Abstract

Management of family finances is very important, considering the many problems that occur due to the lack of skills in managing family finances. What often happens is an imbalance between income and expenditure, the term is "big pegs than poles." As a result, it can lead to disputes between husband and wife which causes a loss of the husband's level of trust in his wife. The absence of bookkeeping results in uncontrolled spending, depleted for expenses that are not important and are not a priority scale. Likewise, the problems that occurred to women who were members of RT.29 arisan, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City, where most of the members were completely unfamiliar with financial bookkeeping. So that there is an imbalance between income and expenditure, unskilled in setting the priority scale of family finances, weaknesses in planning expenses, weaknesses in recording and managing family financial cashflows. This community service activity is proposed with a solution in the form of training in family financial management with simple bookkeeping, namely a cash book. This activity aims to provide skills to mothers in managing family finances. The expected target is the skills of mothers in terms of managing finances. The method used is training by giving lectures or explanations as well as training on financial management and family financial management exercises/practices with simple cash book equipment that has been prepared.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur khususnya kelas X IPA ³ di SMA Negeri 04 kota Bengkulu. Entrepreneur merupakan keterampilan dan sikap yang penting untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan, khususnya dalam dunia bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu pendidikan kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan harus dirancang untuk mengembangkan sifat mandiri, kreatif dan pekerja keras. Untuk membenahi dan mempersiapkanya maka dilakukan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan tentang jiwa kewirausahaan. Hasil sosialisasi pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman siswa tentang entrepreneur. Siswa telah merespon dan berminat untuk membuat usaha atau bisnis sambil menuntut ilmu ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam sikap pantang menyerah dan ketangguhan dalam menghadapi tantangan. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan, diskusi serta tanya jawab dan penyampaian materi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan para pelajar dapat memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan keinginan untuk menjadi entrepreneur untuk masa yang akan datang. Abstract

Brand recognition marketing is promoting a brand's product or service in a way that elevates the brand as a whole. This involves creating and maintaining brand-consumer relationships and marketing brand attributes traits that people develop when they describe a particular brand. In this guide, Brand or brands are able to create interactive communication with consumers. The stronger a brand, the stronger the interaction with consumers. In order to introduce a brand or brands to the public, including brands, especially the local Ibu Ari banana chip business, by way of popularizing the brand, one of which is a marketing communication strategy, which is a marketing activity that seeks to disseminate information, persuade, increase the target market so that the product is accepted.The implementation of marketing brand recognition is carried out in several steps, such as creating a brand identity for Ibu Ari's banana chip business and using social media. The brand identity was created to introduce the Ibu Ari banana chip brand more clearly and up to date in the market, while the use of social media was made so that consumers could easily recognize and remember the Ibu Ari brand and give a positive image to the brand.From the results of the evaluation, the community service program entitled "Marketing Brand Recognition in Ibu Ari's Banana Chips Business" succeeded in having a positive impact on the continuity of the business. Debfab thus implementing effective marketing brand recognition can be a solution for businesses in facing increasingly competitive competition.

Abstract

The factors of promotion, consumer trust, and service quality in the Maxim online transportation application in Bengkulu City are expected to influence consumers' purchasing decisions. Maxim is designed to facilitate consumers' travel, enabling them to travel easily and efficiently anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of promotion, consumer trust, and service quality on purchasing decisions for online transportation in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study consists of 100 Maxim users. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and the analysis method employed is quantitative, using statistical tests with SPSS. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of this study indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for online transportation in Bengkulu City using Maxim, where t-value 3.660 > t-table 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for online transportation in Bengkulu City using Maxim, where t-value 2.486 > t-table 1.984 with a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05. Furthermore, service quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for online transportation in Bengkulu City using Maxim, where t-value 2.064 > t-table 1.984 with a significance level of 0.042 < 0.05. Simultaneously, promotion, consumer trust, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for online transportation in Bengkulu City using Maxim, where F-value 26.678 > F-table 2.700 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide basic HRM training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Central Bengkulu. The method of community service activities begins with the preparation stage and problem identification through field surveys. The survey was conducted by looking at the condition of SMES and discussing directly with the Owner of Central Bengkulu SMES. The survey intends to identify the needs and opportunities for the need for social media for SMES business actors. Then, the socialization and training stages were carried out by the team. The result of this community service activity is the knowledge of participants, in this case SMES business actors, regarding the need for social media to increase marketing and product branding. After the PKM activities were carried out and the material presentation was delivered, it was found that the participants' knowledge about social media had increased.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in supporting the local economy, but many business actors still face obstacles in financial recording, especially in recording daily cash flow systematically. This community service activity aims to assist UMKM Arabian Kebab Bang Aji Bengkulu in managing daily cash records based on simple financial applications, namely the Daily Cash Book. The implementation method consists of observation, training, direct assistance, and evaluation of the use of the application. The results of the activity show that MSME owners are getting used to using the application to record daily income and expenses, so that they can monitor the financial condition of their business more regularly and accurately. With this assistance, it is hoped that MSMEs can improve financial literacy and make more informed business decisions based on well-documented financial data.

Abstract

Tofu and tempeh are traditional food products that are very popular in Indonesia. However, in order to remain competitive in the increasingly tight local market, tofu and tempeh producers need to implement innovative marketing strategies. The aim of community service is to identify innovative marketing strategies that can be implemented by tofu and tempeh factory owners, improve the skills of tofu and tempeh factory owners in marketing their products effectively and increase the competitiveness of tofu and tempeh products in the local market through various innovative marketing initiatives. The research method for community service uses in-depth interviews and field observations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the public outreach strategy implemented by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) through depositor surveys, and its impact on public trust in the deposit insurance program. Although surveys are typically positioned as research instruments, in this context they also serve as tools for public education and information dissemination. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using thematic analysis, based on the model proposed by Miles and Huberman (1994), which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were obtained from surveys involving 30 depositors with diverse demographic backgrounds and levels of financial literacy. The findings indicate that participation in the survey indirectly enhanced respondents' awareness and understanding of the existence and functions of LPS. Several respondents admitted that they became aware of the deposit insurance program only after taking part in the survey, suggesting that surveys can be an effective outreach tool when designed to be communicative and interactive. In addition, most respondents expressed high levels of trust in financial institutions, including LPS, despite their initially limited understanding of the program. This study concludes that survey-based outreach strategies hold significant potential as non-traditional methods to build public trust in financial institutions. Therefore, surveys should not be viewed merely as data collection tools, but also as strategic communication media within the broader framework of institutional public engagement. LPS is encouraged to further develop survey formats that promote active participation, simultaneous education, and sustainable improvements in public financial literacy.

Abstract

Community service is one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to improve community welfare through innovation-based empowerment. This program aims to develop community entrepreneurship through cleanliness counseling and infrastructure installation which includes painting portals, installing signs, and implementing community gymnastics and neighborhood association gatherings. This activity was carried out in RT.23, Pematang Gubernur Village, by involving the local community in every stage of its implementation. Cleanliness counseling is carried out to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy and clean environment, while the installation of infrastructure is expected to strengthen local economic identity and independence. Community gymnastics and gatherings are a means to build solidarity and encourage active community participation in social activities. This program also functions as a forum to introduce the concept of community-based entrepreneurship through social innovation that can improve the quality of life and empower communities to be more economically independent. The expected results of this program are increased public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness, the creation of infrastructure that supports economic activities, and the formation of sustainable social entrepreneurs.

Abstract

SDM always plays an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans are the planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Work Environment and Motivation are important because with a Work Environment and Motivation every employee will want to work hard and enthusiastically to achieve higher performance. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is an influence of work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is using quantitative research. The quantitative approach is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The population in this study were all ASN employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 112 ASN employees. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis Y = 2.271 + 0.257 X1 + 0.574 X2 this illustrates that the value of the Work Environment (X1) and the value of Motivation (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of calculations using SPSS, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.915. This means that the value of the Work Environment (X1) and the value of Motivation (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) of 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
