Abstract

  Background: The awareness on dental hygiene among Indonesian is still low. As a result, very limited citizen who visit the dentalcare. Aim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between behavior determinants with dental health services utilization at Kapasa Health Center. Method: This type of research is analytic observational with a quantitative approach, with a cross sectional approach. The samples were 96 respondents from the community in the working area of ​​Kapasa Health Center. The data were analyzed using chi-square and logistic regression test. Results: The results showed the low utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center (26.0%). The results of the relationship analysis showed that there were relationship between knowledge (p=0.020), perception (p=0,001), attitude (p=0.016), education level (p=0.010), health insurance ownership (p=0,022), family support (p=0.043) with dental health services utilization. There were no relationship between health information (p=0.109), health facilities (p=0.051), health workers support (p=0.435) with dental health services utilization at Kapasa Health Center. Conclusion: The health insurance ownership is the most dominant in the utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center with a value of B is +2.881. The value of B is positive, meaning that if you have health insurance, it will increase the utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center. The value of Exp (B) is 17.835 which means that having health insurance will result in peoples utilize dental health services at public health center which is 17.835 times greater than if does not have health insurance.

Abstract

Background: Nation. Neonatal mortality is an indicator to assess the degree of public health. This study was conducted toanalyze the risk factors for neonatal death aged 0-28 days in Pangkep Regency in 2022. Method: This Study is an observational study with a case control research design. The population in this study was mothers who had babies died 0-28 days and all mothers who had babies lived aged 0-28 days in Pangkep Regency. The sample number of case groups was 40 respondents and the sample number of control groups was 40 respondents with a total of 80 samples. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling method, namely Purposive Sampling. Results: This study showed that significance values (1) mothers aged < 20 and > 35 years were 5.74 times more likely to experience neonatal death than mothers aged 20-35 years (CI95% = 5.74). (2) mothers with 1-time parity and 5 deliveries were 5.16 times more likely to have neonatal death than mothers with 2-4 deliveries (CI95%= 5.16) (3) mothers with a birth distance of < 1 year were 7.85 times more likely to have neonatal death than mothers with a birth distance of > 2 years (CI95%= 7.85) (4) access to health care was not at risk of neonatal death (CI95%= 0.81) (5) mothers with knowledge who were approximately 5.57 times more likely to experience neonatal death than mothers with good knowledge (CI95%= 5.57) (6) mothers with less than 4 times more than 5.57 times more risk of neonatal death than mothers with antenatal care examination> 4 times (CI95%= 52.76) (7) Antenatal care examination is the most risk factor for neonatal death with an Odd Ratio (EXP(B)) value of 12.767. Suggestion: It is hoped that health workers together with the community will further improve pregnancy screening to prevent high mortality of neonates.

Abstract

Background: The Increasing Cases of the Covid 19 Pandemic to Indonesia, As a form of emergency response, the Palu City Government of Central Sulawesi Province stipulated Palu Mayor Regulation number 19 of 2020 concerning the implementation of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols as an effort to prevent and control corona virus disease 2019. The purpose of this study is to Analyze in Depth the Effectiveness of Palu Mayor Regulation Number 19 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort to Prevent and Control Covid 19 in Palu City based on input, process and output factors. Method: This study used qualitative design, informants came from the Health office, and the people of Palu City. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews and document review. The informants in this study were the Head of the Legal Section and the Head of the Health Promotion Section of the Health Office and the community of Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. Results: BBased on input factors, including socialization and participation, funding, the target of law enforcement of health protocols has run well, then process factors such as the implementation of health protocols and sanctions, monitoring and evaluation, coaching and supervision then output factors such as implementing and complying with health protocols are still not running optimally. Conclusion: Inputs, processes and outputs do not run in accordance with Palu Mayor Regulation Number 19 of 2020 because they are less firm and binding and coercive in the field and there are still communities, both individuals and business actors, who violate rules related to the implementation of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols. The suggestion is to be more assertive and remain consistent in providing education and awareness to the public in implementing health protocols, especially in the city of Palu.

Abstract

Background: Healthy City depicts a clean, comfortable, safe, and healthy city condition for residents to live in. The establishment is achieved through the implementation of several arrangements with integrated activities agreed by the community and local government (Firman et al., n.d.). The purpose of the study was to determine the evaluation of the implementation of a Healthy City in Palopo Regional Government in 2022. Methods: This study performed mixed research that researchers applied a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to be carried out together in this study so that the results obtained more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. In quantitative research, this study took place at Healthy City Forum based on the achievement such as indicators and arrangements for Healthy Cities. While, in a qualitative approach, it involved informants, including the Chair of the Healthy City Development Team in Palopo and the Head of SKPD at each research locus. Results. The results of the study based on the results of the achievement review of a healthy city arrangement in Palopo City consisted of the Settlement of Facilities and Infrastructure of 94.02% (Healthy), Order of Traffic Order Areas of 98% (Healthy), Industrial and Healthy Office Arrangements of 94.11% (Healthy). ), Healthy Tourism Order of 90.62% (Healthy), Food Security and Nutrition Order of 89.58% (Healthy), Healthy Independent Community Life Order of 96.05% (Healthy), and Healthy Social Life Order of 91 ,66% (Healthy). Conclusions and recommendations. The evaluation of the implementation of a Healthy City in Palopo government operates in accordance with the procedures that have been set and Healthy City Forum prepares for a Healthy City upcoming assessment in 2023. It is recommended that the government should act more actively in coordination, socialization, monitoring, and guidance in this healthy city program properly to create a clean, safe, comfortable, and healthy city that can improve facilities and productivity as well as the community economy in Palopo. Therefore, strong cooperation is required among the community, government, and the private sector in accordance with their respective roles and objectives in each healthy city program.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kejadian stunting merupakan salah satu masalah gizi yang dialami oleh balita di dunia. Saat ini Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan negara-negara berpendapatan menengah lainnya. Berdasarkan data stunting JME, UNICEF World Bank tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting Indonesia berada pada posisi ke 115 dari 151 negara didunia. Angka stunting Indonesia menurun dari 29% pada 2015 menjadi 27.6% pada tahun 2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi percepatan penurunan stunting di kabupaten sigi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Informan penelitian sebanyak 13 orang. Hasil: Analisa situasi menggunakan data sebaran stunting sesuai dengan cakupan untuk menentukan lokasi prioritas, selanjutnya ditetapkan 25 Desa sebagai lokasi khusus dalam pelaksanaan aksi konvergensi, menyusun rencana kegiatan berdasarkan matriks hasil Analisa Situasi pada Aksi 1, Rembug stunting menghasilkan komitmen dalam Aksi Percepatan Penurunan Stunting dengan melibatkan seluruh lintas sektor. tersedianya regulasi berupa Peraturan Bupati Sigi Nomor 14 Tahun 2020. Membentuk Kader Pembangunan Manusia. Memiliki data yang menjadi prioritas penanganan stunting. Pengukuran pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan secara rutin. review kinerja melaporkan aspek-aspek berupa Reviu capaian target output, Reviu serapan anggaran dan Reviu permasalah dan kendala. Kesimpulan: Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sigi telah melakukan upaya percepatan penurunan stunting dengan melaksanakan pilar strategi penurunan stunting melalui penerapan 8 aksi konvergensi memperlihatkan terjadinya penurunan persentase kasus stunting dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir dimana tahun 2020 sebesar 16,59% turun menjadi 14,40% ditahun 2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis strategi Dinas Pengendalian Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana terhadap penguatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program KB Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif karena penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif murni, yaitu penulis ingin mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendekatan pengendalian penduduk dan pelayanan KB untuk penguatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program KB di Kota Makassar. Wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen merupakan metode pengumpulan data. Peneliti mewawancarai kepala dinas, kepala bagian pengendalian, dan kepala subbagian kependudukan dan keluarga berencana di Dinas Pengendalian Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Makassar di Provinsi Sulawesi, serta ibu-ibu yang telah mengadopsi KB. Prosedur pengolahan dan analisis data adalah analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perumusan kebijakan menggambarkan bahwa derajat perumusan sudah dilakukan dengan baik setiap tahunnya, (2) Implementasi program, khususnya a. aspek sosialisasi, menurut temuan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan teori strategi, dilihat dari dimensi pelaksanaan sosialisasi, peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program KB tampaknya cukup efektif jika diukur dari jumlah peserta yang terlibat dalam KB aktif, b. pengendalian penduduk, dan Sesuai dengan temuan penelitian terdahulu, pemasangan program pengendalian dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program KB. 3. Evaluasi dan Pengawasan Dalam hal evaluasi dan pemantauan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program KB, statistik menunjukkan relatif tinggi, dengan rata-rata 68% menggunakan KB dan sisanya 32% tidak menggunakan KB.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Organisasi perlu melibatkan peran kinerja pegawai, OCB dan kepuasan kerja diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Rumah sakit di dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi di berbagai sektor yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien terhadap perawat yang memiliki kinerja yang baik di Rumah Sakit. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang diolah melalui aplikasi SPSS 26.0. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Altruism (membantu orang lain), Conscientiousness (Kesadaran), Courtesy (Kesopanan) berpengaruh, sedangkan variabel Sportsmanship (Sportivitas) dan Civic Virtue (Kebajikan) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji Makassar. Secara simultan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji Makassar Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan Kinerja pegawai rumah sakit sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang tersedia. Kehadiran personil yang terampil dalam sebuah organisasi dapat secara positif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang mengarah pada pengembangan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB mengacu pada perilaku yang melampaui standar yang telah ditetapkan. Rumah sakit memupuk rasa persahabatan yang kuat di antara para pegawai, sehingga dapat memenuhi tanggung jawab pegawai secara efektif sesuai dengan tugas dan posisi yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract Background: Organizations need to involve the role of employee performance, OCB and job satisfaction are needed to achieve these goals. Hospitals are required to provide better services in various sectors needed by patients to nurses who have good performance in the hospital. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Methods: The study used an observational quantitative design with a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples in this study were 31 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is processed through the SPSS 26.0 application. Results: The results showed that partially the variables of Altruism (helping others), Conscientiousness (Awareness), Courtesy (Politeness) had an effect, while the variables of Sportsmanship (Sportsmanship) and Civic Virtue (Virtue) had no effect on Employee Performance at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Simultaneously Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar Year 2023. Conclusion: The performance of hospital employees is highly dependent on the available human resources. The presence of skilled personnel in an organization can positively affect employee performance, which leads to the development of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB refers to behavior that goes beyond established standards. Hospitals foster a strong sense of camaraderie among employees, so as to effectively fulfill employee responsibilities in accordance with established tasks and positions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Rendahnya mutu pelayanan perawat disebabkan oleh kelelahan kerja. Selain itu faktor kecerdasan emosional juga memiliki pengaruh secara langsung. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kelelahan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional perawat di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 136 orang. Hasil: Menunjukkan variabel desire (X1) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,515 sedangkan terhadap kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 9,486. Trust (X2) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,852 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 8,329. Confident (X3) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,348 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) 7,352. Credibility (X4) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,755 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 8,634. Accountability (X5) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 5,028 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 10,365. Communication (X6) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,720 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 6,943. Kesimpulan: Variabel desire, trust, confident, credibility, accountability, dan communication memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelelahan kerja di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Pada variabel desire terhadap kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Variabel trust, confident, credibility, accountability, dan communication memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kecerdasan emosional di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. ABSTRACT Background: Work fatigue is a contributing factor for the poor quality of nursing services. In addition, there is a direct effect from the emotional intelligence aspect. Objective: The study aimed to examine how empowerment affects the emotional intelligence and work fatigue of nurses at RSUD Haji Makassar City. Method: This quantitative research employs cross-sectional study design with 136 respondents in total. Results: Of six variables investigated, the results are demonstrated as follows: desire variable (X1) on work fatigue (Y1) indicated a t count value of 4.515 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 9.486; trust (X2) on work fatigue (Y1) had a t count value of 4.852 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 8.329; confident (X3) regarding work fatigue (Y1) reported a t count value of 4.348 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) had a value of 7.352; credibility (X4) on work fatigue (Y1) indicated a t count value of 4.755 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 8.634; accountability (X5) on work fatigue (Y1) showed a t value of 5.028 and om emotional intelligence (Y2) was 10.365; and communication (X6) on work fatigue (Y1) denoted a t count value of 4.720 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 6.943. Conclusion: Desire, trust, confidence, credibility, accountability, and communication variables have a significant influence on job burnout at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital. The desire variable on emotional intelligence has a significant influence on job burnout and emotional intelligence at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital. The variables of trust, confidence, credibility, accountability, and communication have a significant influence on emotional intelligence at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peningkatan layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala terhadap personil Polri khususnya di jajaran Polda Sulsel telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan akan tetapi pada kenyataannya belum memberikan hasil yang optimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk diteliti lebih jauh tentang Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu metode yang meneliti kondisi objek alamiah (Natural setting) dengan menekankan terhadap makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil: pelaksanaan program pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala ini, dapat memberikan gambaran atau profil kesehatan personel Polda Sulsel, untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan acuan baik untuk personel secara perorangan untuk monitoring kesehatan pribadi serta acuan bagi Bidang Kedokteran Kesehatan Polda untuk melakukan koordinasi mengenai kesehatan personel secara menyeluruh ke setiap wilayah Kepolisian Daerah sulsel, guna mewujudkan personel sehat samapta, yang akan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja personel dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 tergolong baik, termasuk hasil kegiatan Rikkesla dari aspek observasi kelayakan pemberi layanan dan penerima layanan, kesesuaian alur layanan dengan SOP, terjalin hubungan tata kerja yang komunikatif, tersedia dokumen umum dan dokumen implementasi kebijkan, dan tersedia informasi umum sebagai penunjang dalam kegiatan Rikkesla. ABSTRACT Background: Improvement of periodic health examination services for National Police personnel, especially in the ranks of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, has been carried out continuously, but in reality, it has not provided optimal results both in quality and quantity. Objective: This research aims to examine further the implementation of periodic health examination services by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013. Method: This research is qualitative, namely a method that examines the condition of natural objects (Natural settings) by emphasizing meaning rather than generalizations. Results: The implementation of this periodic health examination program can provide an overview or profile of the health of South Sulawesi Regional Police personnel, which can then be used as a good reference for individual personnel for monitoring personal health as well as a reference for the Regional Police's Medical Health Sector to coordinate the health of personnel as a whole for each South Sulawesi Regional Police area, to create healthy and healthy personnel, which will influence the improvement of personnel performance in carrying out their duties. Conclusion: The implementation of the Periodic Health Checkup Service by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes Based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013 is classified as good, including the results of Rikkesla activities from the aspect of observing the suitability of service providers and service recipients, conformity of service flow with SOPs, communicative working relationships are established, general documents are available and policy implementation documents, and general information is available to support Rikkesla activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: SISRUTE merupakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yang dapat menghubungkan data pasien dari tingkat layanan lebih rendah ke tingkat layanan lebih tinggi atau sederajat (horizontal maupun vertikal) dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses rujukan pasien. SISRUTE diharapkan adanya komunikasi dan informasi awal sebelum pasien dirujuk melalui media komunikasi (SMS, aplikasi android dan WEB), sehingga pelayanan di RS tempat rujukan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat serta berdampak pada keselamatan pasien dan kepuasan keluarga/pasien. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kualitatif dimana tahap wawancara untuk mengetahui data kualitatif dan mengetahui implementasi sistem rujukan terintegrasi (SISRUTE) di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil: Dalam menjawab sistem rujukan di Rumah Sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, pada ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, dan feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. Kesimpulan: Sistem rujukan di rumah sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. ABSTRACT Background: SISRUTE is an internet-based information technology that can link patient data from lower service levels to higher or equivalent service levels (horizontally or vertically) with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the patient referral process. SISRUTE hopes that there will be early communication and information before patients are referred through communication media (SMS, Android applications and WEB), so that services at referral hospitals can provide fast and appropriate services and have an impact on patient safety and family/patient satisfaction. Method: This study uses a qualitative method. Where is the interview stage to find out qualitative data and find out the implementation of the integrated referral system (SISRUTE) at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency. The approach used in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. Results: In responding to the referral system at the hospital, it has been carried out in accordance with the standard response time on the SISRUTE page, although it has not been implemented perfectly, the availability of human resources, SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation for the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, and communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as stated in the referral system guidelines. Conclusion: The referral system in the hospital has been carried out in accordance with the response time standards on the SISRUTE page even though it has not been perfectly implemented, the availability of human resources for SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation in the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as contained in the referral system guidelines.
