Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which are now better known as micro and small enterprises play an important role in the growth of the Indonesian economy. The company carries out a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity, and Threat) in determining marketing strategies. The respondents in this study are tofu producers, suppliers, consumers, governments, competitors and marketing institutions of Tahu Teguh Pribadi. Where this analysis consists of 2 analysis variables, namely an analysis of internal factors consisting of strengths and weaknesses, and external analysis consisting of opportunities and threats. The IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix shows that the strength and weakness factors have a total score of 3.01. The EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix shows that opportunity and threat factors have a total value of 3.16. Based on the Cartesian diagram shows that Usaha Tahu Teguh Pribadi is in the Growth quadrant where the quadrant is a very favorable situation. S-O strategy (Strenght-Opportunity) then obtained the factor that must be maintained to be able to take the opportunities that are: Improving product quality by utilizing technological developments to maintain consumer trust and forming associations / unions of business entrepreneurs to maintain bargaining positions against suppliers. The W-O strategy (Weakness-Opportunity) obtained results, namely: Increasing sales volume through product diversification by utilizing culinary policies and improving the quality of human resources through programs from the government. S-T strategy (Great Strenght) shows results: Improving quality and maintaining product continuity with good production management to improve competitiveness. And can improve marketing efficiency by establishing W-T (Weakness-Threat) Strategy partnership relationship, namely: Use simple SOPsfor effectiveness and efficiency. As well as increasing capital and promotion networks through product packaging and increasing human resources

Abstract

One of the government agencies tasked with providing services to the community is Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu has the main task of carrying out services to the community and SubDistrict government affairs. The guidelines used to determine the quality of public services provided to the community by Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu refer to the preparation of the Community Satisfaction Index for public service delivery units which is guided by the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The aim of this research is to determine the Community Satisfaction Index with Public Services at Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. The analytical method used is the Community Satisfaction Index of public service delivery units based on the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 with 9 indicators in it, namely requirements, procedures, completion time, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, implementing competence, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions and input, facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of Community Satisfaction Index on the quality of public services Air Nipis SubDistrict Office, South Bengkulu, a value of 76.05 was obtained B in service quality with good criteria because it was in the value interval, namely 62.51-81.25.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of strategies for providing excellent customer service at "Cahaya Terang" laundry. Through literature review, case studies, and interviews with business owners and managers, the research identifies key practices for enhancing customer experience in laundry services. Results highlight the significance of employee training, efficient workflow management, quality control measures, and customer feedback mechanisms. The study underscores the importance of integrating these elements to cultivate a culture of customer-centricity and ensure sustained business success. Practical implications and recommendations for stakeholders, including business owners, employees, and customers, are also discussed.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education at the secondary education level, especially at Vocational High Schools (SMK), has an important role in forming a generation that is able to face the challenges of the modern economy. This education not only prepares students with technical knowledge, but also explores the creative and innovative potential needed in the business world. Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in increasing entrepreneurial motivation and innovation in vocational school students. High motivation is considered the key to success in running a business, while innovation opens up opportunities to face business competition in a unique and effective way. This service was carried out at SMKS 1 for the development of the city of Bengkulu on Friday 7 June 2024. The implementation of this service activity was to carry out socialization about cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit to increase student interest and motivation, where during the socialization there was a question and answer discussion with the students of SMKS 1 for the Development of the city of Bengkulu. This socialization aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students and increase the motivational interest of students at SMKS 1 for the development of Bengkulu City. It is very influential in improving the entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, and increasing relationships and network connections is necessary.

Abstract

Agriculture plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, with vegetable plantations being key in meeting people's food needs. The city of Bengkulu, with its geographical potential and favorable climate, offers great opportunities to improve the skills and productivity of vegetable farmers. However, challenges such as limited access to modern technology, lack of technical knowledge, as well as climate change and market dynamics hinder the development of this sector. This research aims to explore strategies to improve the skills and productivity of vegetable farmers in Bengkulu City through education, training, introduction of the latest technology, and development of marketing networks. With a participatory approach involving local farmers, agricultural extension workers and agronomists, the proposed solutions are expected to be relevant and applicable. The research results show that improving skills, applying modern technology and good agricultural practices can significantly increase farmers' productivity and welfare. The implementation of this solution is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy and the sustainability of the agricultural sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Bengkulu. The research method used was a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents who were Alfamart customers in Bengkulu. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to find out how much influence brand image and product quality have on purchasing decisions. The research results show Y= 0.942+0.291X1 +0.452X2+e with an R square result of 0.487, this means that brand image and product quality have a 48.7% influence on purchasing decisions and the remaining 51.3% is determined by other factors. The significant values ​​obtained were 0.012 (X1) and 0.004 (X2), both of which were smaller than 0.05. X1, X2 simultaneously equal to 0.000 (smaller than 0.05) influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance. at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office who have become government officers (ASN). The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 1.501 + 0.380X1 + 0.603 X2 + e this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of organizational commitment and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.590. This means that X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (organizational culture) affect performance (Y) by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially organizational commitment variables and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance variables at the Seluma Regency DPRD Office. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that organizational commitment variables and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the DPRD office of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product completeness and price on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. The sample in this study were 120 customers who made purchases at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. The data collection used is a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed that Y = 9.338+ 0.308X1+ 0.477 X2+ e, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (product completeness) and X2 (price) on purchasing decisions (Y). Product completeness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Product completeness and price simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of taxpayer income on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax (PKB) in the Bengkulu City Samsat. The results of the research show that there is an influence of income (X1) on taxpayer compliance (Y) based on the results of the tcount test for the awareness variable (X2) which is 2.455, the tcount value when compared with ttable of 1.653 and tcount>ttable (2.455>1.653) with significant level is 0.001<0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence of awareness (X2) on taxpayer compliance (Y) based on the results The tcount test for the awareness variable (X2) is 2.589. If the tcount value is compared with ttable of 1.653 and tcount>ttable (2.589>1.653) with a significant level of 0.003<0.05 then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. There is an influence on service quality (X3 ) towards taxpayer compliance (Y) based on the results of the t-count test for the awareness variable (X2) is 3.763, the t-count value If compared with ttable of 1.653 and tcount>ttable (3.763>1.653) with a significance level of 0.002<0.05 then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The Ftable result is 2.95 because Fcount>Ftable (7.894>2.65) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the variables income (X1), awareness (X2) and service quality (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously or simultaneously on taxpayer compliance ( Y) The termination coefficient value of Adjusted R Square R2= 0.780. This value means that the independent variables together contribute 78% in influencing the dependent variable with medium criteria.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees of the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Department in Seluma Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 62 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 22,385 + 0.134 X1 + 0.444 X2 + 3,290. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the organizational culture variable (X1) and the work environment, on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Service Office in Seluma Regency. The results show that the organizational culture test (XI) shows tcount 3.035 > ttable 1.669 and significance 0.004 < 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Housing, Settlement and Transportation Service Office in Seluma Regency. This means the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the work environment test (X2) show tcount 7.123 > ttable 1.669 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the Service Office Housing, Settlement Areas and Transportation in Seluma Regency. The result of the Fcount value with Ftable is that the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 29,056 > 2.75, so it can be concluded that Accepting the Hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between organizational culture (XI) and the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Office Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Transportation in Seluma Regency.
