This study aims to describe the effect of group guidance services on the development of prosocial behavior of eighth grade students of Junior High School Negeri 17 Medan. The method used is a pseudo-experimental one group pretest-posttest village design. The subjects of this study were 12 students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection in this study uses a scale of prosocial behavior. The results of this study indicate the behavior of 12 students increased after being given group guidance services ASYMP. GIG is 0.002, (<0.05) This means that there is a significant influence of group guidance services on the development of prosocial behavior of students of class VIII of Junior High School Negeri 17 Medan.

Berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar Tahun 2010, terjadi peningkatan perilaku tidak sehat pada anak-anak usia sekolah, yaitu perilaku merokok pada remaja, kurang makan buah dan sayur, perilaku jajan sembarangan di sekolah, dan perilaku cuci tangan yang belum baik dan benar. Perilaku tidak sehat pada anak usia sekolah dapat mengakibatkan beberapa penyakit seperti diare, Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan, Flu Burung (H1N1), dan cacingan. Promosi kesehatan di sekolah sangat penting untuk menciptakan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat. Tujuan promosi kesehatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan informasi mengenai PHBS di sekolah pada siswa SDN Kebon Dalem Cilegon, Banten. Kegiatan promosi kesehatan dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meet dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas kegiatan promosi kesehatan, maka siswa diberikan kuesioner sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah kegiatan (post-test). Berdasarkan hasil post-test, ditemukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai PHBS di sekolah. Rencana tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan bekerjasama dengan semua pihak, yaitu pihak sekolah, guru, siswa, orangtua siswa, dan masyarakat di sekitar sekolah untuk menciptakan perilaku dan lingkungan yang sehat di sekolah.Â Kata kunci: promosi kesehatan, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, siswa, sekolah

Pola hidup sehat merupakan anjuran untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Dalam hal ini adalah implementasi pesan gizi seimbang yang terdiri dari empat pilar utama. Dimana selain dari anjuran yang terkait dengan makanan didalamnya terdapat anjuran aktifitas fisik dan olahraga untuk mencapai gizi kebugaran. Pilar ketiga berbunyi melakukan aktivitas fisik secara teratur. Menurut data RISKESDAS 2010 Status Gizi TB/U, BB/TB DKI Jakarta memiliki status gizi gemuk 10,1% dan Kurus 10,8%. Berdasarkan Status gizi IMT/U DKI Jakarta memiliki prevalensi 12,8 % untuk kategori gemuk dan 6,5% untuk kategori kurus. Sementara itu di berdasarkan TB/U untuk kategiri pendek 14,5 % dan 9,4% sangat pendek. Prevalensi Status Gizi (TB/U) umur 6-12 tahun didapat sebagian besar anak laki-laki terkategori pendek 20,9% dan sangat pendek 15,6%. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku kebiasaan olahraga anak sekolah dasar di SDN GU 12 Pagi, sebelum dilakukan intervensi penyuluhan melalui media KIE. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional design. Sampel adalah anak sekolah dasar kelas VI berjumlah 34 siswa. Analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, cross tabulasi dan Chi-Square. Dari hasil penelitian didapat sebagian besar responden anak perempuan 52.9%, seluruh pengetahuan responden baik 100.0%, namun sikap negative 67.6%, dan tidak melakukan kebiasaan olahraga dengan baik 70.6%. dari hasil uji Chi-Square ditemukan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku kebiasaan olahraga anak sekolah dasar (pÃ¢â€°Â¥0.05). Oleh karenanya, perlu pendidikan olahraga yang efektif untuk dapat memberikan gambaran dan mengajak siswa berolahraga.Ã‚Â Kata kunci: perilaku, kebiasaan olahraga, anak sekolah dasar

Covid-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 and is a new type of disease that causes a health emergency in the world. It had declared a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020. Covid-19 must be watched out for because of its rapid transmission, with high morbidity and mortality. Everyone got the potential to be infected by the coronavirus, with no exception a military group such as Indonesian National Army/Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI). In it, the spread can occur quickly without showing any symptoms, so that it has the potential to cause an outbreak. There were Covid-19 cases was found, as many as 82 soldiers were detected as infected by Covid-19. It could interfere with the main task of the TNI as the front line of military forces in dealing with threats to state sovereignty, maintaining territorial integrity, and safe the Unitary State Indonesian Republic. This research aims to analyze the determinants of the occurrence of Covid-19 in soldiers of a TNI unit who had finished carrying out combat training for one month in 2020. This research is an analytical survey research with a case-control approach. The research population was 400 TNI soldiers who had completed their combat in a forest area in Sumatera. The samples that were successfully obtained based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria are 82 respondents (41 as cases, and 41 as control), with purposive technique using a questionnaire. Data processing used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis. There was a frequency distribution test, rank Spearman correlation test, and ordinal logistic regression test. The results showed a significant influence between health protocol behavioral factors, smoking habits, and blood type on the incidence of Covid-19 with a p-value 0.05. There was no influence between the history of influenza vaccination and the incidence of Covid-19, with a p-value 0.05. The health protocol behavioral variables are the most dominant factors influencing the incidence of Covid-19 in TNI training soldiers.

Laporan Bulanan Data Kesakitan (LB1) adalah laporan bulanan yang berisikan pendistribusi kasus penyakit menurut kelompok umur serta kasus baru ataupun kasus lama di puskesmas. Dengan adanya data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari laporan bulanan data kesakitan, maka dinas kesehatan dapat melakukan perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan program yang ada di puskesmas. Data dan informasi di dalam laporan tersebut dapat bernilai apabila dilaksanakan secara tepat dan akurat. Selain itu, data dan informasi tersebut harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan keakuratannya karena keputusan yang tepat waktu tidak akan berguna apabila keputusan tersebut tidak sesuai untuk menangani masalah kesehatan yang sedang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan laporan bulanan data kesakitan dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan literature review terhadap 4 jurnal terkait pelaksanaan laporan bulanan data kesakitan didapatkan proses pengumpulan LB1 bersumber dari register kunjungan pasien, buku register pelayanan dalam gedung dan luar gedung dan pelayanan puskesmas berupa berkas rekam medis sedangkan pustu berupa lembar nota pembayaran. Proses pengolahan LB1 dibuat secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan microsoft excel dan masih terdapat pengolahan secara manual, Proses penyajian LB1 disajikan dalam bentuk tabel secara manual, tabel excel dan grafik excel, Proses pengiriman LB1 dalam bentuk soft copy dan hard copy tetapi masih terdapat puskesmas yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengiriman.

Puskesmas adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perorangan tingkat pertama. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, puskesmas berwenang untuk melaksanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan kesehatan pasien dan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dan ruang lingkup kesehatan jasa. Pencatatan dan pelaporan pasien dapat dilihat dari berkas rekam medis pasien. Rekam medis di fasilitas kesehatan non-rumah sakit harus disimpan sekurang-kurang selama dua tahun dari terakhir tanggal kunjungan berobat. Setelah batas waktu penyimpanan terlampaui, rekam medis dapat dimusnahkan. Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, merupakan salah satu puskesmas yang berada di wilayah kembangan utara. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala rekam medis, sehingga saat ini Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan terjadi penumpukan rekam medis inaktif pada rak penyimpanan aktif. The development of digital technology and the rapid transformation of information companies require skilled and innovative workers in the telecommunications industry, so companies must plan for the development of quality human resources to prepare for the era of free competition as an era of digital change. This study aims to analyze the indicators of aspects of Digital Leadership, Digital Culture, Organizational Learning, and Innovation on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Digital Next Business Department. This study uses a quantitative approach method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with one of the alternative methods of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research sample is employees at the company PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department. Empirically the research results show that Digital Leadership does not directly affect employee performance, digital culture does not directly affect employee performance, organizational learning does not directly affect employee performance, innovation has a direct positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study imply that PT. Telkom Digital and Next Business Department need to develop Digital Leadership, Digital Culture, Organizational Learning, and Innovation in improving employee performance of PT. To maintain the security and confidentiality of patient medical records, a medical record storage room is required that meets the provisions in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical records. This study aims to determine the security aspects in terms of physical, chemical and biological as well as the confidentiality aspects of medical records in the filing room. This study uses a literature review method with the PICO framework. Search articles using the Google Scholar database with keywords and Boolean operators in this study are "security" and "medical record confidentiality" and "filing". Research journal published in 2015–2020, in Indonesian, research design: using all research designs. The results of the study found security from the physical aspects that were most often found, namely the maintenance of the cleanliness of the filing room which was not maintained and the humidity temperature was less than optimal, the chemical aspect was that there were still officers eating and drinking in the filing room, the biological aspect of finding insects and pests. Meanwhile, from the aspect of confidentiality, there are officers other than medical records who enter the filing room.

Informed Consent is an agreement given by the patient or his closest family after receiving a complete explanation regarding the medical or dental action to be performed on the patient. Minimum Service Standards for Hospitals which mention filling out Informed Consent must be 100% complete after receiving clear information. This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining the completeness of filling out the consent form for medical treatment for inpatients at Adhyaksa General Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Based on the research results, the process of filling out the Informed Consent sheet at Adhyaksa RSU is not complete, from the research results of the Information Provider section on the Declaring Identity component by 75%, Completeness of Important Reports by 64%, Author Authentication by 85%, Good Records by 77%. The Informed Consent section on the Identity component is 95%, the Completeness of Important Reports is 91%, Author Authentication is 93%, Good Records is 84%. Adhyaksa General Hospital does not yet have an SOP. Fill out the informed consent form. The existing SOP on Informed Consent. The author's suggestion is that the hospital must re-socialize it to medical personnel so that the filling out of the medical action approval sheet is more complete according to minimum service standards.

Medical terminology is medical language which is a liaison between health workers' facilities. Medical terminology written on the diagnosis should be written by the right health care worker so that it has informative value in order to assist the coding officer in selecting the lead term for determining the diagnosis code. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of medical terminology in respiratory system diseases according to the ICD-10 disease classification at the Grogol Petamburan District Health Center. Using a quantitative descriptive research method on 90 samples of medical record cases of the respiratory system in August 2020. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The size was determined randomly using the slovin formula. The results showed that the accuracy of using medical terminology in medical records was 74 (82%) and inaccuracy in the use of medical terminology 16 (18%) using abbreviations, Indonesian language, and letter/spelling errors. Factors causing the inaccuracy. The Puskesmas already has a SOP for recording medical records, but the service points have not been explained in detail according to the SOAP, especially the assessment which requires doctors to write diagnoses using medical terminology according to the ICD-10 disease classification. Then the large number of patients can be a factor causing the doctor's inaccuracy in writing a diagnosis. It is recommended to the head of the medical record to evaluate the accuracy of outpatient medical terminology according to the ICD-10 disease classification, so that there are no inaccuracies in medical terminology using Indonesian language, abbreviations, and spelling errors.

Abstract
