Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di PT Panca Perkasa Indotama. Meningkatnya persaingan di industri, perusahaan perlu memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia yang ada mempunyai kemampuan yang memadai untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Metode kualitatif, studi ini mengumpulkan data lewat wawancara dengan karyawan untuk memahami berbagai aspek kompetensi dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil studi membuktikan bahwa kemampuan karyawan mempunyai dampak yang signifikan pada peningkatan kinerja di PT Panca Perkasa Indotama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di UMKM XYZ. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan pemahaman holistik mengenai pelaksanaan pelatihan di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknis, kepercayaan diri, serta kualitas kerja sama tim. Karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan lebih efisien dalam menjalankan tugas, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan memberikan pelayanan pelanggan yang lebih baik. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan waktu serta resistensi dari sebagian karyawan perlu diperhatikan untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas pelatihan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi UMKM untuk merencanakan pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur, mengevaluasi kebutuhan pelatihan secara berkala, serta mempertimbangkan fleksibilitas waktu pelatihan agar tidak mengganggu operasional harian. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan dapat menjadi investasi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM.

Abstract

Aksi Peduli Kemanusiaan berupa penyaluran bantuan dilaksanakan untuk membantu masyarakat terdampak banjir di Dusun Pangasinan dan Dusun Kampek, Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat, Kabupaten Karawang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meringankan beban korban banjir serta memenuhi kebutuhan dasar mereka pascabencana. Bantuan yang disalurkan meliputi kebutuhan pokok dan logistik penting yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan. Kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan lancar berkat kerja sama berbagai pihak sertapartisipasi relawan, dan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat terdampak sertamenumbuhkan semangat kepedulian dan solidaritas sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate human resource management (HR) practices in start-up companies and explore the challenges and opportunities faced in this context. The research method used is a qualitative study with descriptive methods. The research results show that human resource management (HR) practices in start-up companies face unique challenges, but also offer significant opportunities for sustainable development. Start-up companies have the advantage of building an inclusive and innovation-oriented work culture, as well as taking advantage of small teams to provide a personal approach to employee development. In addition, technology adoption and partnerships with educational and training institutions are important strategies in improving HR management efficiency and accessing quality talent. Thus, the results of this research highlight the importance of an adaptive and innovative approach in HR management to support the growth and success of start-up companies in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

The research sample consisted of 36 employees at the Cirejag Integrated Waste Treatment Facility in Jatisari Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, selected using a saturation sampling technique to cover the entire population. A strictly verifiable quantitative approach was applied. Primary data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while secondary data were obtained from field observations, brief interviews, and a comprehensive literature review. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 software, yielding the following findings. Partially, the impact of workload on employee job satisfaction was negative but not statistically significant. On the other hand, compensation has a significant positive influence. When considered simultaneously, workload and compensation together significantly influence job satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination reaching 50 percent, indicating that half of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, while the remainder depends on external factors. From these specific findings, it can be generally concluded that human resource management in the waste management sector, such as at the Cirejag Integrated Waste Treatment Facility, must prioritize a balance between workload and proportional compensation to sustainably improve public service standards

Abstract

Studi ini tujuannya untuk menganalisa dampak beban kerja dan disiplin kerja kepada kinerja pegawai. Teknik yang dimanfaatkan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan metode mengumpulkan data melewati kuesioner yang dibagi ke 81 responden. Analisis data dilakukan memanfaatkan bantuan SPSS dengan metode uji t parsial, uji F simultan, koefisien determinasi, dan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya disiplin kerja dan beban kerja berdampak sig dan positif kepada kinerja pekerja baik dengan cara simultan atau parsial. Nilai koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan bahwasanya kedua variabel dapat memperjelas kinerja karyawan sejumlah 30,7%, sedangkan sisanya mendapatkan pengaruh oleh faktor lain yang ada di luar penelitian. Dengan begitu, beban dan disiplin kerja mempunyai peran krusial dalam menumbuhkan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of occupational health and safety (OHS) training and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Central Panganpertiwi. This research was conducted by applying quantitative techniques through a descriptive-verification approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees selected using simple random sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis stated that OHS training significantly impacted employee performance with a regression coefficient value = 0.293 and a significance value = 0.016. The work environment also significantly influences performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.468 and a significance value of <0.001. Simultaneously, these variables contribute 72.8% to improving employee performance. The study concludes the importance of enhancing the quality of OHS training through more in-depth materials and interactive methods and improving the work environment, such as layout and lighting. The implications of this research can help companies increase productivity through better training programs and work environments and encourage further studies on other factors influencing performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang Tourist Village Tourism. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique (Total Sampling), with a population of 56 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that workload does not have a significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.043 and a significance value of 0.741. Work discipline also has a significant effect on performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.242 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, workload and work discipline are able to explain 18.9% of the variation in employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of measurable workload management and implementing a consistent culture of discipline to improve employee performance. This research provides recommendations for management to balance workload, strengthen a culture of work discipline, and pay attention to the balance between work and employees' personal lives in order to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama Karawang. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama, Karawang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 50 daily employees. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sample or census. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that work discipline partially influences the daily performance of employees at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. Occupational safety and health (K3) partially influences daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. Simultaneously work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) have an influence on daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. The great influence of work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) on daily employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination of 0.355. This shows that 35.5% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) and the remaining 0.645 or 64.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the RC'L Aesthetic Karawang Beauty Salon. The research method used is quantitative with saturated techniques (Total Sampling), with a population of 45 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. These results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.109 and a significance value of 0.036. Work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of 0.487 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 39.7% to the variation in employee performance. This research emphasizes the importance of managing job satisfaction and integrated work discipline to increase productivity and service quality. This research can be a reference for management in increasing employee job satisfaction and strengthening and strengthening a culture of discipline, balance between work and employee personal relationships in order to achieve optimal performance.
