Abstract - This research was conducted to model and simulate the Half Adder system. This system is designed by analyzing the descriptive method, and the comparative method. After analysis, modeling is done with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and hardware design based on microcontroller can be programmed using CodeVisionAVR-C software. Abstract - Technological progress is changing very rapidly from year to year, mobile devices are one of the fastest growing technological products in its development, with the development of cellular technology at this time, which causes many changes, including in the world of education. Using mobile applications as learning tools can benefit from the availability of learning material that can be accessed at any time, and visualization of interesting material. the problem that arises is the lack of time for communication between teacher and students and learning that is still used by the media of books, which are mainly presented in the form of text, making students less attractive for further lessons. Therefore, researchers have developed educational applications to increase student motivation. Adobe Animate CC software is used to develop mobile multimedia applications to teach the human digestive system and multimedia disorders, this application is intended as an alternative source of student learning, so this application stimulates student motivation so students can play and learn on their own in their free time. Abstract - Kemajuan teknologi berubah sangat cepat dari tahun ke tahun, perangkat seluler adalah salah satu produk teknologi yang tumbuh paling cepat dalam perkembangannya, dengan perkembangan teknologi seluler saat ini, yang menyebabkan banyak perubahan, termasuk di dunia pendidikan. Menggunakan aplikasi seluler sebagai alat pembelajaran dapat mengambil manfaat dari ketersediaan materi pembelajaran yang dapat diakses kapan saja, dan visualisasi materi yang menarik. masalah yang muncul adalah kurangnya waktu untuk komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dan pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan oleh media buku, yang terutama disajikan dalam bentuk teks, membuat siswa kurang menarik untuk pelajaran selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti telah mengembangkan aplikasi edukasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Perangkat lunak Adobe Animate CC digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi multimedia bergerak untuk mengajar sistem pencernaan manusia dan gangguan multimedia, aplikasi ini dimaksudkan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar siswa, sehingga aplikasi ini merangsang motivasi siswa agar siswa dapat bermain dan belajar sendiri pada waktu luang mereka.

Abstract - This research is done because the processing of archiving is still done manually, this is very difficult and slow in searching if needed. Archiving a few months or even years ago will certainly be difficult to find because of the accumulation of files or because the archive has been damaged. The difficulty and complexity can be overcome by using WEB-based and MySql databases to manage archives. Management utilizing WEB-based and MySql databases are no longer in the form of archive sheets but have been in the form of scanned files from the original archive. The scanned archive will be stored with certain codes to make it easier to search so that the archives that came in a few months or even years ago are undamaged and easy to find. Abstract - The process of selecting majors by prospective students by SMK Negeri 1 Air Putih is done manually. There are students who feel they are not compatible with their interests when getting lessons at school, this results students change schools and some drop out of school. Other things that can also have an effect such as students who move and dropout. In this study a system for implementing fuzzy logic was built using the method Tsukamoto. From the results of the research, the results of the Tsukamoto method were able to provide departmental recommendations which matches the subject that has high grades. Abstract - The making of E-Archive Implementation in the Informatics Engineering Study Program is strived for perfection in the administration of archives which so far has not been integrated, and often the management of documents is still done manually. thus making work ineffective and efficient when faced with rapid information needs. The data collection method used is through observation and literature. The use of information technology devices such as computers or laptops is currently increasing. The increased use is due to the fact that these devices are very supportive of our daily work activities. With the increasing use of these computers, data security on a computer or laptop device must be completely safe from virus attacks. To ward off viral attacks m aka requires the application of anti-virus to inhibit and prevent a variety of viruses that enter into the computer system so that the computer user's activity was not bothered by the many viruses are easily spread. Because there are too many antiviruses on the market, it is necessary to choose a good antivirus. One of the ways to choose antivirus is the existence of a decision support system . In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was applied for the anti-virus application selection system. This data assessment analysis aims to produce the best anti - virus application options that computer users can use to secure their computer data. The criteria and weights used are K1 = application rating (5%) , K2 = completeness of features (30%) , K3 = price / official license (5%) , K4 = malware detection (45%) and K5 = blocking URL (15%). Of the 25 alternatives used, the results of the study, namely alternative A1 = Kaspersky anti-virus get the highest ranking result.

Research on information technology, namely in terms of urban transportation in Medan. This study makes information technology in the form of an android application for customers and drivers which aims to track the location of city transportation using a driver application that is directly connected online with the customer application so that they can see the position of the driver and can also request pick-up at the bus stop. In terms of tracking using GPS (Global Positioning System) while for mapping using Google Maps Api Key. This application uses the design of several Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams.

ABSTRACT. This Community service was carried out at the Bani Adam As Orphanage which is located at Jalan Mangaan 3 Pasar 2 Mabar, Medan Deli District. This orphanage cares for and meets the needs of orphans and neglected children, from food to school needs from elementary to high school levels. Currently, Bani Adam As Orphanage High School students does not yet have adequate computer laboratories so that their ability to use computer applications is still very limited. For this reason, in order to increase students' abilities in using computer applications, especially to improve graphic design skills, training was conducted to improve graphic design skills for Bani Adam As Orphanage High School Students. The reason for this examination was to decide the significance of Mendeley's reference to the board programming and to prepare instructors in arranging references in the planning of logical papers. This exploration is a result of network administration that has been done by teachers at the 1 Medan State Junior High School. This examination technique is subjective with a contextual investigation approach. This investigation requests that the educator record methods of masterminding logical papers in sorting out references utilizing reference the board programming, for example, Mendeley in entering references and gathering a list of sources. The subjects of this investigation were 16 instructors from SMP Negeri 1 Medan. The outcomes got from this examination are that instructors can look for references from sources, for example, Google Scholar, and add to Mendeley references, can improve definite data on the data that has been acquired, and can synchronize the Microsoft Word application. Adanya penggunaan sistem informasi pada lembaga atau instansi berguna untuk mempermudah pekerjaan sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang sistematis serta terintegrasi dalam suatu sistem yang sistematis. RRI Medan merupakan sebuah lembaga penyiaran radio satu-satunya milik negara. Radio RRI memiliki berbagai macam program acara, dimana setiap program acara memiliki respon dari pendengar yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Tetapi Radio RRI untuk mendapatkan respon dari pendengar dan pengelolaan data masih dilakukan secara manual, maka dari itu penulis memberikan solusi dengan membuat sistem informasi database respon pendengar agar memudahkan dalam pengolahan data dan pendengar dapat mengakses sistem ini untuk memudahkannya dalam memberikan respon terhadap program acara tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena mampu memberikan penjelasan terkait permasalahan yang ada dan dalam pengembangan sistemnya menggunkan metode waterfall agar pengerjaan sistemnya lebih bertahap secara baik dan terarah. Dimana sistem ini berbasis website dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini mampu memudahkan admin maupun pendengar dalam memberikan responnya.
