Abstract

Dalam dunia perhotelan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dengan baik, cepat dan tepat dapat berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan dari para pelanggan. Suatu pelanggan akan merasa senang dan memiliki kepuasan jika mereka mendapatkan dan merasakan pelayanan yang terbaik oleh suatu hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak kualitas pelayanan front office terhadap kepuasan para pelanggan di Hotel Horison Bekasi. Indikator yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan front office melalui 5 tahapan penilaian diantaranya 1) reliability, 2) responsiveness, 3) assurance, 4) empathy, 5) tangible, pada Hotel Horison Bekasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan terdiri yang dari 5 tahapan yaitu 1) reliability, 2) responsiveness, 3) assurance, 4) empathy, 5) tangible, hal itu cukup berdampak besar pada kepuasan pelanggan selama menggunakan jasa layanan Hotel Horison Bekasi. Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke suatu destinasi wisata, diperlukan daya tarik yang dapat memicu keinginan minat wisatawan sehingga timbul keinginan untuk berkunjung ke suatu destinasi wisata. Objek wisata juga merupakan salah satu kunci daya tarik suatu tempat wisata. Seperti pada Destinasi Wisata Taman Ismail Marzuki yang memadukan keindahan alam serta estetik bangunan dan dengan adanya banyak objek wisata yang di miliki di lingkup wisata sehingga banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung. Taman Ismail Marzuki ini juga dapat di jadikan sebagai  tempat edukasi bagi para pengunjung kerena memiliki tempat yang sejuk dan unik untuk di jadikan rekreasi bersama keluarga, orang tua, saudara, teman, dan lain-lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas ketersinambungan antara daya tarik wisata dengan minat berkunjung wisatawan ke suatu destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dimana kami berkunjung ke Taman Ismail Marzuki, mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, dan menyusun data yang telah kita kumpulkan. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi dan dengan melakukan wawancara. Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya daya tarik wisata yang beraneka ragam dan peningkatan kualitas objek wisata maka minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Taman Ismail Marzuki semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren pariwisata dan berbagai informasi terkait dengan revitalisasi kawasan wisata Taman Ismail Marzuki pasca pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil responden 25 wisatawan lokal dengan simple random sampling, dengan metode one shot time, dimana waktu yang digunakan hanya satu waktu. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi ulasan pengunjung terhadap tren wajah baru kawasan wisata Taman Ismail Marzuki, meliputi: harga tiket masuk, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas penunjang operasional, usia pengunjung, serta kebijakan terbaru pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Metaverse is a virtual world that is currently very helpful for people to experience things that can't be done in person. The main purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of the metaverse that has been used so far in the tourism and hotel industries, find out what changes will occur in the future, and find out the opportunities and shortcomings of the metaverse in the tourism and hotel industries. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by collecting a number of books and magazines related to research. Metaverse has an impact on people's social life, but it will be very useful in the future

Abstract

Revitalization as a series of efforts to revive the National Monument area in the process is not an easy thing. In carrying out revitalization there are steps that must be considered so that the revitalization process can be successful. This study aims to determine the effect of revitalization on interest in visiting the National Monument. This research was conducted using descriptive data analysis method with a qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that revitalization can affect the interest of tourists to visit tourist attractions.

Abstract

Based on Law No.10 of 2009 concerning tourism, it is stated that tourism development is needed to encourage equal opportunities to try and obtain benefits and be able to face the challenges of changing local, national, and global lives. Tourism development strategies are very important in planned tourism so that their strengths can be developed effectively. The great asia africa development strategy opens up opportunities for surrounding communities to earn income through tourist attractions in the great asia africa. The impact of this study aims to improve the management of the tourism sector in Indonesia through strategies carried out by the government and community participation in the development of Indonesian tourism. This journal is compiled using qualitative methods. This research discusses the stratgei of development at The Great Asia Afrika located in Lembang, Bandung.

Abstract

Revitalization is a way to revive or reactivate a program or activity. Revitalization at the HI Jakarta roundabout began on April 15 2022 and was completed in November in 2022 with the aim of improving infrastructure and improving services that can increase the number of visitors at Transjakarta shelters. The research conducted with the title Revitalization of the Hi Roundabout Transjakarta Bus Stop Becomes a New Attraction for Jakarta Residents uses a qualitative method which is carried out using data collection techniques by means of interviews and literature studies. The results of the study revealed that with the revitalization at the Bundaran HI Transjakarta bus stop it became a new attraction for visitors who came, but in revitalization there was still a shortage of facilities that were still in the process of being worked on such as escalators, food courts, ATM centers and so on. The revitalization of the Transjakarta bus stop is implemented as a place for photo spots, especially the younger generation with various spots that can be used as photos such as fountains and welcome monument statues, besides that if visitors come at night then visitors can feel Jakarta's city lights. Transjakarta revitalization is also a driving force in the formation of new attractions by covering various strengths and opportunities owned by Transjakarta companies such as strategic locations, friendly service and so on which can be one of the factors in forming new attractions.

Abstract

Metaverse technology can help all aspects of life in the economic, educational and business fields. however, limited information and literacy can have a negative impact, so socialization about the metaverse is needed. This study analyzes to see the effectiveness of economic opportunities in (Lake Toba tourism: example) through metaverse tourism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by utilizing secondary data and interviews to strengthen references and confirm the data found during the study. The virtual world in tourism has opened up new possibilities for innovation in enjoying travel. Adapting to technology that is environmentally friendly and has a positive impact on preserving nature without having to be afraid of negative issues that will reduce the interest of tourists to come to visit to enjoy natural phenomena and travel in (Lake Toba: example). Indonesia must be ready to face this technological metaverse because in the future the world will change.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Province has various types of tourist options that tourists can visit, ranging from recreational parks, shopping centers, events, culinary tourism, cultural tourism and marine tourism. DKI Jakarta Province is also an area with the largest number of museums and places of historical relics coupled with the implementation of various tourism attractions as well as arts and cultural activities. in several areas that have met the requirements to be categorized as “Tourism Destinations” North Jakarta, whose territory is located on the coast, has added value in developing attractive tourism potential, not only for the people of Jakarta, but also for the wider Indonesian community. The North Jakarta government issued "12 Routes of Coastal Tourism Destinations" to introduce North Jakarta's diverse tourism offerings, including cultural tourism, religious tourism, shopping-culinary tourism, water sports-recreational tourism and eco-tourism. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA) has an area of 552ha, located in Ancol Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta. Abstract

The weakness of the tourism industry for almost two years caused by the covid 19 pandemic has made tourist attractions in Indonesia strive to promote in a unique and sophisticated way, namely by implementing metaverse tourism which emphasizes rapid technological developments. One of the museums in Indonesia that uses metaverse tourism is the Bank Indonesia Museum. The promotion of this sophisticated tourist attraction will begin to be implemented by the Museum of Bank Indonesia in 2021. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, literature studies, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out metaverse tourism as a tourism promotion strategy at the Bank Indonesia Museum. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Museum Bank Indonesia is advised to use metaverse tourism as an alternative tourism promotion strategy that emphasizes the sophistication of technology that has been implemented. This strategy will increase awareness and experience for tourists, who will later share their experiences after visiting the Bank Indonesia Museum either through speech, writing, interesting photos or videos by uploading them on social media.
