Abstract

Infectious diseases are one of the many health problems that occur in society, especially in Indonesia. The drugs commonly prescribed by doctors for the general public to overcome this problem are antibiotics. Antibiotics are drugs used by health to inhibit, kill or treat bacterial infections. However, the use of antibiotics is often misused, such as using antibiotics without a doctor's prescription, not finishing antibiotics, not using according to dosage, to treatment that should not require antibiotics. This poses a risk of antibiotic resistance. One of the factors causing this is the lack of education to the public regarding the use of drugs, especially antibiotics. The target of this activity is the people of South Kalimantan, precisely to the visitors of MTQ South Kalimantan 2023 where not a few of these people understand the use of antibiotics. This activity was carried out with the hope of educating the public about the use of good and correct antibiotics so as to prevent the development of antibiotic resistance. Based on the results of these activities, the people of South Kalimantan, namely visitors to MTQ South Kalimantan 2023, have received information on how to use antibiotics properly, correctly and rationally.

Abstract

Antibiotics are drugs used to treat patients with bacterial infections. Antibiotics must be used rationally, accurately, and safely. Antibiotics are supposed to be obtained with a doctor's prescription. Public service activities by the UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin Pharmaceutical Faculty team were carried out in Tatah Mesjid Handil Bakti Village. The methods to do this are lectures, questions and health checks. The result is an understanding of helping people use medicines wisely as antibiotics for long-term health security

Abstract

Inclusive education requires a paradigm shift in the evaluation of Islamic Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam, PAI) learning so that it accommodates diverse student characteristics without discrimination. This study aims to analyse the concepts and principles underpinning PAI evaluation in inclusive learning, identify the challenges encountered, formulate adaptive evaluation strategies, and examine the integration of authentic assessment and differentiated instruction in PAI evaluation within inclusive classrooms. Employing a qualitative literature review, the research analyses scientific publications published between 2020 and 2025 using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and key concepts. The findings show that inclusive PAI evaluation rests on principles of fairness, flexibility, and responsiveness by integrating formative and summative assessments across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains through quizzes, observations, discussions, projects, and authentic evaluations that are tailored to individual student needs. Differentiated instruction emerges as a key strategy, involving adjustments to content, process, product, and learning environment, and is supported by the CIPP evaluation model. However, implementation is constrained by limited teacher competence in handling students with special needs, inadequate facilities, scarce contextual learning resources, and systemic coordination issues within institutions. The study concludes that successful inclusive PAI evaluation requires synergy in developing adaptive instruments, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the systematic application of authentic assessments grounded in contextual learning. It recommends that the government revise the Core and Basic Competencies of PAI to integrate inclusive learning indicators, provide adequate facilities, strengthen continuous teacher training, and optimise collaboration among IRE teachers, assistant teachers, parents, and the community to realise inclusive, high-quality, and meaningful Islamic Education. Abstract

This article examines essential figures in Islamic philosophy who have played a crucial role in developing Islamic philosophical thought in the Islamic world. In its writing, this article employs a particular kind of library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach to analyze the schools and figures of philosophy in Islam. The study's findings indicate that Islamic philosophy emerged as a result of a dialogue between Islamic teachings and Greek philosophical traditions, giving birth to various schools that reflect diverse perspectives on fundamental issues such as Dialectical Theology (Kalam Science), Peripatetic (Masya'i), Illumination (Isyraqi), Irfani (Sufism), and Hikmah Muta'aliyah philosophy. Each school has different characteristics and philosophical outlooks, but all contributed to intellectual progress in the Islamic world. In addition, this article also discusses the role of central figures of Islamic philosophers such as Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Al-Ghazali, Suhrawardi, and Mulla Sadra, each of whom brought great contributions to Islamic philosophical thought. They played an essential role in shaping these schools with their profound thoughts regarding the connection between revelation, reason, God, and humanity. Abstract

Background: Early detection of child growth and development plays a crucial role in ensuring children's readiness for formal education and preventing delays in intervention during the golden period of development. The reality in urban-rural transition areas shows that implementation is suboptimal due to low parental participation, limited teacher competency, and the limited availability of tested standardized instruments. Purpose: To describe the implementation of early childhood growth and development screening at Bungong Jaroe Kindergarten, Aceh Besar, and to identify factors related to the effectiveness of the screening. Methods: This descriptive research used a case study approach. The study population consisted of all children aged 4–6 years, teachers, parents, and PAUD administrators at Bungong Jaroe Kindergarten. Sampling used purposive sampling, including 20 children, 20 parents, 6 teachers, and 3 PAUD administrators, with inclusion criteria: children aged 4–6 years enrolled at Bungong Jaroe Kindergarten, teachers teaching for at least 1 year, and parents willing to be interviewed. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document reviews. The screening instruments used included the Child Development Card (KKA) and the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP), which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Implementation of growth and development screening at Bungong Jaroe Kindergarten is suboptimal, reflected in low parental participation only 50%, minimal teacher training, and limited use of standardized instruments. Children's nutritional status indicates a double burden of malnutrition, with 10% undernourished and 35% at risk of overnutrition. Factors related to screening effectiveness include teacher competence, parental awareness, instrument availability, and institutional support. Conclusion: Early detection of child growth and development at Bungong Jaroe Kindergarten remains limited. Strengthening teacher capacity, increasing parent participation, and developing an integrated monitoring system are needed to improve screening effectiveness.

Abstract

Waktu tunggu dalam pelayanan resep merupakan indikator penting yang mencerminkan tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja petugas farmasi dalam memproses, menyiapkan, serta menyerahkan obat kepada pasien. Semakin cepat dan tepat proses pelayanan dilakukan, maka semakin menunjukkan bahwa alur kerja dan koordinasi dalam unit pelayanan farmasi berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu dengan kepuasan pasien untuk pelayanan resep di Apotek Mitra Sehat Banjarbaru Periode 15 Oktober – 15 November 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui rancangan studi cross-sectional. Intrumen digunakan berupa kuesioner yang di adopsi dari skala Likert dengan dimensi SERVQUAL, kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden yang menerima layanan resep di apotek Mitra Sehat Banjarbaru periode Oktober - November 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian waktu tunggu pelayanan resep adalah 75,2% sesuai dengan standart yang diharapkan, dan 24,8% tidak sesuai. Kepuasan responden 59,4% Kepuasan sedang, 29,7% sangat puas dan 10,9% kurang puas. Hasil uji statistik SPSS menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan waktu tunggu dengan kepuasan responden (p < 0,05).

Abstract

The conflict between market traders and the Civil Service Police has become a complex phenomenon in the management of public space in Anduonohu ??Market, Kendari City. This study aims to explore the dynamics and strategies used by traders in dealing with the enforcement by the Civil Service Police. The method used in this study is qualitative with in-depth interview techniques and direct observation of traders and law enforcement officers. The results of the study indicate that traders face serious challenges in maintaining their existence, with strategies such as securing merchandise and changing selling times as an effort to survive in the midst of the enforcement. In addition, this conflict reflects traders' dissatisfaction with inadequate legal awareness and infrastructure. This study implies the need for dialogue between related parties to achieve more constructive and sustainable solutions in market management.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan Islam menuntut inovasi manajemen mutu yang mampu meningkatkan kolaborasi dan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi inovasi manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi dan profesionalisme guru PAI melalui integrasi sistematis teknologi informasi dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research yang menganalisis publikasi ilmiah berbahasa Indonesia periode 2020-2025 dari Google Scholar melalui teknik content analysis tematik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi pendidikan terintegrasi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi administrasi, transparansi data, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti yang memfasilitasi pemetaan kinerja guru secara real-time. Kolaborasi guru PAI melalui platform digital terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran inovatif dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar responsif, dimana program Kelompok Kerja Guru berperan sentral dalam meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital. Profesionalisme guru mengalami peningkatan melalui aksesibilitas program pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pendekatan kolaboratif, dan integrasi teknologi efektif. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas infrastruktur teknologi, komitmen kepemimpinan, kesiapan SDM, dan dukungan regulasi, sementara tantangan seperti perbedaan pandangan stakeholder dan kesenjangan kurikulum memerlukan strategi komprehensif berupa regulasi kuat, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan investasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dan berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi serius apabila tidak dikendalikan. Pemanfaatan tanaman obat tradisional yang banyak tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat dapat menjadi alternatif pendukung dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengelolaan hipertensi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Kandangan Baru, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, dalam pembuatan jamu antihipertensi dalam bentuk jamu botol kemasan dan jamu celup kemasan yang higienis, praktis, dan memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan jamu, pendampingan teknis pengemasan, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait hipertensi, manfaat tanaman obat antihipertensi serta keterampilan dalam proses pembuatan dan pengemasan jamu. Selain itu kegiatan ini berpotensi mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui produk jamu kemasan botol siap minum dan yang dapat dipasarkan secara lebih luas. Dengan demikian pelatihan ini tidak hanya bermanfaat dari sisi kesehatan, tetapi juga mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Desa Kandangan Baru.

Abstract

AbstrakRitual Kadiano Ghuse merupakan praktik ritual masyarakat Muna yang digunakan untuk menahan atau mengalihkan hujan pada pelaksanaan hajatan dan kegiatan sosial di ruang terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap tahapan pelaksanaan ritual, memaknai simbol-simbol ritual yang digunakan, serta menjelaskan alasan keberlanjutan praktik Kadiano Ghuse dalam kehidupan masyarakat Desa Sidamangura, Kecamatan Kusambi, Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan terlibat, wawancara mendalam dengan pawang hujan (Bhisa), tokoh masyarakat, dan warga pengguna jasa ritual, serta dokumentasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritual Kadiano Ghuse dilaksanakan melalui tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan yang melibatkan tindakan simbolik seperti menunjuk awan, pembacaan mantra dan doa, penanaman bahan ritual, serta pemeliharaan pantangan oleh Bhisa. Perlengkapan ritual seperti rokok, cermin, garam, jahe, cabai, tembakau, dan daun karubu-rubu dimaknai sebagai simbol proteksi, penolak hujan, dan media komunikasi kosmologis. Ritual ini berfungsi sebagai mekanisme budaya untuk mengelola ketidakpastian cuaca, menenangkan psikologis masyarakat, serta memperkuat legitimasi sosial pawang hujan. Keberlanjutan Kadiano Ghuse ditopang oleh fungsinya sebagai penjamin simbolik keberhasilan hajatan dan stabilitas sosial masyarakat.Kata kunci: Kadiano Ghuse; ritual pemindahan hujan; masyarakat Muna; simbol ritual; etnografi
