Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan keberlanjutan energi pada pembangkit listrik di Provinsi Banten melalui integrasi analisis Value Chain dan SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah kebutuhan mendesak untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional maksimum sambil mendorong transisi menuju sistem energi yang lebih berkelanjutan dan rendah karbon. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode mixed-method, menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak manajerial, penyebaran kuesioner, dan observasi lapangan. Analisis kualitatif (Value Chain dan SWOT) dilanjutkan dengan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk memprioritaskan strategi yang paling berdampak dan feasible. Hasil analisis QSPM mengidentifikasi tiga strategi prioritas yang harus segera diimplementasikan. Pertama, optimalisasi sistem Automatic Generation Control (AGC) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasi. Kedua, penerapan co-firing biomassa secara masif untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada batubara. Ketiga, digitalisasi sistem pemeliharaan berbasis predictive maintenance. Strategi ini diprediksi mampu meningkatkan Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) sebesar 3%, menurunkan Heat Rate sebesar 2%, dan meningkatkan bauran energi terbarukan hingga 10%. Implementasi strategi ini akan dilakukan melalui roadmap lima tahunan yang terstruktur, didukung oleh kebijakan internal yang kuat mengenai efisiensi energi dan kemitraan strategis dengan pemangku kepentingan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan acuan transformasional yang praktis bagi industri pembangkit listrik di Banten untuk mencapai sistem yang efisien, berdaya saing, dan mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) nasional. Implementasi dilakukan bertahap melalui roadmap lima tahun, didukung kebijakan efisiensi energi dan kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan. Hasilnya diharapkan menjadi acuan transformasi menuju sistem pembangkit yang efisien, berkelanjutan, dan rendah karbon.

Abstract

Artikel ini bermaksud memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan kepada guru-guru tentang bentuk-bentuk pilihan ganda antara lain; bentuk sederhana, kompleks multiple answer, kompleks kategori. Metode penulisan dilakukan dengan menerapkan kajian pustaka dengan cara pencarian teori, pengelompokan teori, pengelolaan dengan proses sintesis, kemudian mengonstruksikan teori dan menciptakan konsep dan contoh tentang bentuk-bentuk pilihan ganda. Hasil pemikiran ini menciptakan sebuah konsep dan contoh yang mudah dipahami oleh guru tentang pilihan ganda bentuk sederhana, kompleks multiple answer, kompleks kategori. Artikel ini diharapkan menambah pemahaman guru dan dapat diimplementasikan pada kelas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Falsafah huta di Mandailing Natal merupakan konsep kearifan lokal yang mengedepankan harmoni dan keteraturan dalam kehidupan masyarakat.Huta tidak hanya merujuk pada desa secara fisik, tetapi juga pada tata nilai yang mengatur hubungan antarindividu dan kelompok dalam komunitas.Dalam falsafah ini, Dalihan Na Tolu menjadi fondasi utama yang menjaga keseimbangan sosial melalui peran mora, kahanggi, dan anak boru.Ketiga elemen ini saling menopang untuk menciptakan kerukunan, gotong royong, dan keadilan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penerapan falsafah huta yang selaras dengan prinsip Dalihan Na Tolu terlihat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti pengambilan keputusan bersama, penyelesaian konflik, serta pelaksanaan tradisi adat.Melalui sinergi antara falsafah huta dan Dalihan Na Tolu, masyarakat Mandailing Natal mampu mempertahankan identitas budaya sekaligus beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman.Oleh karena itu, falsafah ini tidak hanya menjadi warisan budaya, tetapi juga panduan yang relevan dalam membangun keselarasan dan keberlanjutan di tengah keberagaman Nusantara.

Abstract

Pendidikan di pesantren selama ini selalu menghadirkan aspek-aspek unik dan menarik untuk dipelajari dan dikaji. Tantangan utama di pondok pesantren adalah bagaimana cara mempertahankan minat belajar santri agar tetap tinggi dan berkelanjutan. Dalam keadaan aslinya pondok pesantren memiliki sistem pendidikan dan pengajaran non klasikal yang dikenal dengan metode sorogan dan bandongan (wetonan). Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode sorogan dan bandongan berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar santri di pondok pesantren Inayatullah Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Tabulasi data direduksi dan disimpulkan dengan temuan bahwa metode sorogan dan bandongan sama-sama berperan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar santri. Antusiasme santri sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan sorogan dan bandongan. Melalui interaksi sosial dan kemandirian pembelajaran pada sorogan dan bandongan, santri didorong untuk secara aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran sehingga membuat santri termotivasi untuk terus meningkatkan minat untuk terus belajar.

Abstract

This article describes the explanation of history and its implications in the development of Islamic Culture History learning models in Islamic Primary School. As an independent science, history has a different methodology. Therefore, the explanation is different from the history of other scientific explanations, though conceptually adopted the theory of social and natural sciences to support the explanation. These rules include the historical explanation; regularity, generalization,  statistical inference, periodical, historical narrative and the implications for the development of Islamic Culture History interpretation in Islamic Primary School learning model which requires teachers choose a model student-oriented learning (student centered). For an explanation of the history of the reconstruction of historical events that allow teachers to give crude learning materials so students should be involved to design his own knowledge until he is able to think critically and learn many values from explanation history. One of the today’s appropriate learning models is Contextual Teaching and Learning. This model is a holistic view of learners not only on psychological but also on social and neurotical. This model also requires the integral learning, bringing together the experience of learning in the classroom with daily experiences of students.Keywords: explanation, contextual teaching and learning

Abstract

According to psychological development of young child at elementary school, at least there are two main reasons of visual stimulative utilization using fine art work in teaching-learning process. The first, visual stimulation is more interesting thing to enrich child motivation in learning because the students will enjoy the process, the materials can be explained easily, teaching method will be varied and the students will involve themselves in teaching-learning process, not only listening the lesson from teacher but also observing, searching or demonstrating massage of the illustration. The second, visual stimulation is appropriate to psychological development of the children in the elementary school because this media explain the abstract concept become the concrete one and simplify the complexity of the lesson. It is very important to PAI learning process which much of it’s materials consist of the abstract concept. More over using visual stimulation will give the teacher positivity to make Joyful Learning which students may learn not under pressure and the learning process of PAI will be productive, full of creativities, activities, effectiveness and joyfulness.   Keywords: Visual stimulation, psikologis development.

Abstract

The Safavid Dynasty was one of the major Islamic empires that shaped modern Iranian identity through the integration of political authority and Twelver Shi‘ite theology. The dynasty’s emergence marked a new chapter in Islamic history, transforming Persia into the intellectual, political, and cultural center of Shi‘ite Islam. This article aims to analyze the political, social, and cultural contributions of the Safavid Dynasty within a cross-civilizational context, particularly by comparing its historical dynamics with those of its contemporaries, the Ottoman and Mughal empires. Employing a historical–qualitative method structured through the IMRAD framework, this research examines both primary chronicles and secondary scholarship, including twenty-first-century studies. The findings indicate that the Safavid Dynasty established a strong theocratic system, reinforced economic and artistic networks, and left a profound legacy on the formation of Iran’s national identity and the broader Islamic.

Abstract

The Family Planning (FP) movement in Indonesia has become an example of how a country can respond to and embrace family planning initiatives as part of a more structured family development strategy to improve welfare in a population of approximately 259 million people. Women using Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA), commonly known as the three-month injectable contraceptive, experience an average weight gain of 11 pounds (5.5 kg) and an increase in body fat of 3.4% over three years of use.The objective of this study was to identify the motives for using injectable contraceptives among family planning acceptors. This study employed a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, focusing on the subjective experiences of individuals. This method does not rely on numerical data or statistical principles.The findings revealed that acceptors perceived the benefits of the three-month injectable contraceptive as being easy to use, safe, practical, affordable, and not requiring frequent reminders. Support from husbands and midwives, acting as counselors, played an important role in decision-making related to seeking health services. The decision-making process and communication patterns were found to be complex. Selecting contraceptive methods that align with the preferences of married couples may enhance client satisfaction and promote more consistent contraceptive use.

Abstract

At the beginning of the 20th century, Islamic education in Indonesia was separated between religious and general knowledge. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, emerged as a reformer with a vision of integrating these two fields in a modern education system. This research explores the educational methodology of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and his relevance in the contemporary era, using qualitative descriptive methods with literature studies from various secondary sources. The research results show that K.H.'s educational approach. Ahmad Dahlan, who combined religious values ​​with general knowledge, succeeded in changing the paradigm of Islamic education in Indonesia. This approach improves the intellectual quality as well as the spiritual and moral aspects of students. Through Muhammadiyah, K.H. Ahmad Dahlan founded educational institutions that play an important role in empowering Muslims and national education. In conclusion, the educational contribution of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan through Muhammadiyah has had a significant and sustainable impact. The educational methodology he applies remains relevant and can be used as a model in the development of Islamic education today. Therefore, it is important to continue to study and apply his thinking in the current educational context in order to face today's challenges.

Abstract

Reliability is an important part of research because it shows the extent to which an instrument is able to provide consistent results when used repeatedly. A reliable instrument is considered trustworthy and truly describes the true condition of the object being studied. Without good reliability, research data becomes difficult to account for because the results are unstable. This study uses a literature study method by examining theories and results of previous research on the concept of reliability, types of reliability, and testing techniques. The results of the study show that reliability is closely related to the stability and accuracy of a measuring instrument. Various methods such as test-retest, split-half, equivalent form, and Cronbach's Alpha can be used according to research needs. Other factors such as the number of questions, the variety of participants, and the level of difficulty also affect the size of the reliability value. By understanding the concept of reliability thoroughly, researchers can construct more consistent and reliable instruments.
