Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya penguasaan materi peserta didik pada pelajaran Matematika di SD Negeri Jamasih 03, khususnya pada Kompetensi Dasar "Menentukan sifat dan unsur bangun ruang, menentukan kesimetrian bangun datar serta menggunakannya dalam pemecahan soal." Peningkatan penguasaan, pemanfaatan, dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi merupakan tujuan utama pendidikan nasional. Oleh karena itu, guru di SD Negeri Jamasih 03 berusaha melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) di SD Negeri Jamasih 03 pada kelas VI. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 peserta didik dengan kemampuan beragam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes tertulis dan penilaian unjuk kerja. Data tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif komparatif, membandingkan hasil belajar antara kondisi awal, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan pembelajaran melalui dua siklus mampu meningkatkan penguasaan materi peserta didik. Pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata peserta didik sebesar 9,39 poin dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 72,72%. Siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan lebih lanjut dengan nilai rata-rata peserta didik naik sebesar 3,28 poin dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 87,88%. Penerapan metode demonstrasi dan kerja kelompok, serta penggunaan alat peraga, mampu meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik, respon positif terhadap pembelajaran, dan hasil evaluasi yang memuaskan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa terus diperlukan upaya perbaikan lebih lanjut untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar 100%. Diperlukan pembelajaran yang konkret dan memadai sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan operasional konkret peserta didik SD, sesuai dengan teori Jean Piaget. Kata kunci: peningkatan prestasi, PTK, metode demostrasi, kompetensi dasar. APPLICATION OF THE PBL MODEL DEMONSTRATION METHOD AND PRACTICE QUESTIONS (DRILL) TO IMPROVE STUDENT ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN DETERMINING THE NATURE AND ELEMENTS OF BUILDING A LESSON ROOM MATEMΑΤΙΚΑ SD NEGERI JAMasih 03 SEMESTER 2 CLASS IV BREBES REGENCY SUB-DISTRICT OF DEPENDENCY ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low mastery of student material in Mathematics at SD Negeri Jamasih 03, especially in the Basic Competencies "Determining the properties and elements of building spaces, determining the symmetry of flat shapes and using them in problem solving." Improving the mastery, utilization, and development of science and technology is the main goal of national education. Therefore, teachers at SD Negeri Jamasih 03 try to improve learning to improve student achievement. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method at SD Negeri Linggapura 04 Tonjong District in class VI. The research subjects were 15 students with diverse abilities. Data collection was done through written tests and performance assessments. The data was analyzed descriptively comparative, comparing learning outcomes between initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II. The results showed that learning improvement through two cycles was able to improve students' mastery of the material. In cycle I, there was an increase in students' average score by 9.39 points and learning completeness reached 72.72%. Cycle II showed further improvement with the students' average score increasing by 3.28 points and learning completeness reaching 87.88%. The application of the demonstration and group work methods, as well as the use of teaching aids, was able to increase student activeness, positive responses to learning, and satisfactory evaluation results. Nevertheless, this study indicates that further improvement is needed to achieve 100% learning completeness. Concrete and adequate learning is needed according to the concrete operational development stage of elementary school students, in accordance with Jean Piaget's theory. . Abstract

Medical record is written or recorded information regarding identity, history taking, physical determination, laboratory, diagnosis of all medical services and actions provided to patients and treatment, whether inpatient, outpatient or receiving emergency services. Distribution in the health sector, especially medical records, has the meaning of a process of distributing medical records to each polyclinic addressed by the patient according to the medical record number. Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services in the speed of providing medical records, the standard time for providing medical records for outpatient services is 10 minutes. This research was conducted at Bhakti Asih Hospital located at Jalan Raden Saleh No. 10, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City, Banten 15157. The purpose of this study was to determine the length of time for the distribution of outpatient medical records at Bhakti Asih General Hospital. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. In this study, the population was all outpatient medical records in the period June 2021 with a sample of 96 outpatient medical records, using the Incidental/Convenience sampling technique. The results of this study can be seen that 52 medical records (54.16%) have met the SOP 10 minutes, while 44 medical records (45.83%) have not met the SOP 10 minutes. The time of calculating the distribution of outpatient medical records with 96 samples for 10 days with a total time of 984 minutes obtained an average time of distribution of outpatient medical records of 10.25 minutes.

Abstract

In the Medical Record Unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital, the work space of the medical record unit is directly related to the active medical record storage room, the door of the medical record unit at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital does not yet have a secret key or additional security such as a fingerprint. The purpose of this study was to determine the layout of the medical record unit in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical records at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with observation and interview data collection techniques, as well as direct measurements in the workspace and storage of the medical record unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital using a measuring instrument in the form of a building meter, then to determine the need for storage space obtained from the calculation of shelf requirements. medical record storage using the formula according to the International Federation of Health Information Management Associations. The results of the research are in the medical record unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital already have standard operating procedures related to the security and confidentiality of medical records but in practice it has not been implemented optimally. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure can be seen from the current work area of 10.27 m3, it should takes 15 m3, the storage space is still minimally lit and does not meet the standards. Suggestion: it is better if standard operating procedures have not been implemented to be implemented immediately.

Abstract

Medical record is a collection of facts or evidence of the patient's condition, past and current medical history and treatment written by the health professional who provides services to the patient. Medical records require sufficient storage shelves and storage space is needed to maintain confidentiality, avoid damage and make it easier for officers to retrieve and return medical records in the long term. If the medical record storage is adequate and meets the standards to support maximum patient care, it is necessary to adjust the need for medical record storage racks at the South Bangka Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for medical record storage racks for the next 5 years at RSUD South Bangka. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results of this study are the number of medical record storage racks in the South Bangka Hospital currently amounts to 17 shelves and the South Bangka Hospital currently has a medical record storage area of 25m². It is recommended that the South Bangka Hospital need to provide 49 storage shelves for the next 5 (five) years so that the shelf needs can be met and can accommodate all medical records and it is hoped that the hospital will add an area of medical record room with an additional area of 11.96m² to adjust the addition of medical record racks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' thematic learning outcomes by using a contextual teaching and learning approach. Integrated thematic learning is learning that uses themes as the main focus. The learning provides meaningful experiences to students as a whole. Said to be meaningful because in integrated thematic learning students will understand the concepts they learn through direct and real experience. This research method, using classroom action research methods. The research procedure is in the form of a cycle Each cycle consists of three stages including: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection technique through observation and tests. This data collection uses instruments in the form of observation sheets of student and teacher observations in the learning process, whereas to determine the quality of student learning outcomes used evaluation / test sheets. The results of the study show that the use of contextual teaching and learning approaches can improve students' thematic integrated learning outcomes. From the average value in the first cycle, 72.22 became 94,4 the second cycle.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan dalam memperoleh laba yang diukur menggunakan prosentase yang digunakan untuk menilai sejauh mana perusahaan mampu menghasilkan keuntungan. Profitabilitas mengukur kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan keuntungan (profitabilitas) pada tingkat penjualan, aset, dan modal saham tertentu. Sektor industri Real Estate and Construction dipilih sebagai obyek penelitian, di mana bidang usaha ini berprospek cerah dan cukup menjanjikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan ekuitas terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan pada sector industri Real Estate and Construction. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Real Estate and Construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 89 perusahaan Real Estate and Construction yang terdaftar di BEI. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas. Selanjutnya, Ekuitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas Berdasarkan nilai Standardized Coefficients Beta variabel menunjukkan struktur modal yang diukur berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Real Estate and Construction yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

The dairy cattle sector in Indonesia significantly contributes to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, particularly methane (CH₄). This study aims to analyze the environmental impacts of biogas production using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach. Data was collected from several biogas projects in Central Java and Yogyakarta, then analysed using OpenLCA software with cradle-to-grave system boundaries. The analysis was conducted using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach to assess the environmental impact at each stage of the life cycle, from raw material collection and production processes to utilisation and final disposal. In addition, supporting data was collected through interviews with project managers, field observations, and literature studies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the analysis results. The results indicate that anaerobic digestion and biogas combustion are the major contributors to emissions but also play a key role in reducing methane release by up to 60%. Optimization of digester management and utilization of digestate as organic fertilizer can further minimize additional impacts. Hence, biogas demonstrates substantial potential as a mitigation strategy to support net zero emissions in the dairy cattle sector.

Abstract

Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen mengenai identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Rekam medis harus disimpan karena berguna untuk perawatan pasien selanjutnya dan berpengaruh dalam kelancaran dan kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.  Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penyebab tidak ditemukannya rekam medis untuk mengetahui penyebab tidak ditemukannya rekam medis rawat jalan di bagian penyimpanan RSUD Budhi Asih dengan 5 unsur manajemen yaitu man, money, method, material, machine. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kejadian misfiled yang terjadi sebanyak 0,34%. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi rekam medis salah tempat dan tidak ditemukan (misfiled). Dari hasil penelitian penyebab tidak ditemukannya rekam medis dari faktor manusia, terdapat petugas bukan dari D3 RMIK dan tidak mengikuti pelatihan. Faktor uang, anggaran pelatihan yang belum tentu waktunya. Faktor metode sudah memiliki SOP. Faktor bahan, penggunaan map yang tebal namun jika sedikit sobek hanya diperbaiki. kurangnya rak karena keterbatasan ruang, petugas ada yang tidak mengisi buku ekspedisi, Faktor mesin/alat tracer/outguides petugas terkadang lupa/salah penempatannya, masih terdapat map rekam medis lama tidak menggunakan kode warna.

Abstract

RS Imanuel merupakan salah satu rumah sakit tipe B di kota Bandar Lampung. Rata-rata kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap di RS Imanuel setiap harinya adalah 217 dan 28 pasien. Dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan koding di RS Imanuel diketahui jumlah koder yang ada adalah 1 (satu) orang. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah pasien setiap tahunnya maka beban kerja pada setiap bagian juga akan terus meningkat yang menyebabkan perlunya penyesuaian antara jumlah tenaga dengan beban kerja yang ada khususnya pada bagian koding di RS Imanuel supaya pelayanan lainnya tidak terhambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan tenaga bagian koding berdasarkan beban kerja di RS Imanuel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode perhitungan Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan(ABK-Kes). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada Kepala Instalasi Rekam Medis dan tenaga rekam medis yang melakukan kegiatan koding. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui waktu kerja tersedia (WKT) koder adalah 1.400 jam/tahun atau 84.000 menit/tahun. Rata-rata lama waktu kegiatan koding rawat jalan dan rawat inap adalah 0,84 menit dan 4,69 menit. Standar beban kerja (SBK) koder untuk rawat jalan dan rawat inap adalah 100.000 dan 17.910 rekam medis/tahun. Jumlah kebutuhan koder sebesar 2 (dua) orang sedangkan jumlah yang ada saat ini adalah 1 (satu) orang, maka perlu ditambah 1 (satu) orang.

Abstract

Agile leadership, characterized by adaptability, responsiveness, and collaborative decision-making, has become prominent across industries, but its impact within the educational sector, particularly on lecturers' effectiveness and career development, remains underexplored. This study aims to systematically review the literature on how agile leadership influences these areas within the education sector. A systematic literature review was conducted using databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and Web of Science. Following the PRISMA guidelines, 25 peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2023 were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, focusing on agile leadership in education. Both qualitative and quantitative studies were included to ensure a comprehensive analysis. Key findings suggest a positive correlation between agile leadership and lecturer effectiveness, enhancing adaptability and innovation in teaching. Agile leadership also promotes career development by fostering continuous professional growth. However, challenges such as limited institutional support and insufficient leadership training hinder widespread adoption of agile leadership practices in education. The review indicates that agile leadership has the potential to reshape academic leadership models, improving teaching quality and lecturer career trajectories. Nonetheless, further research is needed to investigate long-term impacts and practical applications, particularly in diverse educational settings. Agile leadership positively influences lecturer effectiveness and career development, but institutional challenges must be addressed to fully realize its benefits. Future studies should explore more practical and sustainable implementations in educational contexts.
