Abstract

Outsourcing has become a strategic approach for companies to focus on core business activities by transferring workforce management to specialized providers. In Indonesia, the outsourcing industry is rapidly growing, driven by cost efficiency and operational flexibility. PT XYZ, a subsidiary under PT PNM Venture Capital, manages outsourced employees to support PT PNM’s business operations. However, PT XYZ faces challenges such as unmet employee fulfillment targets, high turnover rates, and reliance on a single main customer, which affect its operational performance. This study aims to analyze these internal and external challenges and formulate effective business development strategies for PT XYZ. Using a mixed-method approach including in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and literature review conducted between October 2024 and January 2025, data were collected from management, employees, shareholders, and customers. The study applies SWOT analysis and prioritizes strategies using Fuzzy AHP. Results indicate that human resource capacity and regulatory environment are critical factors for success. Ten strategic alternatives were identified, with market expansion outside the PNM Group emerging as the highest priority, followed by increasing outsourced workforce numbers and enhancing employee retention. The study concludes that optimizing workforce management, embracing technological innovation, and diversifying market reach are essential to PT XYZ’s sustainable growth and competitiveness in Indonesia’s dynamic outsourcing industry.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan, terdapat suatu hal yang sangat penting yaitu filsafat. Pendidikan sendiri tidak dapat dipisahkan dari moral setiap individu. Penanaman, pengembangan, dan pembentukan akhlak yang mulia dalam diri seseorang dikenal sebagai pendidikan moral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana filsafat pendidikan berkontribusi pada pembentukan moralitas generasi muda, hubungan antara filsafat, pendidikan, dan moral. Kemudian, cara pendidikan mengubah perilaku manusia, pentingnya pendidikan dan apa yang menyebabkan generasi muda mengalami krisis moral. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah peninjauan literatur jurnal, yaitu pencarian literatur internasional dan nasional dengan menggunakan Google Cendekia dan Science Direct. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pendekatan pendidikan efektif yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai luhur kemanusiaan untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang dihadapi generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan moral diharapkan dapat menghasilkan individu yang tidak hanya berpengetahuan, tetapi juga bermoral dan sesuai dengan norma dan harkat kemanusiaan. Abstract

This study investigates the significant role of social support within pesantren in shaping santri's religious moderation identity. The escalating global challenges to religious harmony highlight the critical need to cultivate a balanced, tolerant, and inclusive understanding of Islam, particularly among the youth. Pesantren, as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, possess immense potential in fostering such an identity. While qualitative studies have broadly acknowledged this role, there is a distinct lack of systematic quantitative research specifically analyzing the multi-dimensional aspects of social support—from educators, peers, and institutional policies/culture—and their direct impact on santri's religious moderation identity, particularly when framed by Social Identity Theory. This research, conducted in selected pesantren in Karesidenan Kedu, Central Java, employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data from 380 santri were collected using a structured questionnaire via simple random sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that all dimensions of social support within pesantren—namely, support from educators, support from peers, and support from pesantren policy and culture—each have a significant positive influence on santri's religious moderation identity. This indicates that the comprehensive social ecosystem within pesantren profoundly shapes santri's self-identification as moderate, their openness to diverse religious views, and their rejection of extremism. The research contributes empirical evidence to Social Identity Theory, demonstrating its applicability in understanding religious identity formation within traditional educational settings, and provides practical implications for pesantren management to strategically enhance these social support mechanisms for fostering stronger moderate religious identities among santri.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the low level of work readiness of vocational high school graduates as reflected in open unemployment data and the low percentage of graduates who work immediately after graduation. This study aims to determine the effect of Field Work Practice, Self-Efficacy, and Career Guidance on students' Work Readiness. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling, with a sample size of 125 students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that field work practice has a significant but negative effect on work readiness, while self-efficacy and career guidance have a positive and significant effect.These findings emphasize the need to review the Field Work Practice system which has a negative impact on students' work readiness, as well as the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and career guidance services as strategies to improve overall work readiness.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the use of productive zakat on the empowerment of LAZISNU KulonProgo mustahiq. Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of productive zakat on the empowerment of LAZISNU KulonProgo mustahiq. This research uses quantitative methods with a regression equation is a field research. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interview, questionnaire ,. The population in this study amounted to 200 mustahiq or respondents and the sample in this study amounted to 66 mustahiq or respondents using the Slovin sample size determination technique. For the process of data analysis using simple regression analysis, the use of productive zakat as an independent variable and the empowerment of mustahiq as the dependent variable. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the utilization variable of productive zakat has a positive and significant influence on the empowerment variable mustahiq. Abstract

The growth in the number of motorized vehicles, which is disproportionate to road capacity, often leads to traffic issues such as congestion, accidents, and a decline in road performance levels. This study aims to analyze traffic management and engineering on Brigjend Katamso Street to identify existing issues and provide effective and sustainable solution recommendations. The methods employed include traffic volume surveys, road inventory, vehicle speed measurement, and level of service (LoS) analysis. The analysis was conducted using calculation methods based on the 2023 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI). Additionally, traffic management and engineering efforts were forecasted for two years to maintain or even improve the road's performance level. The results indicate that Brigjend Katamso Street experiences high traffic density during peak hours, with the level of service at grade C, reflecting nearly unstable operational conditions. Recommendations include increasing road capacity, prioritization management, and demand management to sustain or enhance the road's performance. This study contributes to supporting the City of Semarang's policies aimed at improving traffic efficiency and safety in urban areas.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies are the basis for service as a benchmark used as a guide for pharmaceutical personnel in providing pharmaceutical services. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacy based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016 in 3 Pharmacies in Sumber District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection using a questionnaire. The research results showed that the implementation of pharmaceutical services in 3 pharmacies in Sumber District was in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 73 of 2016 is 100% for pharmaceutical preparation management and 99% for clinical pharmacy services. Service standards that have not been implemented in all pharmacies, namely Drug Therapy Monitoring (PTO) and Drug Side Effect Monitoring, Counseling Room Infrastructure Facilities and Prescription Reception Rooms.

Abstract

The avocado plant (Persea americana Mill) is known to have various benefits, one of which is in the skin of the fruit which contains flavonoid compounds as antioxidants. This antioxidant compound has the potential to be used as an active ingredient in various cosmetic preparations, one of which is sheet masks. This study aims to determine the physical quality, stability, and antioxidant activity of avocado peel ethanol extract formulated in sheet mask preparation. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental design, and applies a complete random design (RAL) consisting of three variations of extract concentration, namely 2%, 4%, and 6%. Physical quality evaluation includes organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and viscosity, as well as stability tests using the cycling test method  for six cycles. Antioxidant activity was tested using the DPPH method to determine the IC50 value. The results show that all formulas meet good physical quality. The 6% formula has the best stability with a pH of 5.79±0.062, an adhesion of 3.60 ± 0.130 seconds, and a viscosity of 9490.67 ± 27.57 cP. Statistical tests showed no significant changes in pH (p = 0.385), adhesion (p = 0.833), and viscosity (p = 1.000). The antioxidant activity test showed that Sheet mask with a concentration of 6% had an IC50 value of 198.11 ppm and was classified as having weak antioxidant activity, while avocado peel ethanol extract had an IC50 value of 53.11 ppm and was classified as having strong antioxidant activity. So it can be concluded that sheet mask preparations have good physical quality and are stable during storage, but the antioxidant activity of avocado peel extract is higher than sheet mask preparations.

Abstract

Investasi pendidikan lalu lintas sejak dini merupakan langkah strategis untuk masa depan keselamatan jalan yang lebih baik. Kabupaten Tegal menunjukkan komitmennya melalui rencana pembangunan taman lalu lintas sebagai sarana edukatif bagi anak-anak. Taman ini diharapkan menjadi warisan berharga yang dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran keselamatan berlalu lintas sejak usia dini, sekaligus menjadikan Kabupaten Tegal sebagai pelopor di luar kota besar yang umumnya memiliki fasilitas serupa. Pembangunan taman ini sejalan dengan visi daerah dalam menciptakan lingkungan jalan yang aman dan ramah anak. Tidak hanya sebagai ruang bermain, taman akan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas edukasi seperti mini jalan raya, rambu lalu lintas, zebra cross, lampu lalu lintas, serta program edukatif seperti simulasi menyeberang jalan, lomba mewarnai, dan sosialisasi aturan lalu lintas. Harapannya, anak-anak akan tumbuh menjadi generasi yang tertib dan disiplin dalam berlalu lintas.Namun, hingga saat ini belum tersedia siteplan dan desain layout taman, sehingga kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain yang optimal dan sesuai fungsi. Selama delapan bulan pelaksanaan, luaran yang ditargetkan mencakup publikasi jurnal nasional, permohonan hak cipta, publikasi di media massa cetak/elektronik, dan video dokumentasi kegiatan di YouTube
