Evaluation of Islamic Education Curriculum Policy in Indonesia Choirul Mahfud

The most sensitive thing in the context of Islamic education policy in Indonesia is the change of curriculum. The Islamic education curriculum cannot be separated from the national education curriculum, because Islamic education is a national education subsystem. If the national education curriculum changes, then the Islamic education curriculum also changes. In this context, as adagium "changing ministers, changing curriculum" applies always interesting to discuss. This article intends to discuss how to evaluate Islamic education curriculum policies in Indonesia; and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing curriculum policies in learning in schools in Indonesia.

This article discuses on policy evaluation research of publication at ITS campus. More specifically, concerning international publications in the aspect of Social Humanities. It is because universities are now required to pay attention to multidisciplinary studies that enable research institutions to seize opportunities and overcome challenges influenced by many factors, aspects, and approaches. Therefore, understanding and conducting a more comprehensive policy evaluation is always essential to do. In this case, policy evaluation is seen as a simple way of evaluation. From the achievements of research and international publications that have been carried out or have been produced. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of internationally reputable publication activities carried out on the ITS Surabaya campus? The study results show that ITS lecturers' achievements and contributions in international publications in the social and humanities field should be appreciated and supported by systematic, comprehensive, and sustainable policies. The reason is, seeing the number of lecturers in the social and humanities field is also not small, although not too many. Therefore, solutions for making research-based policies in the social and humanities field need to be improved. It is the key to supporting the publication step. Without a research policy, the publication will be challenging to do in an organized and sustainable manner. Obstacles exist from internal and external that can be understood by relevant stakeholders to take alternative steps to solve them through collaboration and synergy in publications.

The world of education always moves dynamically following the changing times and conditions. Increasingly sophisticated technological advances should facilitate the world of education in learning. In addition, the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the community requires students to go to school online. Based on this, teachers are required to improve pedagogical competence, especially making instructional videos as an artistic tool in the process of teaching activities. A teacher should have pedagogical competence, namely the art of class management that includes strategies in learning. or Oriented to the above problems, the community service team collaborates with service partners, namely the principal and teachers of SD Muhammadiyah Benjeng to assist in making learning videos. The purpose of this service is so that teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Benjeng can make creative and innovative learning videos. The method used in this mentoring is lesson study through 3 stages including plan, do and see (reflection). The result of this service is realizing teacher competence, namely that the teacher is independently able to make learning media in the form of instructional videos so that teaching and learning activities at SD Muhammadiyah Benjeng can be carried out effectively and pleasantly even though the school is online or online.

Terhitung mulai tahun 2017, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) resmi menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTNBH). Dalam konteks ini, perlu dan penting untuk dievaluasi dan dibahas lebih lanjut bagaimana potret sesungguhnya (das sollen) dan seharusnya (das sein) mengenai kebijakan riset agama, sosial humaniora dan sumber daya manusia di UPT Soshum ITS agar selalu sesuai harapan, kepentingan dan kebutuhan kampus ITS PTNBH untuk menjadi bagian world class university. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini fokus pada permasalahan tentang kebijakan riset sosial humaniora dan sumber daya manusia di UPT PMK Soshum ITS Surabaya. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan data kualitatif yang bersumber pada referensi dan literatur buku, berita, jurnal dan opini di media massa serta sumber lain yang relevan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan penting berikut ini: Pertama, apa dan bagaimana kebijakan riset sosial humaniora dan sumber daya manusia di UPT PMK Soshum ITS Surabaya menuju world class university? Kedua, bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat kebijakan tentang riset sosial humaniora dan sumber daya manusia di UPT PMK Soshum ITS Surabaya? Materi agama Islam berbasis technopreneurship di ITS Surabaya dihadirkan untuk antisipasi problem di era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan data kualitatif bersumber pada referensi buku, berita, jurnal dan opini di media massa serta sumber lain yang relevan. Penelitian ini fokus pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan penting berikut ini: Pertama, apa saja isi materi Agama Islam di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya? Kedua, bagaimana materi Agama Islam Berbasis Technopreneurship di ITS Surabaya? Ketiga, apa relevansi materi Agama Islam berbasis technopreneurship dengan masyarakat dan bangsa? Hasil riset menunjukkan; pertama, isi materi Agama Islam di ITS berkaitan dengan konsep manusia berhubugan dengan Tuhan, manusia berhubungan dengan manusia dan manusia berhubungan dengan alam semesta. Kedua, pengembangan materi Agama Islam berbasis technopreneurship dan karakter madani di ITS dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan dan tuntutan zaman. Ketiga, relevansi pengembangan materi Agama Islam berbasis technopreneurship dan karakter madani dengan masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yaitu terletak pada kebutuhan inovasi, kreativitas dan sinergi.

Recently, Pancasila has again become a trending topic in the national issue in Indonesia. Studies on the relationship between civic education, Pancasila, and religious character are still rarely carried out. However, it is realized that it is essential to support an intelligent society's realization and love harmony and peace for the nation's progress. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach using a literature-based documentary method. This research's general objective is to understand the relationship between civic education, Pancasila, and religious character. This study's findings are that the relationship between Pancasila, civic education, and religious character is very close and needs to be kept in mind. Many people still agree that Pancasila does not need changes, amendments, and the like. More than that, Pancasila's practice in the world of education and the nation's life, religion, and state.

Digitalization is a keyword in the current era of the industrial revolution. In the future, there will likely continue to be a need for the Indonesian generation to obtain various information about the values of a religious character, Pancasila, and education in facing the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, this study focuses more on what and how digitalization efforts spread religious values, Pancasila, and education through YouTube social media carried out by anyone, both the government and the community. This research is based on data and documents with a qualitative descriptive method. The study results show many socialization and information efforts through YouTube that lecturers, teachers, and various parties carry out. The effect can be seen from the response and enthusiasm of the community. Also, to understand the message of the video on YouTube.

In Indonesia, education and politics have a close connection and inter-dependant. Many educational policies in this country have been issued through political decision. Furthermore, many teachers have been produced political elites and bureaucrat s. Sometimes, different ministry means different policy. Furthermore, the existence of Islamic education in Indonesia cannot be separated from political policies before the independence era until now. Therefore, this article asks: what does the politics of Islamic education mean? Is there any relation between politics and Islamic education? What are kind of political Islamic education policy products? Why does the political dichotomy between Islamic education and secular education always happen? Where can the political policy of Islamic education in Indonesia be brought? The research of this article is descriptive-qualitative. The data are taken from many sources such as library, documentation, and mass-media.

The digitalization of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia is a topic that needs to be seen from its effectiveness and efficiency aspects. Moreover, in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and advances in information technology, zakat and waqf services are one of the central issues to achieve the best goals. This article focuses on case studies with various data from the internet to determine the causes of this problem and effective methods for managing zakat and waqf. In general, this problem's cause is the Indonesian people's lack of knowledge about digital-based management for people's welfare and supporting the country's economy. Good and effective management of zakat and waqf can be realized with computer-based and integrated management compared to manual methods considering that the world has entered the Industrial Revolution 4.0. On the other hand, the community also has optimism that effective management of zakat and waqf can improve Indonesia's economy. Thus, the management of zakat and waqf that involves digital technology is considered to have the potential to increase public trust and the realization of state welfare.
