Abstract

The leadership of Kiai plays an essential act in the Institution structure of Pesantren. The important enrolled of Kiai is a good man on life purpose, a change agent, a negotiator with advice, and a coach calm. The reformer Kiai does on leadership with transformation ideas on based charisma attitude and intellectual ideology. The research method is qualitative research with a phenomenology approach. The research subjects consist of Kiai, boarding school administrators, students, people residents around pesantren. The respondents are as many as 60 people. The Research locations are at as sa'idah, Al Matuq, and Sunanul Huda Pesantren. With this point, the paper will need to explain the leadership of Kiai Pesantren especially in order to support the quality management of Pesantren on educational proses.

Abstract

The topic frequently encountered in mass media, both print and digital, is the coverage of violence against women. This research aims to analyze how four online media outlets, namely Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, and Detiksumut, present the representation of women in their news texts, as well as the strategies used to portray victims of sexual violence. The research methodology employed is qualitative discourse analysis based on Sara Mills' approach. The research objects consist of online news articles related to sexual violence against women in the year 2023. The findings reveal that Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, and Detiksumut have not prioritized women in their news texts. They position women as objects, and the authors often adopt a male perspective. In the news coverage of Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, and Detiksumut, the strategies used to depict victims of violence include character portrayal, focalization, and schemata. Tribunnews.com still reflects the general patriarchal cultural image of women.Topik yang sering ditemui di media massa, baik cetak maupun digital, adalah pemberitaan kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana empat media online yaitu Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, dan Detiksumut menampilkan representasi perempuan dalam teks beritanya, serta strategi yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan korban kekerasan seksual. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis wacana kualitatif berdasarkan pendekatan Sara Mills. Objek penelitiannya adalah artikel berita online terkait kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan pada tahun 2023. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, dan Detiksumut belum memprioritaskan perempuan dalam teks beritanya. Mereka memposisikan perempuan sebagai objek, dan penulis sering kali mengambil sudut pandang laki-laki. Dalam pemberitaan Tribunnews.com, Okenews, Kompas.com, dan Detiksumut, strategi yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan korban kekerasan antara lain penggambaran tokoh, fokalisasi, dan skema. Abstract

We have conducted hypocenter relocation in the region of western Java that focuses on shallow depth (less than 30 km) events within a magnitude range of 2.0 to 4.9. We use a double-difference relocation method and broadband waveform data recorded by the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) regional seismic network in the western part of Java. Our results show earthquake clusters around previously unknown active faults in an area that spans the Cipamingkis fault zone, Garsela fault zone, Baribis fault zone, and an earthquake swarm in Bogor-Bayah fault zone. The dense BMKG seismic stations in the study region are particularly useful for improving the detection of small earthquake sources from local active faults. These hypocenter relocation results can be used for further seismic studies in the western Java region, such as body wave tomography and probabilistic seismic hazard analysis.

Abstract

The liquefaction that occurred in the city of Palu on September 28, 2018, was caused by a series of significant earthquakes that took place in a relatively short time around 25 minutes after the main earthquake of magnitude 7.5. This event was followed by aftershocks of magnitudes 6.4, 6.2, and 6.1. The magnitude 6.2 aftershock occurred at 10.16 UTC, while the magnitude 6.1 aftershock occurred at 10.25 UTC. These were both located very close to the liquefaction locations in Balaroa, Petobo, and Jono Oge. We investigated the mainshock and the three aftershocks using the NCEER method based on Vs30 measurements and data from the drill liquefaction locations at Balaroa, Petobo, and Jono Oge. We found that the liquefaction was not only caused by the main earthquake but also by the subsequent aftershocks that occurred within 25 minutes after the mainshock.

Abstract

This article examines the role of leadership style in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Leadership is defined as the overall action to influence and move people, in a joint effort to achieve goals, or a more complete definition can be said that leadership is an organized process of giving way in a formal organization, to achieve the goals that have been set. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research site is located at MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the head of MTs Al Matuq has the competency as the head of the madrasah and is able to implement the madrasah programs that have been planned. Therefore, forming an effective and efficient climate, madrasah culture and teacher job satisfaction. This has implications for the high involvement and participation of MTs Al Matuq teachers in making organizational decisions for their educational institution. Instilled in the teacher of MTs Al Matuq psychologically sided with his work and considers his performance as his self-esteem too at the same time. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi.  Kepemimpinan didefinisikan sebagai keseluruhan tindakan untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan orang-orang, dalam usaha bersama untuk mencapai tujuan, atau definisi lebih lengkapnya dapat dikatakan bahwa kepemimpinan adalah proses pemberian jalan yang terorganisir dalam sebuah organisasi formal, untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Situs penelitian ini berada di MTs Al Matuq Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu obserasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepala MTs Al Matuq memiliki kompetensi sebagai kepala madrasah dan mampu mengimplementasikan program-program madrasah yang telah di rencanakan. Sehingga, membentuk iklim, budaya madrasah dan kepuasan kerja guru yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini berimplikasi pada keterlibatan dan partisipasi yang tinggi dari para guru MTs Al Matuq dalam ikut mengambil keputusan organisasi lembaga pendidikannya itu. Tertanam pada diri guru MTs Al Matuq memihak secara psikologis terhadap pekerjaannya dan menganggap kinerjanya adalah sebagai harga dirinya juga sekaligus.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard adalah metoda yang dikembangkan Robert S. Kaplan dan David P. Norton untuk mengukur setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi dalam rangka merealisasikan tujuan organisasi tersebut. Balanced Scorecard semula merupakan aktivitas tersendiri yang terkait dengan penentuan sasaran, tetapi kemudian diintegrasikan dengan sistem manajemen strategis. Balanced Scorecard bahkan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai sarana untuk berkomunkasi dari berbagai unit dalam suatu organisasi. Balanced Scorecard juga dikembangkan sebagai alat bagi organisasi untuk berfokus pada strategi. Penilaian kinerja dengan Balance Scorecard diterjemahkan dalam empat perspektif yaitu: (1) perspektif finansial, (2) perspektif konsumen, (3) perspektif bisnis internal, dan (4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Bagaimana Balanced Scorecard diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan tujuan dari penulisan ini.
