Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention at the antique sports center. This type of study applies quantitative with a population consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five and a sample consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five. The technique of sampling in this research uses a saturated sample, namely, all members of the population are sampled. Saturated sampling is often carried out when the population is relatively small, namely less than thirty people. The data collection technique used was questionnaires and observations of Antic Sport Center employees. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, the data analysis of which is performed using the SPSS application program. Referring to the study results, the variable of compensation indivdiually has a negative and insignificant affect on turnover intention at the antique sports center, meaning that when compensation is low, employee turnover intention will increase. The partial workload variable on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center has a significant positive influence. This means that when the workload is high, the level of employee turnover intention increases, and simultaneously the compensation and workload variables on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center have a significantly positive influence, meaning this reveals that the compensation and workload variables simultaneously will increase employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the workload of employees at the Karawang Regency National and Political Unity Agency. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews. The results showed significant variations in workload between employees, with some positions having high workloads. This shows the need to evaluate and adjust the balance of workload and loss of working time to increase employee efficiency and welfare. The implication is the need for additional human resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out work, as well as improvements in human resource management and increasing work efficiency at the Karawang Regency National and Political Unity Agency. The focus of this research also includes human resource management and workload to ensure suitability between workload and number of employees or positions.

Abstract

Human resources are an achievement or advantage for an agency, with good human resources, the agency's achievement is good and benefits. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. In this study the results obtained by researchers show that the performance of the majalaya police crime unit is less than optimal in achieving the targets of various cases that occur in the majalaya police jurisdiction, which is caused by the quantity and quality of the members of the crime unit itself.

Abstract

In the era of organizational dynamics and changing business environments, enhancing employee performance becomes a pivotal factor for the success of an institution. This research aims to investigate and comprehensively analyze the performance of employees in the Department of Agriculture of Karawang Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this studyindicate that motivational aspects, such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, social relationships, recognition, and self-actualization, have a positive impact on employee performance. A profound understanding of the contributions of employees with initials L, A, and D in achieving quantity targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely completion of tasks provides a foundation for designing effective workplace motivation strategies.

Abstract

Good governance is the main basis for implementing government policies, including HR management, in order to achieve optimal efficiency, transparency and accountability. This research aims to investigate the implementation of human resource management (HR) based on a good governance perspective in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of good human resource management (HR) by practicing the principles of good governance has a positive impact on government administration. By implementing a transparent selection process, continuous training, and fair performance evaluation, organizations can build quality and skilled Human Resources. Fair welfare policies and structured career development opportunities also contribute significantly to employee satisfaction and increased productivity. In addition, instilling good governance values in organizational culture through employee involvement in decision making and an emphasis on work ethics increases organizational integrity and transparency. In conclusion, good HR management is the foundation for achieving good governance, producing responsive and high quality public services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the work environment in the UPTD Balai Pelatihan Kerja and what are the problems in the work environment that affect the improvement of employee performance, and to find problems and solutions that can provide benefits as improvements for its employees. Through a qualitative descriptive method using case studies, field observations, and documents of research activity results. The results of this study indicate that an uncomfortable and ineffective work environment can cause a decrease in employee performance in the UPTD Balai Pelatihan Kerja Transmigration Karawang Regency, which has an impact as evidenced by the results of observations that there are several problems related to the work environment. Based on the results of the qualitative descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that by implementing new policies related to the work environment, employee performance can be improved, because a good and comfortable work environment will create working conditions that can provide employee motivation/enthusiasm to work. A good work environment is expected to increase employee performance which can provide benefits for both the organization and employees

Abstract

RCM motor repair company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector. This business activity depends on human resources, with quality human resources of course being the mainstay in the RCM motorbike repair shop, therefore the company will be able to achieve its target goals quickly and precisely. This study aims to test and find out: The effectiveness of work motivation in improving employee performance at the RCM Motor Workshop. In their activities, employees always prioritize maximum results so as to create customer satisfaction. The leader also always advises and directs all employees to always make their work a comfortable place. Based on the goals to be achieved, humans are motivated by the needs they have and that can be their motivation to produce creativity and employee abilities that can grow from the will and motivation that employees aim for. The results of the study show that work motivation has high willpower so as to create increased employee performance, it also makes employees have good performance.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia khusunya di wilayah Karawang jawa barat saat ini sangat memprihatinkan, terlihat dengan makin banyaknya pengguna narkoba dari berbagai kalangan mulai dari remaja, orang tua bahkan anak-anak. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan serta kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua dan lingkungan pergaulan tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba. Sedangkan selama ini penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan, diskusi, dan mau pun hanya melalui media cetak atau buku. Sehinggga hal ini tentunya sangat kurang efektif dalam memberikan informasi tentang bahaya narkoba. Melihat hal tersebut, dan seiring dengan maraknya penggunaan teknologi yang menjadikan kita sangat dekat dengan berbagai aplikasi sosial media, Badan Narkotika Nasional kabupaten Karawang membuat sebuah edukasi digital pegenalan bahaya narkoba berbasis Aplikasi. Seperti, Intagram, TikTok dll. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dalam memperkenalkan tentang bahaya narkoba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Cipta Unggul Karya Abadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif verifikatif dan deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 39 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Cipta Unggul Karya Abadi. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini mencakup tiga dimensi utama, yaitu kepemimpinan karismatik, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian secara intelektual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan dan semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat peran kepemimpinan yang efektif serta meningkatkan budaya disiplin kerja agar produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja karyawan dapat terus dioptimalkan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di era globalisasi mendorong perusahaan guna mendorong inovasi dalam menjawab kebutuhan konsumen yang kian beragam. Tidak hanya industri manufaktur saja yang mendominasi aktivitas perekonomian, namun industri jasa turut juga memegang peranan penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk menganalisis pentingnya pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) dalam proses penggajian karyawan di kantor J&T Drop Center Kosambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif Triangulasi data adalah teknik yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh informan, baik dari pihak manajemen maupun karyawan, menyambut positif penerapan sistem informasi manajemen yang terintegrasi. Sistem ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan, serta transparansi dalam proses penggajian. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan SIM dalam penggajian sangat penting guna menciptakan manajemen SDM yang profesional dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan karyawan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan sistem digital penggajian di sektor jasa ekspedisi serta memperkuat teori sistem informasi manajemen sebagai penunjang keputusan manajerial.
