Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to analyze how the creativity of Galur Sari artists helps in maintaining its existence. Research method—The author used a descriptive qualitative method and triangulation technique. Data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with five individuals. Result— The results show that the creativity of artists in Galur Sari is reflected through four aspects: fluency of thought, flexibility of thought, elaboration, and originality. Most performers utilize a collaborative approach, combining music with existing facilities, updating stage layouts with modern dance, and leveraging social media and the surrounding environment. Conclusion— Increased creativity among traditional performers can help maintain the existence of their business in the modern era and provide motivation to continue developing creativity for business sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of competence and work environment on employee performance. Research method—A quantitative approach with correlational research method is used in this study. The employees of the Inspectorate Office of Karawang Regency are the subjects of this research. Saturated sampling technique is used to collect data through questionnaire distribution and observation. Result— The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between competence and employee performance. Similarly, employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. Additionally, there is a significant and positive simultaneous influence between employee performance, competence, and work environment. Conclusion— This study provides insights into the importance of competence and work environment in enhancing employee performance. The findings suggest that organizations should focus on improving employee competence and creating a conducive work environment to enhance overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Jinheung Electric Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample size of 100 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Jinheung Electric Indonesia. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test), which also show the significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Jinheung Electric Indonesia. As for the implications for companies, the research results can be used as material for consideration to improve employee performance; this shows a positive value, where motivation and work discipline must be carried out properly in order to create better performance results.

Abstract

This research has the purpose of finding out the organizational culture and work environment on employee performance so that they have good performance. They research type used is quantitative. They data collection technique used in this study. Using the distribution of questionnaires to Kelurahan Karang Pawitan Karawang employees. With the use of interviews and observations. The population used is only 30 all populations are sampled, this research uses multiple regression analysis methods, with the help of SPPS 25 software. From the research results it was found that the F count of 1.542 was greater that the F table value of 3.33 and the significant value off 0.232 which is greater than 0.05. this indicates that the research results acceted H₀. simultaneously Organizational culture and work environment have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance in Kelurahan Karang Pawitan Karawang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemilihan pekerjaan dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Meditech Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket, wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan PT Meditech Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, teknik analisis berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji f simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemilihan kerja dan penempatan kerja yang diteliti secara parsial dan simultan mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Meditech Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention at the antique sports center. This type of study applies quantitative with a population consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five and a sample consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five. The technique of sampling in this research uses a saturated sample, namely, all members of the population are sampled. Saturated sampling is often carried out when the population is relatively small, namely less than thirty people. The data collection technique used was questionnaires and observations of Antic Sport Center employees. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, the data analysis of which is performed using the SPSS application program. Referring to the study results, the variable of compensation indivdiually has a negative and insignificant affect on turnover intention at the antique sports center, meaning that when compensation is low, employee turnover intention will increase. The partial workload variable on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center has a significant positive influence. This means that when the workload is high, the level of employee turnover intention increases, and simultaneously the compensation and workload variables on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center have a significantly positive influence, meaning this reveals that the compensation and workload variables simultaneously will increase employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the workload of employees at the Karawang Regency National and Political Unity Agency. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews. The results showed significant variations in workload between employees, with some positions having high workloads. This shows the need to evaluate and adjust the balance of workload and loss of working time to increase employee efficiency and welfare. The implication is the need for additional human resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out work, as well as improvements in human resource management and increasing work efficiency at the Karawang Regency National and Political Unity Agency. The focus of this research also includes human resource management and workload to ensure suitability between workload and number of employees or positions.

Abstract

Human resources are an achievement or advantage for an agency, with good human resources, the agency's achievement is good and benefits. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. In this study the results obtained by researchers show that the performance of the majalaya police crime unit is less than optimal in achieving the targets of various cases that occur in the majalaya police jurisdiction, which is caused by the quantity and quality of the members of the crime unit itself.

Abstract

In the era of organizational dynamics and changing business environments, enhancing employee performance becomes a pivotal factor for the success of an institution. This research aims to investigate and comprehensively analyze the performance of employees in the Department of Agriculture of Karawang Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this studyindicate that motivational aspects, such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, social relationships, recognition, and self-actualization, have a positive impact on employee performance. A profound understanding of the contributions of employees with initials L, A, and D in achieving quantity targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely completion of tasks provides a foundation for designing effective workplace motivation strategies.

Abstract

Good governance is the main basis for implementing government policies, including HR management, in order to achieve optimal efficiency, transparency and accountability. This research aims to investigate the implementation of human resource management (HR) based on a good governance perspective in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of good human resource management (HR) by practicing the principles of good governance has a positive impact on government administration. By implementing a transparent selection process, continuous training, and fair performance evaluation, organizations can build quality and skilled Human Resources. Fair welfare policies and structured career development opportunities also contribute significantly to employee satisfaction and increased productivity. In addition, instilling good governance values in organizational culture through employee involvement in decision making and an emphasis on work ethics increases organizational integrity and transparency. In conclusion, good HR management is the foundation for achieving good governance, producing responsive and high quality public services to the community.
