Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi SDGs pada pengelolaan dana desa dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengimplementasian SDGs terhadap penggunaan dana desa di Desa Mangki Kecamatan Cempa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengimplementasian SDG’s pada pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Mangki diwujudkan melalui Undang-undang No. 25 Tahun 2004 tentang Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional yang terdirir atas empat tahapan yaitu (a) Perencanaan, dilakukan melalui musyawarah dan penyusunan program desa; (b) Pengendalian, dilakukan melalui pendataan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat; (c) pelaksanaan, dilakukan melalui program SDG’s di Desa Mangki yang terdiri atas 11 program yaitu desa bebas dari kemiskinan, desa bebas dari kelaparan, desa yang sejahtera dan sehat, pendidikan berkualitas, kesetaraan gender, air bersih dan sanitasi yang baik, menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, inovasi dan infrastruktur desa, lingkungan yang tenang dan tentram, kemitraan untuk pembangunan desa serta kelembagaan dan budaya; (d) evaluasi, dilakukan melalui penilaian program yang ada, implementasi program SDGs dalam pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Mangki dinyatakan telah tercapai dengan baik, dimana dilakukan secara transparan dan melibatkan masyarakat desa sendiri; dan (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi SDGs pada pengelolaan dana desa yaitu dalam proses pendataan terkait kondisi lingkungan dan data penduduk yang belum 100% dilakukan serta kendala pada pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep SDGs.

Abstract

Waste management can be considered the 'entry point' to achieving sustainable development goals, because this problem is multisectoral and affects various aspects of people's lives. Waste management through the waste bank program has become an innovative and sustainable solution for the government and society in reducing the volume of waste which continues to increase every day. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using digital platforms on waste bank business income and the impact of waste management through the waste bank program in sustainable development efforts in Sugiale Village, Bone Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using a policy evaluation perspective. The data used is primary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's effectiveness analysis and interactive analysis. The results of this research show that the use of digital platforms is effective in the business income of the Al-Muqarrabin waste bank in Sugiale Village, Bone Regency. Apart from that, the Al-Muqarrabin waste bank program also has a positive impact on various aspects of life of the people of Sugiale Village, Bone Regency, such as the economic aspect by providing additional income for the community, the environmental aspect by increasing environmental cleanliness and village aesthetics, and the social aspect by increasing community awareness of the environment and also increasing community solidarity.

Abstract

Unemployment is a major problem facing Indonesia. High unemployment has a direct and indirect effect on poverty caused by someone not having a job and income, crime that is prone to be committed by someone to meet their needs illegally and political problems. This study focuses on the efficiency of the public sector of regencies/cities in South Sulawesi. This study uses secondary data from non-managerial agencies and regional annual reports. Input and output variables are quantitative data, so this study is quantitative. The DEA calculation model is carried out by identifying input and output. One of the analysis methods used to assess DMU efficiency is DEA (Data Development Analysis). The input variables are PAD and balancing funds, the output variables are people working and GRDP, and DMU is the Regency/City of South Sulawesi Province. Based on DEAP data on public sector efficiency in South Sulawesi in 2022, only four regencies, namely Bantaeng, Takalar, Pangkep, and Barru, have 100% efficiency.

Abstract

Currently, women's empowerment is a very important global issue and contributes to sustainable socio-economic development. This empowerment is carried out to increase the capacity of the community, especially women, so that they can achieve a better quality of life. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the women's economic empowerment program on the income level of KWN Fatimah Az-Zahra members in Pattingalloang District, Makassar City. Quantitative Descriptive research method with a total sample of 72 respondents. The results of the research show that the Women's Economic Empowerment Program has a significant impact on the income level of members of the Fatimah Az-Zahra Women Fishermen Group, this results in the hypothesis being accepted.  So the result to answer the problem formulation is that the Women's Economic Empowerment Program on the Income Level of KWN Fatimah Az-Zahra Members in Pattingalloang Subdistrict, Makassar City is Effective with an Effectiveness Level of 88%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors behind the low development performance in Jeneponto Regency. The analysis method used is the Logical Framework Analysis method. The results showed that the factors behind the low development performance in Jeneponto Regency, especially in the fields of education and health, are the low quality of education and the low level of public health. The low quality of education is characterized by the low average length of schooling of the community there which is caused by high dropout rates where the average cause of dropout rates is economic inability, socio-cultural factors some children choose to marry or be married off at school age, and the absence of motivation to go to school so that children choose to work. Meanwhile, the low level of public health is caused by the low life expectancy of the people of Jeneponto. The low life expectancy of the community is caused by the low achievement of optimal service standards (SPM) where the cause of the low achievement is due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure and health services that are not yet optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar dengan kekayaan alam dan kebudayaan yang melimpah. Pariwisata tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif secara ekonomi dan sosial, tetapi juga penting dalam pelestarian budaya lokal. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan pariwisata harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif. Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, memiliki potensi pariwisata yang signifikan, khususnya di objek wisata Puncak Tinambung Bissoloro. Pengelolaan pariwisata yang efektif di daerah ini mengandalkan promosi yang baik dan citra destinasi yang positif. Media sosial dan word of mouth menjadi strategi utama dalam mempromosikan daya tarik pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran promosi dan citra destinasi dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan strategi promosi yang lebih efektif serta pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Analisis data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran promosi dan citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan dan memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola destinasi untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Memperkuat citra destinasi di samping promosi dapat meningkatkan minat pengunjung secara signifikan, membantu dalam pengembangan fasilitas dan promosi destinasi yang lebih terarah..

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor kuliner berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kota Palopo. Dalam upaya mengembangkan UMKM kuliner ekonomi kreatif di kota tersebut, berbagai aspek penting perlu diperhatikan baik oleh pemerintah lokal maupun para pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini fokus pada gambaran umum UMKM kuliner ekonomi kreatif di Kota Palopo, strategi pengembangan yang efektif untuk sektor ini, serta langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil untuk meningkatkan UMKM kuliner berbasis ekonomi kreatif tersebut, menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan bahwa UMKM bidang kuliner berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kota Palopo belum sepenuhnya memberikan tingkatan atau predikat khusus bagi Kota Palopo sebab masih terdapat hambatan dan tantangan yang masih dialami oleh para pelaku ush aitu sendiri. Analisis strategi pengembangan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif dalam bidang kuliner dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa letak dari UMKM ekonomi kreatif bidang kuliner di Kota Palopo berada pada strategi agresif. Adapun makna dari strategi agresif itu sendiri yang berarti perusahaan berada dalam situasi yang sangat baik, dimana kekuatan internalnya memungkinkan mereka untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Purpose — This research aims to explore the entrepreneurial literacy possessed by the women farmers group.Method — This research employs a qualitative approach utilizing a case study method specifically focused on the women farmers group. The informants in this study consist of two individuals from the women farmers group in Buntusu District, Tamalanrea Regency, namely the Chair and Secretary. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Data analysis involves testing data validity through time triangulation and reflexivity processes.Result — The findings of this study demonstrate four dimensions essential for assessing entrepreneurial literacy within the women farmers group. These dimensions encompass: (1) decision-making proficiency, (2) adeptness in selecting viable business strategies, (3) competence in managing and allocating financial resources, and (4) proficiency in transforming agricultural outputs into commercially viable products.Practical implications — This study serves as a basis for the development of government policies aimed at empowering women farmers group to enhance the productivity of urban land for agricultural purposes, meeting the community's needs, particularly for food products.

Abstract

The export of Indonesia's fisheries subsector plays a crucial role in the national economy, but this sector faces challenges influenced by monetary policy, which can affect the competitiveness of fisheries products in international markets. This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on the export of Indonesia’s fisheries products, focusing on factors such as the real exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation. A quantitative approach using time series methods is employed, utilizing secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia for the period from 1994 to 2023. The results show that monetary policy has a significant impact on the export of Indonesia’s fisheries products. Specifically, the real exchange rate has a significant negative effect on exports, where depreciation of the exchange rate reduces the competitiveness of Indonesian fisheries products. Interest rates have a significant positive effect, indicating that higher interest rates can stimulate exports through increased investment and competitiveness. Inflation also has a positive and significant effect, showing that controlled inflation can enhance foreign market purchasing power for Indonesian fisheries products. Simultaneously, the three variables real exchange rate, interest rates, and inflation have a significant impact on the export performance of Indonesia’s fisheries subsector. Overall, stable monetary policies, particularly in managing exchange rates, interest rates, and inflation, can improve the export performance of Indonesia’s fisheries subsector. This study suggests that the Indonesian government should pay more attention to the impact of monetary policy on exports to enhance competitiveness in global markets.

Abstract

Perekonomian Kabupaten Gowa mengalami transformasi struktural, ditandai dengan pergeseran dominasi dari sektor pertanian menuju sektor jasa. Transformasi struktural ini membawa implikasi penting terhadap arah pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi sektor pertanian dan sektor jasa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Gowa. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk time series tahun 1990 hingga 2023 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua sektor tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian dan sektor jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Namun, sektor jasa memberikan kontribusi yang lebih dominan dan menjadi penggerak utama ekonomi daerah. Penurunan peran sektor pertanian dipengaruhi oleh alih fungsi lahan, minimnya regenerasi petani, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya arah kebijakan pembangunan yang memperkuat kedua sektor secara berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
