Abstract

Digitalisasi inventaris sarana dan prasarana menjadi kebutuhan strategis dalam pengelolaan bengkel di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Namun, efektivitas implementasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas manajemen kepemimpinan bengkel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kepemimpinan bengkel terhadap efektivitas digitalisasi inventaris pada kompetensi keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di SMKN 1 Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala Likert lima poin yang mencakup 20 butir variabel manajemen kepemimpinan bengkel dan 15 butir variabel efektivitas digitalisasi inventaris. Validasi konten dilakukan oleh pakar manajemen pendidikan dan pakar digitalisasi sarana pendidikan. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh butir pernyataan memiliki r-hitung > r-tabel, dan uji reliabilitas menghasilkan Cronbach Alpha 0,873 untuk variabel X dan 0,895 untuk variabel Y. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y = 1,278 + 0,237X dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, serta koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,94, yang menunjukkan bahwa 94% efektivitas digitalisasi inventaris dipengaruhi oleh manajemen kepemimpinan bengkel. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa penerapan praktik manajemen yang efektif terutama pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan berperan dominan dalam keberhasilan digitalisasi inventaris. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya kepemimpinan bengkel dalam transformasi digital sarana dan prasarana di SMK serta memberikan dasar empiris untuk pengembangan model manajemen digital bengkel yang lebih komprehensif. The Influence of Workshop Leadership Management on the Effectiveness of Inventory Digitalization in Computer and Network Engineering at SMKN 1 Batam The digitalization of inventory management has become a strategic necessity for improving the efficiency and transparency of workshop operations in vocational education. However, its effectiveness is strongly influenced by the quality of workshop leadership and management practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of workshop leadership management on the effectiveness of inventory digitalization in the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) department at SMKN 1 Batam. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto design was employed. The research instrument consisted of a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire comprising 20 items measuring workshop leadership management and 15 items assessing digital inventory effectiveness. Content validation was conducted by experts in educational management and digital facility systems. Validity testing indicated that all items met the required criteria (r-calculated > r-table), while reliability testing resulted in Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.873 for variable X and 0.895 for variable Y. Simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 1.278 + 0.237X with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.94, indicating that 94% of the effectiveness of digital inventory systems is influenced by workshop leadership management. The findings confirm that effective leadership practices—particularly planning, organizing, and supervision—play a dominant role in the successful implementation of inventory digitalization. This study contributes empirical evidence reinforcing the importance of workshop leadership in digital transformation within vocational schools and provides a foundation for developing a more comprehensive model of digital workshop management

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial. Integrasi antara kedua materi ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital, tetapi juga menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir komputasional, algoritma dasar, dan etika dalam penggunaan Kecerdasan Artifisial. Program pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui In-Service 1 untuk penguatan konsep dasar Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial, OJT 1 untuk perancangan pembelajaran, OJT 2 untuk uji coba terbatas di kelas, dan OJT 3 untuk penyempurnaan perangkat ajar. Kegiatan ditutup dengan In-Service 2 yang berfokus pada evaluasi implementasi dan perencanaan tindak lanjut, sehingga guru mampu menerapkan koding dan KA secara mandiri dan konsisten. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian tindakan, meliputi pelatihan intensif, implementasi, monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Proses pelatihan menggunakan metode penyajian materi, diskusi, motivasi, dan penugasan, serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip andragogi agar sesuai untuk peserta dewasa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru mendapatkan pembelajaran dan pendampingan yang membantu mereka menguasai pengajaran koding dan kecerdasan artifisial. Pencapaian utama meliputi peningkatan keterampilan pengkodean guru, pengembangan keterampilan digital, kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif, peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan pemanfaatan berbagai aplikasi media pembelajaran digital yang tersedia diberbagai platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan web SaktiNet sebagai media layanan informasi dan komunikasi pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 30 pelanggan SaktiNet yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert yang digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas layanan informasi, efektivitas komunikasi pelanggan, kemudahan penggunaan website, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Validitas instrumen diuji melalui validitas isi menggunakan indeks Aiken’s V, sedangkan praktikalitas dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase. Uji efektivitas dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir instrumen dinyatakan valid dengan nilai Aiken’s V ≥ 0,80. Tingkat praktikalitas penggunaan web SaktiNet berada pada kategori sangat praktis dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,50%. Selain itu, hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest pada seluruh aspek yang diukur (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa web SaktiNet efektif digunakan sebagai media layanan informasi dan komunikasi pelanggan.

Abstract

University research institute websites play a strategic role as media for disseminating research outputs and community service activities to the public. However, many institutional websites remain static, offer minimal interactivity, and insufficiently consider user experience. This study aims to examine the contribution of interactive multimedia design principles to improving the quality of information delivery and user interaction on university research institute websites. The research adopts a research and development approach, encompassing stages of user and content needs analysis, information architecture design, wireframe development, visual design, and interaction and navigation design. The results indicate that the application of visual consistency, clear information hierarchy, meaningful integration of text and visuals, and intuitive navigation can enhance readability, accessibility, and user engagement. The implementation of interactive multimedia design supports a more professional and effective institutional image as a medium of organizational communication. Abstract

The role of leadership management in optimizing the use of digital learning media to achieve more effective learning at the junior high school level. The importance of this research lies in the crucial role of effective leadership in managing educational technology, especially amidst the rapid development of digitalization in the education sector. This study adopted a quantitative design with a correlational survey approach, involving 28 seventh-grade students at SMPN 10 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, selecting students who actively use digital learning media. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between leadership management and the use of digital learning media, as well as a positive influence of digital media use on learning effectiveness. These findings provide a practical contribution to education policy, by encouraging the strengthening of leadership roles that support the use of technology in learning. Theoretically, this study enriches the understanding of the transformational leadership model in the context of digital education and provides a basis for developing technology-based learning management strategies.

Abstract

(AR) and (VR) are considered effective educational tools for promoting meaningful learning processes, increasing student engagement, and encouraging active participation. However, there are still differences of opinion among academics regarding the extent to which these learning media actually help students develop their practical skills. Using a meta-analysis methodology, this study aims to thoroughly examine the effectiveness of using (VR) and (AR) in improving practical skills in vocational education. The PRISMA approach, which includes identification, screening, and inclusion steps, was used to screen scientific publications published in the last five years (2020–2025) that were accessible through Google Scholar and SCOPUS. The field of research and year of publication were the basis for the inclusion criteria. Of the 546 items found, 6 were eligible for analysis. Significance tests and effect size calculations were used to analyze the data. With an effect size of 0.754 and a p-value of 0.025 < 0.05, the meta-analysis findings indicate that the use of VR and AR has a moderate impact on improving practical skills and is free from potential data bias. These findings have important implications for educators and policymakers who wish to use VR and AR as crucial teaching and learning techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of science applications in contextual learning in improving students' science literacy. This study uses a quantitative approach with a single group pretest and posttest design on eighth grade students of junior high schools in urban areas. Data were collected through science literacy tests based on literacy competency indicators, learning implementation observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive analysis, calculation of learning outcome improvement, and mean difference tests. The results showed that the application of science-based contextual learning was able to significantly optimise students' science literacy, especially in the competencies of explaining scientific phenomena, designing and evaluating scientific investigations, and interpreting scientific data and evidence. Learning that integrates real-life contexts, local knowledge, and problem solving has been proven to make the learning process more meaningful and optimise student engagement. These findings indicate that science application-based contextual learning is effective as a strategy for improving science literacy in science learning.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify contemporary advancements in the incorporation of smart technology into Vocational Technology Education (VTE) and to devise strategic implications for curriculum development. We used a bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review to look at 128 indexed publications from the Scopus and Web of Science databases that were published between 2015 and 2024. Data were analysed using bibliometric techniques using VOSviewer for keyword network mapping, supported by thematic analysis to generate qualitative insights.The results show that there are three basic conclusions. First, there has been a big increase in the number of publications. Between 2020 and 2024, 73% of studies were published. This is because digital transformation sped up after the pandemic. Second, the discipline is naturally multidisciplinary, with Technology Education (34%), Computer Science (28%), and Engineering Education (22% being the most important areas. Third, keyword analysis finds three main groups of ideas: new ways of teaching and developing the curriculum; using new technologies like AI, IoT, digital twins, and blockchain; and meeting the needs of Industry 4.0/5.0. The report highlights the pressing necessity to recalibrate VTE courses to enhance digital literacy, technical skills, and adaptability. Some of the most important suggestions are to use simulation-based hybrid learning, add digital twin technologies, strengthen triple helix collaboration, and make a long-term plan for digital transformation in vocational education
