Abstract

This study aims to develop and describe a prototype of a children’s literature E-module utilizing Google Workspace for Education to improve reading literacy among fifth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. The study involved 23 fifth-grade students from SD Inpres Mandalle. Data collection instruments included expert validation sheets, observation forms, and questionnaires to assess the module’s practicality and effectiveness. The findings reveal that: (1) the developed E-module prototype achieved high feasibility, with expert validation scores ranging from 93% to 95%; (2) its practicality was rated very good by both teachers and students, with scores of 97% to 98%; (3) its effectiveness was evidenced by a consistent increase in students’ reading literacy scores across sessions, rising from 63 in the first session to 84 in the third session; and (4) the module significantly enhanced students’ engagement, interest, and reading literacy skills. Overall, the study concludes that the children’s literature E-module based on Google Workspace for Education is a valid, highly feasible, practical, and effective instructional tool to support literacy development in elementary education.

Abstract

This research is development research which aims to produce Innovative Folded Book (Bupatif) learning media in Indonesian language subjects to increase the learning motivation and storytelling ability of class III students at SDN 182 Dannuang. The development model used refers to the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation activities. The research results show: (1) the media produced is the Innovative Folding Book (Bupatif) learning media; (2) the Innovative Folding Book (Bupatif) learning media was declared feasible by media, language and material experts with an average percentage of 96% in the very feasible category (3) the Innovative Folding Book (Bupatif) learning media was declared practical based on the practicality observation sheet with category “very practical”; (4) Innovative Folding Book learning media (Bupatif) was declared effective in increasing students' learning motivation and storytelling ability at the media trial, observation sheet and questionnaire stage with the result of increasing learning motivation getting the "very high" category and increasing learning ability getting the category "Very good". There is a significant difference in learning motivation and the results of students' storytelling abilities before and after using the Innovative Folding Book (Bupatif) learning media. Thus, these findings confirm that the Innovative Folding Book learning media can be an effective alternative in increasing students' learning motivation and storytelling ability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' interest and writing ability using the Problem-Based Learning model combined with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. This research is a quantitative study. The sample consisted of all fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini 1/1. Data were collected through tests and observations, and the results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics through a t-test. Based on the average posttest results of interest and descriptive writing skills using the Problem-Based Learning model with the Teaching at the Right Level approach, the posttest scores were higher than the pretest scores. The research findings show that the average interest score of the control and experimental classes was 86.44 ≤ 93.27, and the average descriptive writing ability score of the control and experimental classes was 83.00 ≤ 95.18. After administering a written test to students, the average pretest score before implementing the model was 63.91%. Following the intervention, the average posttest score increased to 87.73%. Thus, the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model with the Teaching at the Right Level approach in Indonesian language learning had a positive effect on students' interest and descriptive writing skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi dengan pendekatan sosiokultural pada pengajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa di ruang kelas, mengidentifikasi mekanisme-mekanisme interaksi sosial yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran, dan memahami implikasi pedagogisnya dalam konteks pendidikan bahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur sistematis, menganalisis publikasi akademik dari berbagai basis data termasuk Google Scholar, ERIC, dan JSTOR yang fokus pada interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa dari perspektif sosiokultural. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dari literatur terkait dengan praktik interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa secara terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga mekanisme utama interaksi sosial yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi yaitu dialog eksploratif yang memungkinkan konstruksi pengetahuan kebahasaan secara kolektif melalui reasoning eksplisit dan eksplorasi kolaboratif, scaffolding dalam zona perkembangan proksimal yang memberikan dukungan responsif untuk mencapai performansi optimal, dan negosiasi makna dalam interaksi autentik yang menciptakan kesempatan untuk input comprehensible dan umpan balik korektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi efektif dari pendekatan sosiokultural dalam pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi memerlukan transformasi peran guru menjadi fasilitator interaksi sosial berkualitas tinggi, desain tugas pembelajaran yang memicu berbagai bentuk interaksi produktif, dan pengembangan kemampuan peserta didik dalam dialog dan kolaborasi untuk pembelajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa secara holistik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan berbicara sebagai bentuk modal sosial dan mengeksplorasi strategi pengajaran komunikasi lisan dalam konteks transformasi digital dari perspektif sosiologis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur sistematis, menganalisis publikasi akademik dari berbagai database elektronik periode 2000-2024 menggunakan framework analisis tematik Braun dan Clarke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara merupakan embodied cultural capital yang dapat dikonversi menjadi modal sosial melalui pembentukan jaringan dan akses terhadap sumber daya sosial, dengan distribusi yang tidak merata dalam masyarakat berdasarkan kelas sosial dan akses teknologi. Era digital menciptakan bentuk-bentuk baru modal komunikatif yang mencakup kompetensi untuk berkomunikasi melalui platform digital dan mengelola identitas dalam networked publics. Transformasi strategi pengajaran komunikasi lisan memerlukan pedagogi transformatif yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, mengembangkan critical communicative competence, dan mengakui keragaman repertoire komunikatif siswa. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa digital divide memperburuk ketidaksetaraan dalam akses terhadap pengembangan modal komunikatif, menuntut intervensi kebijakan komprehensif yang address multiple levels dari individual skills hingga structural changes dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya positioning pengajaran komunikasi lisan sebagai proses emancipatory yang berkontribusi pada keadilan sosial dan transformasi struktur sosial dalam masyarakat digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of conflict management strategies on teamwork performance. Conflict can happen to anyone and anywhere regardless of status, income and position. Someone who is not able to manage conflict will boomerang on his own performance and ultimately affect the company's performance. Thus, a conflict management strategy is needed as an effort to create good performance for individual employee performance and team performance. The results of the study prove that the hypothesis which states that conflict management strategies have a positive and significant effect on teamwork performance is accepted. This explains that conflict management strategies can contribute to teamwork performance through the ability of employees to accommodate ideas from co-workers, the ability to avoid differences of opinion by maintaining feelings and maintaining communication relationships, and collaborating on work methods. Suggestions for this research should be to improve conflict management strategies such as competing strategies at work by providing opportunities for other colleagues to use their expertise in making decisions and finding solutions to work completion.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the library facilities and infrastructure at SMA 1 Negeri Serbajadi are, then to find out how the interest in visiting students is and to find out whether or not there is an influence between library facilities and infrastructure on students' interest in visiting SMA 1 Negeri Serbajadi. This research is a quantitative research. A sample of 249 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was no influence between the intensity of student arrivals and library costs which showed a negative correlation of -0.363. There was a simultaneous effect between the availability of library books on library costs for class XI students at the SMA N 1 Serbajadi Library by 32%. So that the increase in the availability of library books will affect the increase in library support costs for class XI students in the library of SMA N 1 Serbajadi. There is an effect of library facilities on library costs for class XI students in the library of SMA N 1 Serbajadi with a partial contribution value of 48.2%. So the better the library facilities, the higher the student library costs. There is an effect of library management on library costs for class XI students in the SMA N 1 Serbajadi library with a partial contribution value of 2.5%. So the more library services increase, the student library costs also increase. There is an effect of library services on library costs for class XI students in the SMA N 1 Serbajadi library with a partial contribution value of 5.83%. So the more library services increase, the student library costs also increase.

Abstract

Background: Digital technology has become a crucial element of modern education, requiring innovative learning approaches that align with students’ needs. Specific Background: In elementary schools, learning activities often rely heavily on textbooks, which limit student engagement and interactivity. Knowledge Gap: Few studies have explored the use of Google Slides as a fully interactive medium combining multimedia elements for Indonesian language instruction. Aim: This study developed an interactive learning medium based on Google Slides for fifth-grade Indonesian language classes, tested its validity, practicality, and learning outcomes. Results: Media validation results were very high (82.50% and 93.75% from media experts, 82.14% and 94.64% from material experts), teacher responses reached 97.50%, and student responses 96.15%, indicating excellent practicality. Learning achievement increased from 31% (pretest) to 94% (posttest). Novelty: The media integrates internal navigation, quizzes, audio, visual, and animation into a single platform, allowing students to interact with materials actively and independently. Implications: This research offers an adaptive and replicable learning resource that supports student-centered pedagogy and can serve as a model for technology integration in primary schools. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design, yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya kelompok dan perbandingan tetapi dilakukan tes awal. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas II dengan jumlah 26 siswa, 14 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata sebelum diberi perlakuan adalah 51,53% dan setelah diberi perlakuan menjadi 81,92% dengan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung=16,17>ttabel=1,708. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian berbunyi “Ada Pengaruh penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa” dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini berarti penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tugas resensi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa pada Sekolah Dasar. Pentingnya bagi siswa memiliki keterampilan membaca dan menulis, khususnya pada siswa sekolah dasar dalam mendukung kemampuan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa. Penelitian ini didesain sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, yang berupaya mengujicobakan kegiatan tugas resensi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari murid kelas IV, V, dan VI SD 008 Rante tanete, Mamasa tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan tugas resensi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan menulis tentu saja harus diujicobakan dalam penerapan di kelas. Uji coba yang dilakukan terhadap strategi ini yaitu, membandingkan kemampuan menulis siswa sebelum dan sesudah tugas resensi dilakukan. Hasil yang diperoleh sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dibandingkan dangan menggunakan perhitungan statistik inferensial dengan perbedaan dua rata-rata menggunakan analisis uji ‘t’ dengan bantuan aplikasi komputer MS Excel-statistica. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Penerapan tugas resensi berpengaruh terhdap kemampuan membaca siswa SD 009 Rantetanete Kabupaten Mamasa. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai “t” stat adalah 5,945912704 sedangkan nilai t Critical two-tail adalah 1,99045021 maka dapat dijelaskan nilai stat lebih besar daripada nilai t Critical two-tail (stat: 5,945912704 > t Critical two-tail: 1,99045021) pada taraf signifikan 0,05. 2) Penerapan tugas resensi berpengaruh meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa SD 009 Rantetanete Kabupaten Mamasa pada taraf kepecayaan 95%. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai “t” stat adalah analisis data diperoleh nilai “t” stat adalah 3,597040716 sedangkan nilai t Critical two-tail adalah 1,95045021 maka dapat dijelaskan nilai stat lebih besar daripada nilai t Critical two-tail (stat: 3,597040716 > t Critical two-tail: 1,95045021) pada taraf signifikan 0,05
