Abstract

Peluang usaha adalah sebuah kesempatan untuk menjalankan sebuah bisnis untuk mendapatkan sebuah keuntungan dengan cara menerapkan strategi yang telah ditetapkan..Salah satu peluang usaha yang banyak di jumpai adalah Bisnis café,eksistensi bisnis café menjadi salah satu bisnis yang berkembang pesat di era globalisasi dan membuat persaingan bisnis di bidang industri cafe menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemilik usaha di Indonesia. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam menjalankan bisnis café antara lain yaitu penetapan lokasi,penetapan harga dan pelayanan yang baik.Dari ketiga faktor tersebut apabila dapat terealisasikan maka dapat meempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama serta menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu bisnis usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu Lokasi,harga dan pelayanan serta variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis Lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sedangkan hipotesis harga dan pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Saran yang diberikan yaitu Harga dan pelayanan harus di pertahankan dan ditingkatkan Kembali agar meningkatkan Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational, transactional and work discipline leadership styles on the performance of Bondowoso Agricultural Service employees. This type of research. causality research, namely research that explains the relationship that influences each other between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were Bondowoso Agriculture Office employees, the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear analysis. The results of the study prove that transformational, transactional and work discipline leadership styles have a significant effect on the performance of Bondowoso Agricultural Service employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of audit tenure, firm size and firm age on audit delay. The research covers 48 real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021, purposive sampling techniques. By using the SPSS v24 tool to perform multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical results obtained by the tenure audit and the size of the company are not significant factors affecting the audit delay. Only the age of the company is significant on the audit delay

Abstract

Since the emergence of coronavirus in various parts of the world, all activities began to be housed. Every interaction must be done online, including education. In the implementation of lectures there are certainly learning methods. Lecture method as one of the learning methods that is always applied especially in the current online learning period. The question is how it is perceived in online learning, researchers are interested in knowing the perception of students regarding the use of online lecture methods. Research takes place remotely using google form media to process data. Research is discussed by qualitative methods by utilizing literacy resources such as books, articles and other ilimiah research as data collection techniques. Furthermore, the data is reviewed, discussed and linked to relevant library studies. Based on the perception of students, the results prove that the application of lecture methods in the middle of online lectures is quite effective. Students are quite familiar with online-based lectures using lecture methods, but there are several other things and skills that teachers need to master so that the lecture method does not become boring and can give maximum results.

Abstract

Cases of bullying are increasing day by day in Indonesia, which is not only done by adults but also teenagers and has an impact on teenagers. One type of bullying that is done by teenagers is verbal bullying. Verbal bullying is defined as an act of violence that is carried out verbally through words, such as insulting, mocking, or ridiculing. Many cases of bullying occur in teenagers. As a result of continuous bullying, it can affect self-confidence and mental health in adolescents who are victims of verbal bullying. This study aims to describe how the treatment of verbal bullying on adolescent victims of bullying. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This study was conducted on 4 adolescent victims of bullying (1 boy, 3 girls; age 14-22 years; students and college students) through interviews. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of three steps including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the treatment of verbal bullying on adolescents had positive and negative impacts, but the analysis showed that the negative impact was mostly caused by the treatment of bullying. On the positive impact it teaches children to be able to understand if they are in the position of victims of bullying so that they make children aware not to do that, mentally awaken children who are victims of verbal bullying to stay strong. While the negative impact is making children who are victims of verbal bullying become insecure, have psychological trauma because not all children can accept it. Based on this, parents, teachers and counselors work together to help and protect teenagers who are victims of bullying, giving teens the opportunity to understand what bullying is. For orders, it is necessary to enforce the law for bullying behavior so that bullying behavior is reduced and there is no more bullying so that teenagers become safe and comfortable without bullying. Teenagers are advised to consult with BK teachers in schools so that Guidance and Counseling services can be provided including information services, individual counseling services with a behavioral approach, group guidance services, classical services and mediation services to prevent violence in adolescents.

Abstract

Pesantren, as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, create unique environments where Santri (students) navigate complex social dynamics and behavioral expectations. Understanding conformity in these settings is crucial for developing educational approaches that balance religious character formation with individual well-being. This research examines the life experiences of Santri and the meaning of conformity in the Pesantren environment of Lembaga Tinggi Pesantren Luhur Malang (LTPLM). Involving nine Santri with a minimum stay of two years, this study employed a descriptive phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results showed that conformity includes adherence to rules, acceptance of Pesantren values, and cultural adaptation, which support the strengthening of religious identity and the learning of social values. The findings also revealed challenges such as social pressure to conform and the potential for negative behavior due to the culture of seniority. This study concludes that conformity in Pesantren serves as a profound learning process for Santri character building. The implication of this research is the need for adaptive educational policies to minimize the negative impacts of conformity while supporting the development of socially and spiritually balanced Santri.

Abstract

The issue of women is still a serious discourse for discussion, both about the identity,position and role, even to the character and intellect. This article discusses the theoryof education and emancipation of women in view of Abbas Mahmud al-‘Aqqad, anEgyptian thinker, poet, philosopher and journalist scholars in the late - 19th and early20th century. According to Him, women have equal footing with men in education and allsocial roles. But the natural differences between women and men demanding the divisionof different roles, so that the relationship of women and men should be a partnership.Conservative viewsof ‘ Aqqad theory based on the Koran, the Hadith and the researchon the female characters. This theory is in line with structuralist functionalist theory.Structuralist theory gravitate to sociology, while learning functionalist psychologicaltheory, but they have same conclusion, that the relationship of women and men is thepreservation of harmony, not competition. ‘Aqqad’stheory could be a solution to the issueof family crisis and child neglect that often occurs as a result of the division of the maritalpartnership roles are less than ideal.

Abstract

The era of modernization is an era of change from traditional to advanced (modern), such as current conditions which cover various aspects, including education. In the modernization period, education focuses on developing students' character. This approach aims to form a good personality that is able to adapt to current developments, which is greatly influenced by the role of the teacher. This research aims to identify and describe the contribution of teachers in shaping student character in the era of modernization. The literature study method is used to collect data from various sources, such as journals and articles. Data analysis techniques involve reading and discussion to formulate information comprehensively. Research findings show that Islamic character education based on local wisdom is strengthened by the role of parents in teaching manners. The four foundations of character education include religious values, culture, environment and individual potential, with religious values as the main foundation. The moral message from Luqman Al-Hakim in Q.S. Luqman verses 12-19 highlight the urgency of guiding children's faith with monotheism from an early age, teaching them to be grateful to Allah and filial piety to their parents, educating children to do good deeds, teaching them to act virtuously and avoiding evil, and preparing children with noble morals and good manners in interacting. This message reflects the central role of Islamic education in shaping an individual's personality and morals, with a focus on the principles of monotheism and ubudiyah behavior. Abstract

Menurunnya tingkat literasi dan lemah antusias membaca menjadi tantangan besar pada era modern ini. Di Indonesia tingkat membaca menduduki tingkat kebawah daripada Negara lain. Pada era modern ini tingginya minat pada teknologi digital, sehingga literasi membaca berkurang maka perlunya motivasi belajar pada era modern ini agar tidak terkena dampak arus globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis motivasi belajar perspektif Al-Qur’an dan hadis pada era modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan motivasi merupakan dorongan dalam diri sendiri (intrinsik) dan luar (ekstrinsik) dalam usaha menentukan sebuah arah, semangat, serta kesungguhan mencapai tujuan. Dalam perspektif  Al-Qur’an dan hadis motivasi belajar dilakukan ingin mendapatkan kemuliaan disisi Allah, diangkat derajat yang tinggi, dan memperoleh surga sebagai balasannya. Implementasi dalam motivasi belajar perspektif Al-Qur’an terdapat dalam Q.S Al-Alaq ayat 1,  Q.S Al-Mujadalah ayat 11, dan Q.S  Az-Zumar ayat 9. Motivasi belajar dalam perspektif hadis niat, kewajiban menuntut ilmu, dan keutamaan menuntut ilmu. Dari ayat Al-Qur’an dan hadis menjadi pedoman pentingnya motivasi belajar sebagai acuan menuntut ilmu dalam Islam.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the SARI BUAH (One Day Moving for Great Indonesian Children) program in developing the emotional health of elementary school students. The problem addressed is the suboptimal emotional health of students, which impacts their ability to manage emotions and engage in social interactions. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe how the SARI BUAH program is implemented and to analyze its impact on the development of students' emotional health. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as analysis of program-related documents. The research subjects were elementary school students actively participating in the SARI BUAH program at an elementary school in Malang. The results show that the SARI BUAH program is implemented through various structured activities such as self-development workshops, collaborative games, and emotional sharing sessions, all designed to facilitate self-understanding and emotion regulation. This program significantly improved students' emotional health, characterized by enhanced ability to recognize and express emotions, build positive peer relationships, and adaptively overcome challenges. The SARI BUAH program makes a positive contribution to creating a learning environment that supports students' holistic emotional development.
