Abstract

Ontologi Filsafat Manajemen Pendidikan Islam adalah sebuah kerangka pemahaman yang membahas aspek-aspek filosofis yang mendasari manajemen pendidikan dalam konteks Islam. Memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi ontology dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan studi pustaka (library research) yaitu metode dengan pengumpulan data dengan cara memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori dari berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian didapat pendekatan ontology sebagai landasan teori manajemen Pendidikan Islam, ruang lingkup ontology dan pengimplementasian ontology dalam manajemen Pendidikan islam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ontologi dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan Islam mencakup isu-isu mendasar seperti eksistensi, hakikat, dan prinsip-prinsip utama Islam, Iman, dan Ihsan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Badan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Pengembangan Personalia Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 45 pegawai yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan locus of control tidak berpengaruh langsung. Namun demikian, baik locus of control maupun self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Produktivitas kerja juga memediasi pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan self-efficacy dan peningkatan produktivitas kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Free pick up service dan Cash on delivery Terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan yang menggunakan pengguna jasa pengiriman di JNE Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Dimana variabel independen yaitu Free pick up service (X1) dan Cash on delivery (X2) dan Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menjadikan populasi adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa pengiriman di JNE Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 responden menggunakan metode Slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = 2.523 + 0, 624 X1+ 0,265 X2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel free pick up service (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan sebesar 26,5% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang menggunakan pengguna jasa pengiriman di JNE Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen yaitu masing-masing variabel Free pick up service (X1) dan cash on delivery (X2) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang menggunakan pengguna jasa pengiriman di JNE Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dengan indeks korelasi sebesar 87,3% Ini berarti hubungan tersebut sangat kuat.                                    Kata kunci : Free pick up service, Cash on Delivery, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

As technology continues to advance and integrate into education, the Kahoot application has emerged as a valuable tool for technology-based learning. Hence, this study explores the perceptions of Arabic language education students at IAIN Lhokseumawe regarding the use of Kahoot in their learning process. The research aims to assess students' responses to Kahoot in Arabic language learning to determine whether their perception is positive or negative. This study follows a descriptive quantitative approach, using questionnaires as the primary data collection method. The research population includes all Arabic language education students at IAIN Lhokseumawe, with a sample of 61 students selected based on the Slovin formula. The findings indicate that students hold a highly positive perception of Kahoot in Arabic language learning, with an overall approval rating of 92% and an average score of 4.61. This result is based on five key perception indicators which are student engagement: 93% (average score: 4.68), effectiveness: 92% (average score: 4.60), interest in the application: 93% (average score: 4.69), student learning interest: 92% (average score: 4.62) and student motivation: 90% (average score: 4.52). These results suggest that Kahoot is well-received and contributes positively to students' learning experiences in Arabic language education at IAIN Lhokseumawe. The findings imply that Kahoot effectively enhances student engagement, motivation, and interest in Arabic language learning, suggesting that technology-based tools should be more widely integrated into language education.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the perceptions of students at the Islamic University of Malang regarding the use of audio-visual teaching material in Qiro’ah Learning, with particular attention to learning motivation. Method: Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the study is grounded in Richard E. Mayer’s Multimedia Learning Theory, which highlights the integration of visual and auditory elements to enhance learning effectiveness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving ten students from the Arabic Language Education program enrolled in a Qiro’ah course. Result: The findings reveal that audio-visual teaching materials have a positive influence on students’ learning motivation, cognitive engagement, and reading comprehension. Conclusion: Student reported improved understanding of textual meaning, greater learning interest, and increased enthusiasm during the learning process, indicating that multimedia-based instruction supports more meaningful and engaging Qiro’ah learning experiences.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve students’ creative thinking skills in mathematics learning through the implementation of the Discovery Learning model at MIN 20 Pidie Jaya. The study was conducted due to the low level of students’ creative thinking abilities, particularly in generating diverse solution strategies, developing original ideas, and elaborating mathematical reasoning during classroom activities. The participants consisted of 28 fifth-grade students. The research was carried out in two cycles, each comprising four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through creative thinking skill tests, observation sheets of teacher and student activities, and documentation. The indicators of creative thinking assessed in this study included fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ creative thinking skills after the implementation of Discovery Learning. The average score of students’ creative thinking skills increased from 62.14 in the pre-cycle to 72.86 in Cycle I and further improved to 84.29 in Cycle II. In addition, the percentage of students achieving mastery learning increased from 42.86% in the pre-cycle to 67.86% in Cycle I and reached 89.29% in Cycle II. Observation results also showed improvement in student engagement and participation, where the average student activity score increased from 70.00% in Cycle I to 88.00% in Cycle II. These results indicate that the Discovery Learning model effectively enhances students’ creative thinking skills in mathematics learning by encouraging active exploration, problem-solving, and concept discovery. Therefore, Discovery Learning is recommended as an alternative instructional model to foster creativity and higher-order thinking skills in elementary mathematics classrooms.
