 3) Implementation and achievement scholarship program had a poor negative impact on net enrollment in Bali province the first year of implementation, while the second and third year had a positive impact on net enrollment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional, mengkaji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dan mengkaji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap hubungan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 122 dan menggunakan simple random sampling serta menggunakan rumus Slovin dalam pengambilan sampel, sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 55 karyawan. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan pendekatan variance based dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) serta melakukan uji VAF untuk pengujian variabel mediasi merupakaan alat analisis yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasionalonal dan adanya pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional serta kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi terbukti memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasionalonal.

Abstract

Previous researches concerning the influence of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack found inconsistent results. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack with tight budgetary control and time orientation as moderating variables in Gianyar local government SKPD’s. Data was collected by the use of questionnaires and respondents were selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used are simple regression and moderated regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that participatory budgeting had no positive effect on budgetary slack, tight budgetary control weaken the influence of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack, and  time orientation does not  moderate the influence of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of budget participation on the performance of conditional factors (organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style). Performance tested was the performance of government officials in North Lombok regency. Specifically, this research examines the influence of budget participation on the performance, as well as the effect of budget participation on the performance of the organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style as a moderating variable. The research was conducted by survey by distributing questionnaires to officials directly involved in the budgeting process, the three officials in each of the regional work units (SKPD). The questionnaire can be used amounted to 93 questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) The results showed (1) budget participation has positive influence on the performance of government officials; (2) moderate the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and The leadership style moderating influence of budget participation with the performance of government officials

Abstract

Performance can be known and measured if an individual or group of employees has the criteria or standard of success of the benchmarks set by the organization. This research was conducted in all BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) in Sukawati District Gianyar which engaged in banking. The number of samples using slovin method is 68 respondents. Analysis results can be seen that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work motivation moderates the influence of leadership positively and significantly on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given, the BPR leaders in Gianyar Regency should clearly provide the attitude that is considered good by subordinates, competent in providing tasks, such as the suitability of tasks with the ability of employees to produce good performance. In motivating employees every leader should instill positive attitude of employees to the work they receive, such as the attitude of responsibility and teach that all work given immediately be completed to achieve good results as employee motivation in improving the performance in the company, so that employees have the ability to overcome the problems it faces to show good performance.
