Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji dampak dari beban dan stres kerja terhadap tingkat kepuasan para guru di SMAN 1 Pabuaran, baik parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan orientasi verifikatif. Responden dalam studi ini mencakup semua guru di SMAN 1 Pabuaran yang totalnya berjumlah 46 orang. Dalam penentuan sampel, metode yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh, membuat semua bagian dari populasi terlibat dalam sampel studi ini. Pengumpulan informasi dilaksanakan lewat pembagian kuesioner yang disusun selaras dengan tiap indikator dari variabel yang dikaji. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan selanjutnya diolah memakai regresi linier berganda dengan pertolongan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara terpisah, beban kerja memberikan efek negatif serta signifikan pada kepuasan kerja para guru. Hal tersebut menandakan, makin tinggi beban kerja yang dialami, makin rendah kepuasan kerja guru. Di samping itu, stres yang dihadapi dalam pekerjaan juga memberikan dampak negatif yang berarti pada kepuasan kerja guru. Secara menyeluruh, beban kerja dan stres kerja saling memengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru di SMAN 1 Pabuaran, Kabupaten Subang secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee work discipline and to identify factors that influence employee work discipline at the Population Control and Family Planning Service Unit in Pangkalan District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. There were five informants in this study. Source triangulation is a method for validating data to ensure the credibility of research results. The results show that employee work discipline in Population Control and Family Planning is generally quite good. However, there are still employees who arrive late due to reasons unrelated to work. In addition, work facilities and equipment are utilized well to support the smooth running of tasks, and employees feel that the available facilities are adequate. In terms of responsibility, employees generally perform their duties well. This condition shows that the utilization of facilities and work responsibilities are quite effective, but punctuality needs to be strengthened through more consistent supervision and supporting policies such as providing incentives for disciplined employees so that work discipline can improve comprehensively and sustainably. Further research is recommended to be conducted in agencies or work units with a larger number of employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is analyze the implementation of the E-Kinerja System at the National Narcotics Agency of Karawang Regency and to identify constraints in the process of employee performance assessment and reporting. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The population of this research consisted of all employees of BNNK Karawang who use the E-Kinerja system. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, involving five informants: the Head of the General Subdivision as the main informant, administrative staff as key informants, and employees from the P2M Section, Rehabilitation Section, and Eradication Section as supporting informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews also observation. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation by comparing information from various informants. The results indicate that the implementation of the E-Kinerja System at BNNK Karawang has generally been well implemented and facilitates employees in recording targets, performance realization, and performance reporting in a structured and well-documented manner. However, its implementation has not been fully optimal due to technical constraints, particularly system disruptions and limited server capacity. Simultaneous system access by BNN civil servants across Indonesia during limited reporting periods often causes system delays or errors, affecting the timeliness of performance reporting. Therefore, technical improvements are needed to optimize the implementation of the E-Kinerja System.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana komunikasi maupun kerja sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Virgi Motor Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian di PT Virgi Motor Karawang. Metode pengumpulan sampel memakai seluruh 60 pekerja PT Virgi Motor. Pendekatan pengambilan sampel jenuh pada penelitian ini. Model analisisnya adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji f dan t pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Penelitian ini menemukan komunikasi dan kerja sama sebagian dan secara bersamaan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
