<![CDATA[Information technology is one means that can facilitate the search for information and communication. Currently the use of information technology is increasingly widespread, but its use cannot be separated from the crimes that can approach every user. The use of information technology cannot be separated from the ethics that accompany or guide its users. In everyday life, the use of information technology is inseparable from security threats in the internet world or what is often known as Cyber Crime. Therefore, ethics and a constitution are needed that can protect users from various kinds of threats that arise. According to the discussion above, it can be concluded that information technology cannot be used without ethics and accompanying laws because ethics and laws can protect users from various crimes. So, this article will discuss what are the roles of ethics and some violations of the code of ethics that occur in the use of information technology. Teknologi Informasi merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi dan berkomunikasi. Saat ini penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah semakin meluas, namun penggunaannya tidak dapat terlepas dari kejahatan-kejahatan yang dapat menghampiri setiap penggunanya. Penggunaan teknologi informasi juga tidak bisa terlepas dari etika-etika yang menjadi pendamping atau pegangan bagi penggunanya. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, Penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak terlepas dari ancaman keamanan di dunia internet atau yang sering dikenal dengan Cyber Crime. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan etika-etika dan UUD yang dapat melindungi pengguna dari berbagai macam ancaman-ancaman yang muncul. Menurut pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi informasi tidak bisa digunakan tanpa adanya etika-etika dan undang-undang yang mendampinginya karena etika dan undang-undang dapat melindungi antar penggunanya dari berbagai macam kejahatan. Sehingga, artikel ini akan dibahas apa saja peran-peran etika dan beberapa pelanggaran kode etik yang terjadi dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Academic burnout (AB) is a problem that many students are currently facing since the online learning policy was implemented. This research aims to analyze the structural relationship between emotional regulation (ER), academic procrastination (AP), and student AB. This research used ex post facto causal relationship explanatory design. The research subjects were 417 high school students in East Java. The sampling was cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the Rasch model and structural equation modelling (SEM). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between ER and AP and AB. The implication of findings on the school guidance and counselling program is that the counsellors must pay attention to the factors that contribute to student AB so that counselling services can be designed to prevent student AB.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: SFH (School From Home) is a new habit that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic. In its implementation, SFH causes further problems for students. One of them is academic procrastination. This study aims to provide an overview of the academic procrastination behavior of high school elementary school students during SFH. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. In general, the results showed that academic procrastination was high.Abstrak: SFH (School From Home) merupakan kebiasaan baru yang muncul saat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SFH menyebabkan timbulnya permasalahan baru bagi para siswa. Salah satunya adalah prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa sekolah dasar kelas tinggi selama SFH. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Secara umum, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik tergolong tinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[Konsep dasar dalam konseling Adlerian didasarkan pada pandangan bahwa individu menghadapi tantangan dalam hidup mereka yang mendorong mereka untuk mencari tujuan dan makna. Proses konseling Adlerian fokus pada pemahaman tujuan dan makna ini, serta memahami peran penting gaya hidup dan pengalaman masa kecil dalam membentuk pola pikir dan perilaku klien. Teknik konseling Adlerian melibatkan pendekatan yang kolaboratif dan terarah ke solusi, di mana konselor bekerja sama dengan klien untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya internal yang dapat membantu mereka mencapai tujuan. Penerapannya melibatkan pendekatan yang positif, memberdayakan klien, dan membantu mereka membangun rasa percaya diri serta pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang diri mereka sendiri, sehingga mereka dapat mengatasi masalah dan mencapai kehidupan yang lebih memuaskan.]]>

<![CDATA[ This article explores the popularity of Inter Milan in Indonesia through an in-depth analysis of Google search trends. Data from Google Trends between May 2023 and May 2024 was collected and analyzed using a rigorous qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach. The study focuses on two main metrics: interest over time and regional distribution per province. The results show Inter Milan's search volume and regional interest fluctuate, with a notable peak during the UEFA Champions League final against Manchester City on June 11, 2023. The research illuminates the multifaceted and enthusiastic fan base of Inter Milan and the club's dedication to social initiatives and community engagement.]]>

<![CDATA[This research presents a systematic review of trends and innovations in the library sector during the era of digitalization. As technology has advanced, libraries have transformed from traditional print-based service providers to dynamic digital platforms. This article explores several key aspects, including the nature of innovation in libraries, the challenges faced in implementing these innovations, their impacts, and recommendations for future practices. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of literature sourced from Google Scholar, encompassing a review of 1,000 articles. The findings underscore the necessity of ongoing government support and the active involvement of community members in fostering successful innovation in libraries. Furthermore, this study offers valuable insights and recommendations for future research, emphasizing the critical role libraries play in promoting access to information and enhancing community engagement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.]]>

<![CDATA[Need for achievement is the encouragement, both within and outside the individual, to perform certain behaviors. This encouragement is needed by individuals to achieve academic achievement in school. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of motivation for achieving adolescents in Malang, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive type of research. The population of this study was 7183 junior high school students. The study led 315 students and sampled using proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection technique uses an achievement motivation scale developed by the researcher himself based on theory and data analysis using frequency in descriptive statistics. The results showed that 69% of adolescents were motivated to perform at a moderate level, 21% at a high level, and 10% at a low level. This means that the level of motivation for achieving students at a moderate level needs to be improved through the support of parents and teachers, so that students can achieve the expected academic success.]]>

<![CDATA[Filsafat progresivisme merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam pendidikan yang menitik beratkan pembelajaran pada pembelajaran aktif, pengalaman langsung, dan perkembangan individu. Artikel ini bertujuan menyajikan kajian systematic literature review dengan metode PRISMA riset filsafat progresivisme di Indonesia, mulai dari konsep, telaah, hingga pengaplikasiannya. Jumlah artikel yang ditelaah adalah 32. Artikel tersebut diambil dari database crosreff yang kemudian disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa filsafat progresivisme memberi pengaruh yang cukup signifikan pada dunia Pendidikan di Indonesia. Pengaruh tersebut mulai dari pengembangan kurikulum hingga pengaplikasian prinsip filsafat progresivisme. Abstract: The philosophy of progressivism is an approach to education that focuses on active learning, direct experience, and individual development. This article aims to present a systematic literature review using the PRISMA method for progressivism philosophy research in Indonesia, starting from concept, analysis, to application. The number of articles reviewed was 32. These articles were taken from the Crossreff database which was then filtered according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the philosophy of progressivism has had a significant influence on the world of education in Indonesia. This influence ranges from curriculum development to the application of the principles of progressivism philosophy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the developmental needs of elementary school students throughout the city of Kediri. The instrument was distributed to 480 students from 12 schools in Kediri City. Based on the results of the analysis of the Inventori Kebutuhan Perkembangan Murid (IKPM) it was found that 311 students really needed the services of the teacher about learning to carry out Islamic religious orders/teachings sincerely. The second highest shows that students need services related to perseverance in worship in accordance with Islamic teachings. A total of 295 elementary school students in Kediri City also need services on how to understand the teacher's explanation. 278 requires a way to understand the teacher's instructions. A total of 263 voted in dire need of talent guidance. Teachers can provide guidance and counseling services according to student needs.]]>
