The use of technology is currently growing rapidly. A new invention known as fixed broadband was introduced along with the increasing telecommunication and information technology consumers by PT. Eka Mas Republik through the launch of a new product called MyRepublic. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of product innovation and market-focused promotional tactics on the effectiveness of MyRepublic product promotions in Jakarta. Survey studies using a quantitative methodology is the method used. MyRepublic users and members, especially families who live in the Jakarta area, are the population of this study. A sample of 68 respondents was collected and evaluated for the effectiveness of this study. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique used in this study for data analysis. The study findings show that the marketing plan significantly influences the success of the promotion. This implies that the success of the company's promotion will be better if the promotion plan of the staff is getting better. The effectiveness of promotion is greatly influenced by the progress of the product. This implies that marketing success will be better if product discovery is done better. Because today's information technology is developing so quickly, businesses must continuously incorporate innovation into their products.

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis of the Internal Control System, Implementation of Government Accounting Standards, Utilization of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources on the quality of financial reports at the TPI Belawan Class II Immigration Office. This research is included in Quantitative research, with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees at the TPI Belawan Class II Immigration Office using the purposive sampling method. The data that has been collected is then processed using IBM SPSS 21 computer software. Hypothesis testing uses statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the Internal Control System, Implementation of Government Accounting Standards, Utilization of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the TPI Belawan Class II Immigration Office. Therefore, agency leaders must consider the Internal Control System, Implementation of Government Accounting Standards, Utilization of Information Technology, Quality of Human Resources in determining decision making and policies related to the quality of the financial reports of the TPI Belawan Class II Immigration Office.

Examining how well Ara Condong Village's financial management adheres to the Minister of Home Affairs' Regulation No. 20 of 2018 is the primary goal of this research. The village is located in Stabat District, Langkat Regency. Qualitative descriptive research based on interviews, observations, and documentation is employed. The study's findings provide light on how accountability has been integrated into all aspects of village financial management, from planning to implementation, recording to reporting. Not all indicators are up to par, though; one area that needs improvement is the way the community is informed about the progress being made with the Village Budget. In order to make the management of village fund finances more open and responsible, this study stresses the significance of training and involvement for village officials.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of financial performance growth in managing Village Fund Allocations (ADD) at the Sipahutar III Village Office, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency. The data used comes from the Village Fund Allocation Financial Report from 2020 to 2022. Data collection methods used include documentation, literature study and observation. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive statistics using effectiveness ratios and growth ratios. The research results show that the financial performance of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) at the Sipahutar III Village Office is categorized as effective or good in terms of effectiveness ratio, with an average effectiveness of 100% during the 2020-2022 period. However, in terms of income and expenditure growth, there was a decline with an average negative growth of -3%. This research provides an illustration that although the effectiveness of ADD management in Sipahutar III Village is good, the challenge lies in the growth of income and expenditure which shows a decline. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for improving financial management strategies in order to support better growth in the future

This research aims to provide detailed exploratory information on feasibility studies implementation of Siskeudes in Pematasang Serai Village, Langkat Regency in the framework of realizing accountability in village fund management. The focus in this research is Role Siskeudes which is used in preparing financial reports for the Pematasang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Technique The data collection used in this research is the observation method, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is engineering qualitative data analysis. The data analysis component used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Siskeudes played an important role in making it Pematang Serai Village financial report,. Siskeudes Very make it easier for Village Officials, especially the Secretary and Head of Finance of Pematang Serai Village in preparing and inputting financial reports. Public also involved in preparing the budget for one period, represented by the Community figures who participate in every deliberation in village financial budgeting Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. Financial reports available in Pematang Serai Village is good, this is based on the financial reports created as proof of the village government's responsibility to the local community as well as to regional governments.

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya etika bisnis dalam menjaga keberlanjutan perusahaan di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Etika bisnis menjadi pedoman bagi pelaku usaha untuk bertindak sesuai dengan norma dan nilai yang berlaku, serta memainkan peran strategis dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan (library research) untuk menganalisis konsep, peran, dan dampak etika bisnis dalam berbagai fungsi perusahaan, seperti akuntansi, keuangan, produksi, pemasaran, dan teknologi informasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran etika dapat merusak reputasi dan keberlangsungan perusahaan, sementara penerapan etika yang konsisten mendorong daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the accounting code of ethics on the business decisions made by multinational companies. The accounting code of ethics provides a framework for professional conduct, with the objective of influencing the integrity of business decision-making, particularly in the context of accounting and financial reporting. This research employs a case study approach, focusing on multinational companies that have a robust and internationally recognised accounting system. Through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, this study has identified that the implementation of the accounting code of ethics plays a significant role in maintaining transparency, accountability and preventing unethical practices in the business decision-making process.

The digital era has brought about significant transformation in the accounting profession, offering greater convenience, efficiency, and accuracy through technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, blockchain, and automation. However, these technological developments have also given rise to complex ethical challenges, particularly in terms of financial statement integrity, data security, and transparency. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by the accounting profession in building and maintaining professional ethics amidst advances in digital technology. Based on the literature review, the main challenges faced by accountants include data privacy and security issues, the potential for misuse of technology to manipulate financial statements, and the loss of subjective elements of professionalism due to automation. On the other hand, technology also provides opportunities to increase transparency of financial statements, strengthen supervision and audits, and enrich accountants' competencies in deeper data analysis. This study suggests the importance of ethics training that is more relevant to technological developments, as well as the wise use of technology to strengthen the principles of accountability and integrity in the accounting profession. The findings of this study are expected to provide insight for practitioners, educators, and policy makers in creating a more professional and ethical work environment in the world of digital accounting.

Regional government financial performance is an important aspect in public financial management. The ability of local governments to manage financial resources efficiently and effectively will influence the success of development and public services in the area. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors that influence local government financial performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of Regional Original Income (PAD) and Capital Expenditures on the Financial Performance of the Regional Government of North Sumatra Province, where financial performance is measured by the efficiency ratio. This research uses secondary data from the North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD) for the 2019-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that PAD partially has a positive and significant effect on local government financial performance, while capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on local government financial performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value in this research is 0.437, which means that the Regional Original Income and Capital Expenditure variables are able to explain 43.7% of the variation in Regional Government Financial Performance, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other variables outside the research model..

Ecoprint techniques have shifted to dyeing and patterning textiles. Ecoprint is a dyeing process that forms an image on fabric using leaf structures and produces patterns. This community empowerment activity aims to increase the knowledge and competence of mothers in Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Samarinda City, by using new Ecoprint technology to protect the environment and increase community income, implementing the activity through persuasive teaching methods with stages of preparation, coordination, implementation and assessment. The activity results show that 1) the knowledge of housewives in Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Samarinda City, has increased about using natural dyes in plants that are good to buy through ecoprint. 2) Increasing the awareness of housewives in Tanah Marah Subdistrict, Samarinda City, about transforming plants into natural dyes using primissima mori cloth as a creative project. 3) Increasing the knowledge and work of housewives in Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Samarinda City, regarding the processing and production environment using natural dyes. With the results of this activity, it is hoped that it can protect the environment and increase community income.
