Abstract

Tema kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini diangkat berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di lapangan yang menunjukkan adanya sejumlah persoalan dalam pelaksanaan festival daerah. Salah satu temuan utama adalah penyusunan acara yang monoton serta minimnya partisipasi generasi muda sebagai pelaksana kegiatan, yang menyebabkan festival terasa membosankan dan kurang memberi manfaat. Kondisi ini muncul karena penyelenggara belum memanfaatkan tren dan inovasi dalam manajemen event. Berdasarkan hasil seminar dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, solusi yang diusulkan kemudian diterapkan dalam bentuk kegiatan “Peningkatan Kapasitas Pengelola Event Daerah Melalui Bimbingan Teknis "40 Langkah Penanganan Event" untuk Mendukung Festival Berkualitas” sebagai bagian dari program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat oleh Politeknik Pariwisata Palembang. Kegiatan ini merupakan wujud pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, dan diinisiasi oleh Kelompok 1 Program Studi Pengelolaan Konvensi dan Acara. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam menyelenggarakan festival yang terstruktur, menarik, dan berdampak positif. Metode pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, serta praktik langsung melalui demonstrasi. Output dari kegiatan ini mengarah pada peningkatan kompetensi SDM lokal dalam penyelenggaraan festival, seperti Festival Sagarurung Vol III di Kabupaten PALI. Program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah melalui event yang berorientasi pada tren dan inovasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas penyelenggaraan festival, bertambahnya partisipasi aktif generasi muda, serta peningkatan antusiasme masyarakat setempat, yang secara keseluruhan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan pariwisata dan ekonomi daerah.

Abstract

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises are one of the backbones of the community economy in the Cimanggis sub-district, Depok. One of the known products is tofu which is produced by MSME business actors in the Cimanggis sub-district, Depok. MSME bag craftsmen in the region still use simple systems and technology in running their business including production, administration,marketing, financial recording and payroll. The aim of this service activity is to provide and introduce how to make salary slips to help prepare and transparency salaries/wages for employees in these MSMEs. The service was carried out online using Zoom Meeting media in the form of presentations and practice (tutorials) in making pay slips, presentations using the Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Microsoft Office Excel applications. Participants in service activities are representatives of MSME business actors in Cimanggis sub-district, Depok and fellow Community Service (PKM) participants. The implementation of the service received enthusiasm from the participants because it was in accordance with the conditions of business actors and could be implemented immediately, easily and cheaply.

Abstract

Optimizing the Alkaline-Surfactant-Polymer (ASP) injection process remains a persistent challenge in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), particularly in heterogeneous sandstone reservoirs where traditional reservoir simulators are constrained by high computational demands and limited flexibility. This study introduces a novel application of the Super Learner (SL) ensemble, a stacking-based machine learning algorithm integrating multiple base models (XGBoost, SVR, BRR, and Decision Tree), to systematically predict and optimize ASP injection parameters. Unlike previous approaches, our method blends high-fidelity CMOST simulation data with machine learning precision in which it enables real-time optimization with field-scale relevance. Using 500 simulation scenarios validated by laboratory input, the SL model achieved exceptional predictive performance (R² = 0.988, RMSE = 0.304), outperforming all individual learners. The optimal recovery factor (RF) of 79.49% was obtained with the finely tuned concentrations of surfactant (5483.29 ppm), polymer (2242.61 ppm), SO?²? (5610.15 ppm), CO?²? (7053.59 ppm), and Na? (9939.35 ppm). Remarkably, the SL approach could reduce optimization time from 10 hours (CMOST) to under 1 minute; this underscored its potential for real-time operational deployment. The novelty of this work lies in its integrated use of ensemble learning to capture the complex and non-linear interactions between ionic chemistry and oil mobilization behavior, offering a field-ready AI framework for rapid and adaptive EOR design. This approach paves the way for the intelligent optimization of ASP schemes by minimizing the reliance on computationally intensive simulations while ensuring chemical and economic efficiency in marginal or complex reservoirs.

Abstract

Implementation of Regional Regulation Policy No.03 of 2016 concerning Non- Smoking Areas in the Paser District Health Service (supervised by Prof. Dr. H. Adam Idris, M. Si as supervisor I and Mohammad Taufik, S. Sos, M. Si as lecturer supervisor II). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Regional Regulation Policy No.03 of 2016 concerning No-Smoking Areas in the Paser District Health Service. Search data obtained from interviews and observations. Meanwhile, The research methodology used is qualitative, specifically using the phenomenological approach. Primary and secondary data are the two main types of research data sources. There were a total of six research informants. The used analytical method involves data manipulation, data representation, and the derivation of findings, followed by their validation. The research results show that the implementation of regional regulation policy no. 3 of 2016 concerning No- Smoking Areas in the Paser District Health Service uses the Soren implementation model. C. Winter, is already running even though implementation is not yet optimal. Therefore, Efforts such as socialisation and counselling by government agencies, including the Paser District Health Service, in collaboration with other relevant institutions, are imperative. However, the implementation of the Regional Regulation on No-Smoking Areas has proven to be unsuccessful.

Abstract

The Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital is a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a comprehensive manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The queue for outpatient often accumulate when queuing to get the queue number for Doctor's services and get medicines at the Pharmacy. Design and created The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the Android-Based FIFO Method has has aim to find out how long are the queue can be minimized and help patients to obtain the online queue number. To design, created and implement The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the AndroidBased FIFO Method. This research uses two queuing models, there are a single channel multiple phase and multiple phase single channel. FIFO (First-In First-Out) Method was applied based on the patient who registers for the first time will get the first service and finished the first service or patient who registers for the first time will get a queue number. Based on the results of testing the queue information system, it can make it easier for outpatients to get the doctor's check queue number and queue at the pharmacy online, and can improve the patient service system at Pidie Jaya General Hospital. The result of this research is an android application that is used by hospital officers and patients seeking treatment at the Pidie Jaya public hospital in obtaining queue information and prescriptions, this application is also equipped with a realtime database to facilitate the process of exchanging information between users directly at system.Keywords— Hospital, Queue, Information System, FIFO (First-In First-Out).

Abstract

for students to learn and understand the characteristics of life in society, so that students can play a role and participate actively in society. The goal Students can help solve problems in the community by being able to develop village potential and handle problems in the village and can complete coursework on campus. This KKNT program is equivalent to 20 credits. KKNT itself consists of various themes, one of which is village projects. Village project KKNT activities are an effort to empower village potential as much as possible to improve the welfare of village communities. Through the KKNT village project theme, it is hoped that villages with all their potential can be fully utilized through various new innovations, both in terms of natural resources and human resources. During the KKNT, students will make maximum contributions with the many activities carried out by students towards the community. Students are required to make a KKN report which contains activities, information and descriptions as well as work programs in terms of aspects of planning, implementation and the results of activities that have been achieved. The implementation method is divided into four areas, namely physical infrastructure, increased production, social culture and health. From this method, a solution is produced, namely a superior work program.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancing is a large part of Islamic bank assets that must be maintained in quality so that Islamic banks can carry out their functions properly. A common problem that arises is the existence of problematic financing that can continue to become a stagnant financing and cause financial health of the bank to be disrupted. The solution from National Sharia Board of Indonesian Ulema Council related to disputes in the contract is limited to 2 settlement efforts, namely deliberation, and settlement of disputes through the Sharia Arbitration Board, while the facts in the field indicate that the second solution is not widely implemented, and the form of deliberate deliberation makes each Islamic Financial Institutions carry out deliberations accordingly with their respective policies. Based on this, the research was carried out based on 2 legal issues, including legal vacancies, and the existence of multiple interpretations of each Islamic bank in running musyarah to handle troubled financing, one of which included PermataBank Syariah. From the legal issue, the formulation of the problem in this study was formed, namely: 1) how to finance the mudharabah contract at PermataBank Syariah; 2) how the Syariah Syariah Bank's strategy in handling troubled financing in mudharabah contracts. The method used in this study is sociological research with qualitative descriptive analysis because the research was carried out on direct conditions in the field. This qualitative descriptive is used to get data that is deep and meaningful. Mudharabah contract financing at PermataBank Syariah consists of 4 main stages, namely 1) prospective mudharib submits a request for financing; 2) if the requirements are complete, the bank will verify the data; 3) the bank surveys the field; 4) filling out the form and signing the contract by the prospective mudharib who passes verification. Efforts made by Permatabank Syariah KCS. Dr. Sutomo Surabaya in dealing with financing with problematic mudharabah contracts is divided into two approaches, namely, first, the pre-customer approach, which focuses on the selection of prospective customers. Second, the post-customer approach, which is carried out after the funds are disbursed to customers. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi seperti internet dan web bisamendukung proses input dan output data yang lebih akurat dan efisien,khususnya dalam perhitungan tunjangan kinerja pegawai yangseharusnya bisa dikembangkan oleh sebuah instansi. Dalam PeraturanKepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (PERKA BKN) No 20 Tahun 2011yang dimaksud dengan “Tunjangan Kinerja adalah tunjangan yangdiberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang besarannya didasarkanpada hasil evaluasi jabatan dan capaian prestasi kerja Pegawai NegeriSipil”. Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tegal merupakan instansi yangmasih melakukan sistem perhitungan tunjangan kinerja pegawai denganmenggunakan manual. Pegawai keuangan masih memasukan datapegawai satu per satu berdasarkan tingkatan di aplikasi Microsoft Excel.Penelitian ini akan merancang sebuah sistem informasi tunjangankinerja pegawai berbasis web pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tegal,yang mana ini akan memudahkan pegawai bagian keuangan agar tidakperlu repot – repot untuk memasukkan data dan melakukan rekapitulasisecara manual yang memakan waktu. Alat bantu dalam perancangansistem ini berorientasi objek yang berupa Unified Modeling Language(UML). Sistem ini berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dandatabase MySQL.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan is a state-owned enterprise unit operating in the palm oil plantation industry. In an effort to increase production, the plantation company aims to enhance production efficiency so that palm oil product prices become more competitive by determining harvest yields. The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366.Keywords: forecasting; palm oil; single exponential smoothing Abstrak: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan sebagai unit usaha BUMN yang beroperasi di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366.Kata Kunci: kelapa sawit; peramalan; single exponential smoothing

Abstract

Poster Layanan Publik yang baik, jelas dan menarik tentu bermanfaat bagi warga masyarakat dalam memahami informasi/kebijakan2 yang disosialisasikan oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini kantor desa sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan publik harus mampu memfasilitasi keterbukaan informasi publik tersebut salah satunya dengan menyediakan tampilan poster layanan publik yang menarik dan jelas dibaca warga masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini pada khususnya adalah aparatur desa anjir serapat baru kecamatan kapuas timur kabupaten kapuas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan dokumentasi. Secara umum pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena para peserta pelatihan mengikuti dengan tekun dan tertib terhadap materi yang di sampaikan. Bahkan setelah dilakukan tanya jawab, para peserta menyatakan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka bertambah.
