Abstract

In lending, banks have used the 5C principle. However, the bank is still not optimal in implementing all the 5C principles. To achieve effective credit management, banks must make improvements in credit analysis. This type of research method is descriptive. This study was used to determine the credit distribution applied by PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk, includes: Credit Application Process, Credit Approval Process, Credit Supervision and Repayment Techniques, and Non-performing Loans Settlement. Financial ratio analysis is liquidity ratio including quick ratio, banking ratio (asset to loan ratio, cash ratio, loan to deposit ratio) and profitability ratio including gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on equity capital, and return on total assets. The research site chosen for the research location is PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Unit Jatinegara Binjai. In this study, the data collection method used to collect the required data is documentation, namely data collection techniques by viewing and using company reports and records. The conclusion of the analysis is that the Cash Ratio is good, the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is good, the Return on Equity (ROE) is good, the Return on Assets (ROA) is good, and the quick ratio is not good.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of remuneration and work spirit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. The research used associative/correlation method. The population was 5 work units at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office consisting of Coaching, Pidum, Pidsus, Datun, and Intel work units and the sample of the study was 97 people including 18 employees in the Coaching work unit, 37 employees in the Pidum work unit, 18 people employees in the Pidsus work unit, 9 employees in the Datun work unit, and 15 employees in the Intel work unit. The data were primary data were obtained by using questionnaires and conducting a survey. The gathered data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression tests for analytical analysis which had been tested by using classic assumption test. The result of the research showed that, partially, Remuneration had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office and partially, Work Spirit had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. Simultaneously, these results indicate that Remuneration and Work Spirit had significant influence on the employee performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena efektivitas penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kebersihan di Desa Pematang Serai Kabupaten Langkat. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan karena penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kebersihan Kabupaten Langkat pada tahun 2014 s/d 2020 masih belum maksimal dan belum dapat mencapai target yang ditetapkan setiap tahunnya sehingga perlu dilakukan riset untuk  mengukur efektivitas penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kebersihan dengan analisa prinsip good governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan, teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas retribusi pelayanan kebersihan dari tahun 2017 s/d 2020 memiliki rata-rata 73%, berdasarkan kriteria atau indikator efektivitas maka dapat dinilai bahwa tingkat efektivitas retribusi pelayanan kebersihan temasuk dalam kategori Kurang Efektif. Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kebersihan belum diterapkan dengan sempurna dan masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study raises the phenomenon of the policy of collecting Rural Land and Building Tax in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. The reason for this research was carried out because of the facts and data which show that in 2018-2021 tax realization for Pematang Serai Village has not reached the target every year. Some of the things that become a problem in this study are the many phenomena of tax objects that are not in accordance with the number of taxpayers that must be paid by the community, low public awareness, ineffective mechanisms, and limited payment media in Pematang Serai Village. Researchers view and analyze the development of PBB collection in Pematang Serai Village comprehensively so that they can provide constructive suggestions. In this study, researchers used implementation theory by applying the George C Edward III implementation model. This theory uses 4 indicators, namely: communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the PBB collection policy in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency is still not optimal, so it is recommended that the government pay attention to the land and building tax management policy that has been implemented so far so that it will be able to increase land and building tax revenue. It is also recommended through research results that in order to increase the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax revenue, the government should improve office facilities and infrastructure to support work activities, in addition to providing guidance to collectors and imposing sanctions on taxpayers regarding the importance of Land and Building Tax, because with the Land and Building Tax it will be used to finance regional development.

Abstract

This study raises the phenomenon of the effectiveness of receiving cleaning service retribution in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. The reason for this research was that the acceptance of cleaning service retribution for Langkat Regency from 2014 to 2020 was still not optimal and had not been able to reach the targets set each year, so it was necessary to conduct research to measure the effectiveness of receiving cleaning service retribution with an analysis of the principles of good governance. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the level of effectiveness of cleaning service retribution from 2017 to 2020 has an average of 73%, based on effectiveness criteria or indicators it can be judged that the level of effectiveness of cleaning service retribution is included in the Less Effective category. The application of the Good Governance Principles for cleaning service retribution has not been implemented perfectly and still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 Virus occurred very quickly, the lack of responsive public awareness caused the virus to spread and eventually claimed lives and caused unrest. The COVID-19 pandemic has also affected economic activity. The impact of COVID-19 on the hospitality industry in Indonesia has also been badly affected. Various strategies were carried out by the hotel industry and the government in reducing the impact of increasingly large losses. The research aims to analyze the strategies and efforts of the Hotel Victoria industry towards the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative descriptive approach is the foundation of research by collecting data through observation, interviews and document studies. The conclusions from this research are; The occupancy rate of the Hotel Royal Victoria has fallen sharply. In 2019 the occupancy rate of Hotel Royal Victoria was 37%. The impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic includes decreasing hotel occupancy rates, increasing operational costs, and termination of employment. The strategies implemented by Hotel Royal Victoria in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic include: having a CHSE certificate, issuing frugal Meals Box and Rice Bowl packages, promoting on social media, offering room rates with a 50% discount on travel platforms, and conducting employee reviews. whose contract has expired. These strategies were recognized as very effective and helped Hotel Royal Victoria survive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The spread of Hallyu or the Korean Wave (Korean wave) over the past few years has continued to increase. Korean wave or Hallyu has a variety of products ranging from K-dramas, films, music (K-pop), fashion and also food from South Korea which is now common among Indonesians. Currently, what is very popular among Indonesian people, from teenagers to adults, both women and men, from their teens to their tens, is K-Pop. K-pop has an important role in popularizing the Korean wave in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire in the form of google form as the instrument. The population in this study are BLINKs who have purchased Oreo x Blackpink products. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Instrument Test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that together the independent variables have an influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy in marketing Ibu Uun's Spicy Noodles in boosting sales. This qualitative and descriptive research approach is used. Essential and optional information is the type and source of information used, as well as the strategy for selecting information as a meeting and perception. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis which refers to the 4P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Based on the findings of the investigation, Ibu Uun's Spicy Noodles implemented a product strategy to boost sales. There are various levels of choice (level 1 to 3). Pricing strategy that allows for reasonable prices. Placement strategy, choosing a location that is comfortable and easy to reach. Initially, the promotion strategy was carried out through face-to-face sales, and then implemented through social media. Customers who are happy with the products and services provided also spread the word of mouth. It turned out that the implementation of this strategy had a significant impact on Ibu Uun's sales of Spicy Noodles, which have always increased since the store opened.
