Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of e-government in Central Lombok Regency by examining the gap between planned objectives and actual outcomes, using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model introduced by Stufflebeam. While e-government is often framed as a national-level policy, this study focuses on a concrete, time-bound local initiative the 2017–2022 E-Government Development Master Plan of Central Lombok which functions as a structured implementation program suitable for programmatic evaluation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key stakeholders, particularly the Central Lombok Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo). The context evaluation revealed a mismatch between the region digital goals and its limited institutional readiness, particularly in terms of infrastructure and public digital literacy. The input evaluation showed that while planning documents and budgets were prepared, gaps remained in human resources and training capacity, with only 18.75% of officials and 30.75% of staff familiar with basic ICT. The process evaluation highlighted inconsistencies between planned targets and implementation outcomes such as the low number of agencies connected to central servers and minimal public interaction with e-government platforms. Finally, the product evaluation indicated that the program’s objectives were only partially met, with persistent challenges in system integration, inter-agency coordination, and citizen uptake of services. The study concludes that improving cross-agency collaboration, enhancing digital capacity through training and education, and promoting public awareness are essential for advancing e-government outcomes in the region. The use of the CIPP model in this context offers a systematic lens to diagnose programmatic shortcomings and generate actionable recommendations for future policy implementation.

Abstract

Background: The habit of eating snacks at school is part of the diet of elementary school students who need attention related to their nutritional quality. Knowledge and attitude are often considered determining factors in  choosing  healthy  snacks.  Objective:  This  study aims  to  analyze the relationship  between gender  and  students'  knowledge  and  attitudes  towards  choosing  healthy snacks  at  Semarang  City  State  Elementary  School.  Methods:  Quantitative  study  with  cross- sectional design. The sample consisted of 74 students taken from 21 State Elementary Schools in Semarang  City  using  quota  sampling  techniques.  Data  was  collected  through  a structured questionnaire and  analyzed  using  Chi-Square statistical  tests.  Results:  The univariate  analysis showed that the majority of respondents were female (59.5%), had good knowledge (89.2%), and had good attitudes (41.9%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed no relationship between gender  and knowledge of  healthy snack  selection  (p  value=  1.00)  and  no  relationship between gender and attitudes towards healthy snack selection (p value = 0.196).  Conclusion: Gender is not  a  distinguishing  factor  in students'  knowledge and  attitudes  towards healthy snacks.  This suggests  that  school  health  interventions  should  focus  more  on  strengthening  the  physical environment and the availability of healthy snacks in schools, regardless of gender.

Abstract

Abstract

Typhoid fever is an acute systemic disease. This fever is caused by bacteria called salmonella typhi. This type of bacteria commonly lives and is found in the digestive tract. Typhoid fever can usually be transmitted through food or drink, as long as both have been contaminated and exposed to the bacteria whose names have been mentioned previously. C-Reactive Protein is a test that is used to measure the level of C-Reactive in the blood and produced by the liver, then the results of this production are used to respond to inflammation that occurs by releasing it into the bloodstream. The aim of this study was to determine the appearance of C-reactive protein in patients diagnosed with typhoid fever at RSU Hermina Arcamanik. Quantitative descriptive is the method used and applied in this research, while for the approach the researcher used cross-sectional. The sample population is all data on patients positive for typhoid fever, totaling 30 samples of patients who checked CRP and data collection using secondary data. The research results from 30 samples showed high results at the age of 30-40 years as many as 16 (53%) and high results at the age of 41-50 years as many. 5 (17%), while it was based on 10 (33%) men and 13 (43%) on women.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (Dengue Fever) is a type of infectious disease caused by the Arthoda virus, genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. Platelets can decrease because the bone marrow experiences a decrease in platelet production, one of which is caused by the dengue hemorrhagic fever virus. Platelets are formed in the bone marrow through the fragmentation of the cytoplasm of megakaryocytes. The bite of the Aedes mosquito is a spreader of the dengue virus. The normal platelet count is 150,000 – 400,000mm3 and platelets have a normal lifespan of 7-10 days. This study aims to determine platelet levels from the third to the fifth day in dengue patients. The type of quantitative descriptive research uses a cross-sectional approach method. It was carried out at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital. The population of this study consists of all dengue hemorrhagic fever patients with a random sample of 30 people taken in March-April 2024 (random sampling). The results of the study based on age group showed that the majority of dengue patients were ≤ 5 years old, namely 13 respondents (46.4%). Based on gender, the most males were 18 people (64.3%).
