Abstract

This study aims to analyze the stock valuation of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), and PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) based on the Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) methods in the 2020-2024 period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which aims to provide an overview of stock valuation by comparing the PER and PBV of each company against the average banking sector. The analysis results show that BBCA shares tend to be overvalued based on PER in 2020, 2022, and 2023, while in 2021 and 2024 they are undervalued. BMRI shares show a more volatile pattern with a tendency to be undervalued in 2021, 2023, and 2024, and overvalued in 2020 and 2022. BBNI shares are more often in an overvalued condition, especially in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024, with the exception of 2021 which is classified as undervalued. Based on PBV, BBCA shares were consistently overvalued throughout the study period, reflecting investors' high expectations of the company's performance and prospects. In contrast, BMRI and BBNI stocks are more often undervalued, which indicates investment potential for investors with a value investing strategy. This research provides implications for investors in making investment decisions in the banking sector by considering stock valuation analysis. In addition, this research can be a reference for the development of stock valuation studies with broader methods, such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) or EV/EBITDA, to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The emergence of financial technology has fundamentally transformed the traditional lending landscape, challenging centuries-old banking paradigms and creating new competitive dynamics within the financial services sector. This qualitative descriptive study examines how fintech lending platforms are reshaping financial institutions across global markets, analyzing the multidimensional impact on traditional banks, credit unions, and other financial intermediaries. Through systematic analysis of industry developments, regulatory changes, and institutional responses from 2015 to 2025, this research explores the comprehensive transformation occurring within the financial services ecosystem. The study reveals that fintech lending has catalyzed significant changes in operational models, customer engagement strategies, risk assessment methodologies, and competitive positioning of traditional financial institutions. The research demonstrates that rather than merely displacing traditional banks, fintech lending has forced a fundamental reimagining of how financial services are conceived, delivered, and regulated. Key findings indicate that successful financial institutions are those that have embraced hybrid approaches, combining traditional banking strengths with fintech innovations to create enhanced value propositions for their customers. The study also reveals significant variations in adaptation strategies across different geographic regions and institutional sizes, with larger banks generally having more resources to invest in transformation initiatives while smaller institutions often pursue partnership strategies. The research concludes that the future of financial services will be characterized by ecosystem-based approaches where traditional boundaries between banks and technology companies become increasingly blurred, requiring new regulatory frameworks and business models to address emerging challenges and opportunities in the digital financial landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and brand trust on brand loyalty in fashion products marketed through the Shopee platform. The study is driven by the intensifying competition in the e-commerce sector, where trust and loyalty are critical for brand differentiation and sustainability. A quantitative method was employed through online surveys, gathering data from 140 active Shopee users who also follow social media influencers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results reveal that all three variables—social media marketing, influencer marketing, and brand trust—positively and significantly affect brand loyalty both simultaneously and partially. Among them, social media marketing has the most dominant influence. These findings highlight the importance of effective digital engagement strategies, influencer credibility, and trust-building mechanisms in enhancing customer loyalty within online fashion commerce.Keywords : social media marketing, influencer marketing, brand trust, brand loyalty

Abstract

The rapid changes and transformation of digitalization experienced today, the quality of people’s lives is increasing rapidly, one of which is the development of e-commerce has changed consumer behavior that originally shopped offline now can easily be done online. This study aims to directly evaluate the influence of security, reliability, assurance, and service quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses a purposive sampling method involving 154 respondents who are active users of shopee e-commerce and have made purchases in the last 3 monts. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study indicate that security has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, reliability has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, assurance has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This finding emphasizes that service quality plays an important role in shaping the shopping experience in increasing customer satisfaction. Practically, the shopee company focuses on improving these aspects in order to create a superior shopping experience in the long term for customers.Keywords: security, reliability, assurance, service quality, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Menjadi calon entrepreneur yang mampu dan berwawasan global. Tidak hanya berwirausaha pada skup nasional tetapi meningkat hingga sampai ke skup internasional,mahasiswa dari hasil mengikuti perkuliahan mempelajari materi kewirausahaan 1(satu) sampai kewirausahaan 3 (tiga)sehingga mampu berdaya saing dalam dunia nasional dan gelobal dengan peningkatan kemampuan dan motivasi yang selalu diasah bagi seluruh mahasiswa universitas esa unggul sehingga wawasan mereka mampu bersaing baik secara teori dan praktek serta dapat terlaksananya kegiatan hasil dari seminar – seminar dan bahkan terjun langsung didalam berwirausaha yang diselenggaranakan hasil dari perkuliahan kewirausahaan 3 (Tiga) menghasilkan Festival Bazaar Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Universitas ESa Unggul. Metode pelaksanakan program pengabdian masyarat dilakukan dengan memberikan kuliah umum dan terjun lagsung kelapangan bagaimana cara mengajarkan mahasiswa menjual produk yang mereka hasilkan dengan mengikuti bazar sebagai peserta dalam menjajakan/ menjual produk yang dihasilkan sehingga mereka mampu mempunyai visi dan misi kedepan sebagai jiwa entrepreneur yang bisa meningkatkan UMKM di Indonesia untuk saat ini dan yang akan datang kegiatan seminar dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08 Desember 2023 dan pelaksanaan Festival bazaar Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa UEU dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 – 12 Janurai 2024 terlaksana selama 2 hari serta didampingi oleh dosen pengampu kewirausahan untuk menilain hasildan produk yang dijualsaat itu. Hasil program entrepreneur para mahasiswa diharapkan bisamenjadi ujung tombak dan motivasi mereka untukterus meningkatkan produk yang dihasilkan agar bisamenghasilkan produk yang disukaibaik pangsapasar nasionalmaupun internasional (FEB Unila, 2017)(https://feb.unila.ac.id/id/global-entrepreneur-jadi-tujuan-mahasiswa-feb-unila/).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' thematic learning outcomes by using a contextual teaching and learning approach. Integrated thematic learning is learning that uses themes as the main focus. The learning provides meaningful experiences to students as a whole. Said to be meaningful because in integrated thematic learning students will understand the concepts they learn through direct and real experience. This research method, using classroom action research methods. The research procedure is in the form of a cycle Each cycle consists of three stages including: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection technique through observation and tests. This data collection uses instruments in the form of observation sheets of student and teacher observations in the learning process, whereas to determine the quality of student learning outcomes used evaluation / test sheets. The results of the study show that the use of contextual teaching and learning approaches can improve students' thematic integrated learning outcomes. From the average value in the first cycle, 72.22 became 94,4 the second cycle.

Abstract

Childhood undernutrition include stunting remains a global public health problem that affects many middle-income countries. Nutrition education generally seeks to increase nutritional knowledge, thereby influencing attitude and practices towards good nutrition. This study aimed to analyze knowledge of stunting prevention before and after stunting prevention promotion in Purwakarta Village, Banten Indonesia. This study was quasi-experimental design with one group pre-posttest in 2023. The population in this study were mothers who had children under five years old in Purwakarta Village, Banten Indonesia. A total of 78 mothers who participated in stunting prevention promotion were selected as a respondent. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using paired-t test. The mean score of stunting prevention knowledge was higher after intervention (Mean= 10,45; SD=0,83) than before intervention (Mean= 6,12; SD= 1,84) and it was statistically significant (p < 0,05). Appropriate nutrition promotion plays a role to inform and remind of stunting prevention behavior.

Abstract

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is a global problem caused by the SARS CoV-2 virus. Covid-19 vaccination, which is believed to be a solution, started after almost a year of the pandemic. The vaccination program in Indonesia initially used the Sinovac vaccine, a vaccine made from killed or inactivated viruses. This platform has been used in making vaccines for a long time. Vaccination at the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta campus uses a vaccine made by PT Bio Farma, COVID-19 Vaccine, with the same raw materials as Sinovac. Cross-sectional research and research subjects were 53 lecturers and teaching staff who had received 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine. Characteristics of age, gender, body mass index, comorbidities and adverse events after immunization (AEFI) were obtained from interviews, questionnaires and physical examination. It was found that there were no significant differences in S-RBD IgG antibody levels in young and elderly adults (p=0.85), male and female groups (p=0.74), groups with comorbidities (p=0.93), history of AEFI (p=0.78). However, there was a significant difference between normal BMI and abnormal BMI (p=0.03). The variable that had a significantly different relationship in this study was the mean level of IgG S-RBD antibodies in the overweight and obese groups with normal weight.
