Abstract

One the one hand, the existence of small-scale industry in Indonesia is perceived as an unprofessional industry, managed by people with limited skills and implementing traditional technology. On the other, small-scale industry can be viewed as an activity capable of uplifting the economy of small people and having positive impact in the terms of the ease to penetrate. This condition is very strategic for the growth and equal distribution of economy in Indonesia, which has a big population with low average educational background. The contribution of this sector is still considered very insufficient for the rapid population growth. Therefore, professional small-scale industry is paramount. However, the constraints of insufficient human resources quality, slow market development, lack of capital, and limited technology and management are evident. This study is aimed at determining the variables influencing the caracter of manager, snack food processing industries in particular. The study results are expected to contribute information about dominant variables influencing the improvement of performance of small-scale industry bussinessmen. The study employed six independent variables, the age, marital status, number of dependents, experience, the entrepreneur mental attitude and employee turn over. On the other hand, the dependent variable was the contribution income used as a performance measurement variable. Number of samples was used 50 the entrepreneur of small-scale industry in Malang, and with non proportional stratified sampling. The results of the study indicate the following 1) Simultaneously, the six independent variables significantly influenced the company performance with the determination coefficient stood at 35,5 %, whereas partially, the four variables of age, experience and the entrepreneur mental attitude significantly influenced the company performance with a significance level of a = 10 %. 2) Age was the variable with dominant influence on the company performance.

Abstract

Assembling is an important part of medical records to examine the correctness of recording, control the use of medical record numbers and control the use of medical record forms. In order for assembling to be carried out well, the medical records unit creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the assembling section and medical records officers managing assembling must follow the SOP. The aim of the research is to find out the management of assembling inpatient medical records in hospitals using the Literature Review method or also called Narrative Review by collecting several journals using the Bolean System from the Google Scholar Database, to identify and conclude the analysis of the management of assembling inpatient medical records in hospitals From these journals, researchers obtained a sample of 16 journals. The results of the research showed that there were several factors in managing assembly in hospitals, namely: 40% of hospitals did not use medical record SOPs according to established regulations, 73% of medical record files were still incomplete in hospitals, 73% of medical record files were returned to the medical records room. in hospitals it is still not on time 100%, and the factor that causes Assembling not to be in accordance with SOPs using Fishbone theory which has the most influence is the Man factor which is related to the lack of discipline of Medical Records officers in hospitals as much as 100%.

Abstract

According to the Health Profile of Banten Province in 2019, the number of babies who were exclusively breastfed was 56.1%, while the City of Tangerang itself was 64.5%. This figure is still below the government target that has been set for the success of breastfeeding by 80%. Research objectives is the effect of breastfeeding counseling on breastfeeding practices for postpartum mothers at RSIA Tiara Cikupa in 2022. Research method used preexperimental with one group pre test post test design. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique and the sample size in the study was 30 postpartum mothers who had babies aged less than 6 months at RISA Tiara Cikupa. The research instrument used leaflets, teaching aids on how to breastfeed, and the LATCH questionnaire. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed that before being given counseling on how to breastfeed the respondents had an average value of breastfeeding practice of 2.63, while after being given counseling on how to breastfeed the respondents had an average value of breastfeeding practice of 6.57. There are differences in breastfeeding practices for postpartum mothers before and after being given breastfeeding counseling at RSIA Tiara Cikupa in 2022 with a p value of 0.001 0.05. It is hoped that they will further increase knowledge and skills about correct breastfeeding by following consultations with health workers, so that they can carry out correct breastfeeding practices effectively. independently and properly to improve the health status of mothers and babies.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga merupakan kerjasama LPPM STIE Malangkucecwara dengan Desa Gunungrejo Kecamatan Singosari. Pelatihan tatap muka untuk memberikan pengetahuan pada perangkat desa dan ibu rumah tangga. Ibu rumah tangga adalah pengajar, pendidik, pengelola rumah tangga yang utama dalam keluarga. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan keluarga yang baik agar dapat mendatangkan kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, ibu rumah tangga memerlukan penghasilan. Setiap keluarga tentunya memiliki sumber penghasilan yang berasal dari berbagai bidang pekerjaan yang ditekuninya. Seberapa besar penghasilan dalam suatu keluarga, sebaiknya dapat dikelola secermat dan sebaik mungkin agar pengeluaran sesuai dengan pendapatan yang diterima, sehingga seluruh kebutuhan penting dalam keluarga dapat terpenuhi sesuai kemampuan masing masing. Hasil pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga menunjukkan bahwa ibu rumah tangga didalam mengelola keuangan akan melakukan beberapa kegiatan: menghitung seluruh pendapatan, menyusun anggaran bulanan, mengalokasikan pendapatan untuk tabungan dan investasi, menyiapkan dana darurat, dan menghindari hutang.

Abstract

From the results of initial observations in the field so far, it can be observed that the majority of students at the Darul Qur'an Lantaburo Islamic Boarding School are more oriented towards the mission of providing quality education that integrates religious knowledge and general knowledge. It is known (1) lack of mental readiness, (2) soft skills deficit, (3) lack of leadership motivation, and (4) lack of awareness of the importance of attitude. Meanwhile, the vision and mission of developing morals and encouraging students to be active in social activities is still lagging behind. The implications of this reality are that the author is still concerned about this phenomenon. The output targets of this service include training services in the form of information related to increasing motivation, leadership and attitude. Through the service activities that have been carried out, three things have been improved, namely increasing knowledge about motivation, deepening how to become someone who has leadership and increasing knowledge about the importance of implementing a good attitude. The methods used are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The result of implementing this community service activity is to provide increased understanding of motivation, leadership and attitude.

Abstract

Background: According to data from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), Indonesia ranks 5th in the world for the highest number of diabetes mellitus cases, with numbers predicted to continue rising. Dyslipidemia is one of the complications of diabetes mellitus, potentially leading to coronary heart disease. Kelor leaves (Moringa oleifera) contain flavonoids, which may reduce blood glucose and triglyceride levels. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on blood glucose and triglyceride levels in male Sprague dawley rats. Methods: This experimental study involved 24 male Sprague dawley rats. Blood glucose and triglyceride levels were measured before and after administering Moringa oleifera leaf extract. The Shapiro-Wilk test assessed data normality, followed by paired t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. Results: Moringa oleifera leaf extract at a 400 mg/kg BW dose significantly reduced blood glucose levels (p=0.017). No statistically triglyceride levels decreased in all groups (p=0.195). Conclusion: Moringa oleifera leaf extract can significantly lower blood glucose levels at a dose of 400 mg/kg BW. Further research is needed to investigate the effects of Moringa oleifera on triglyceride levels

Abstract

This article discusses the obstacles or problems faced by cooperatives in Indonesia, from the perspective of human resources, capital, governance systems, information transparency, technological developments and competition. Despite experiencing growth in numbers, only 9.2% of the population are members of cooperatives. If we look at the contribution to GDP and the level of labor absorption, cooperatives in Indonesia are still very minimal. The aim of this research is to identify the root of the problems that hinder the competitiveness and growth of cooperatives. Improvements in Cooperative management offered include increasing member training, capital management, transparency, and fighting negative perceptions. Cooperatives must also be able to accommodate technological changes, especially digital transformation, so as to overcome competition from microfinance institutions and online platforms. Understanding these constraints will help in developing effective strategies to strengthen the role of cooperatives in the Indonesian economy. Keywords : Economy, Cooperatives In Indonesia, Management

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter Islami merupakan upaya strategis dalam menciptakan mahasiswa yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak yang mulia sesuai ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang melalui tiga fokus utama, yaitu: (1) integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam kurikulum (Abdullah, 2023), (2) pelaksanaan pembinaan spiritual melalui kegiatan keagamaan terstruktur, seperti kajian rutin dan pembacaan Al-Qur'an (Hasanah & Rahmat, 2023), dan (3) penerapan keteladanan dosen sebagai model perilaku Islami yang diikuti mahasiswa (Suryana, 2024) dan (4) penguatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis nilai Islami. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga indikator tersebut memiliki peran signifikan dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islami pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan sinergi antara fakultas, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter Islami sebagai dasar pembentukan generasi Islami yang unggul.

Abstract

This study aims to understand, analyze and describe the focus of Building Characteristics of State Civil Apparatus Employees in carrying out their duties and functions as public service lecturers - state servants who are required to serve student learning, research and community service in university and government environments. The method used by the researcher in this study is a Qualitative method with a Phenomenological Study approach. The data collection technique is based on secondary data processes, namely books, scientific journals, laws and regulations and seminar results as well as empirical data, namely; through the process of observation and interviews. The research informants are Academic Staff, Students and Lecturers of State Civil Apparatus Employees at Esa Unggul University and Lecturers at government higher education institutions.The results of the study found by the researcher, that "Building the Character of State Civil Apparatus Employees or Civil Servants is not easy to quickly change the characteristics of nature, character, behavior and motivate to build public services. First. ASN/PNS employees have characteristics if they carry out and implement laws and regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) of government organizations. Second. State Civil Apparatus Employees are committed to implementing the Pledge (oath) in implementing laws and regulations. Third. ASN employees have a responsibility to the development and progress of the nation, especially universities and to distribute the moral values of the nation and the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Fourth. Building cooperation between government institutions and other universities - for the activities of the Tri Dharma of universities and Fifth. Collaborative in carrying out public services that are trustworthy, have integrity, are professional and independent. Changing the character of State Civil Apparatus employees requires a strong leader, who has the capacity, integrity, professionalism and expertise in organizing and running the wheels of government (universities) and is able to control the employees of the institutions they lead ".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan, produk, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Warung 99, sebuah usaha kuliner lokal di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif Warung 99. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth memiliki pengaruh langsung yang paling signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (β = 0.445; p < 0.001) dan loyalitas pelanggan (β = 0.387; p < 0.001). Lokasi dan pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas melalui keputusan pembelian, sedangkan produk menunjukkan pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas tanpa melalui keputusan pembelian. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi hubungan beberapa variabel independen terhadap loyalitas. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya strategi promosi berbasis pengalaman pelanggan (seperti testimoni dan ulasan), peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pemilihan lokasi strategis untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian dan membentuk loyalitas. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup fokus pada satu objek dan data cross-sectional yang tidak menangkap dinamika jangka panjang perilaku konsumen. Kata kunci: Loyalitas, Keputusan Pembelian, Word of Mouth.
