Abstract

Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Sangkali merupakan salah satu tempat yang masih ditemukan kasus stunting. Jumlah kasus stunting di Puskesmas Sangkali sebesar 11.23%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalsis hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada balita.Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sangkali Kecamatan Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari populasi kasus dan kontrol. Populasi kasus yaitu seluruh ibu dengan balita stunting yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sangkali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa variable yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting yaitu jumlah anak, pemberian ASI, riwayat pemberian kolostrum dan usia ibu saat menikah. Hasil analisis multivariat menujukkan bahwa variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting yaitu usia ibu saat menikah, p-value 0,013 dengan OR 3,321.Kesimpulan: Karakteritik ibu yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting yaitu jumlah anak, pemberian ASI Ekslusif riwayat pemberian kolostrum dan usia menikah ibu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat dapat diketahui bahwa karakteristik ibu yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sangkali adalah variable usia menikah ibu

Abstract

This study integrates Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Blockchain to strengthen cloud computing security. In the digital era, cloud computing has become a mainstream technology for data storage and processing globally. However, traditional perimeter-based security models have proven ineffective in dealing with modern threats, such as insider threats increasing by 60% and ransomware attacks on major cloud computing providers in 2022 resulting in billions of dollars in losses, highlighting the weaknesses of existing security models. Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) offers a solution with a granular access control approach and layered authentication, but its implementation still faces challenges in efficiency and scalability, Blockchain, with its decentralized technology and immutable records, improves data transparency and integrity, but its use is often constrained by high energy consumption and latency. This study aims to explore between ZTA and Blockchain as innovative solutions to improve cloud security. By combining ZTA-based access control and Blockchain transparency, this study develops a security model that is resilient to both internal and external threats. Simulations show that ZTA and Blockchain integrity can reduce insider threats by 35% and increase data audit efficiency by 20%. This approach not only offers stronger protection but also provides an adaptive and transparent system for rapidly evolving cloud infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with malnutrition in adolescent girls. The study design was a cross-sectional study with a stratified proportional random sampling, which resulted in samples of 156 adolescent girls aged 10 to 24 years in high schools in Tasikmalaya City. Chi-square test is used to analyze factors associated with malnutrition in adolescent girls. Menstrual cycle, knowledge, physical activity, and stress were significantly associated with malnutrition, while a history of infectious disease was not significantly associated. The implication of this research is that during the pandemic, adolescent girls need to maintain knowledge, physical activity, and coping skills to avoid malnutrition.

Abstract

Warisan budaya melayu riau dapat menjadi sumber daya lokal yang berharga bagi taman kanak-kanak di Riau untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa siswa. Salah satu cara memasukkan budaya Melayu Riau sebagai media pembelajaran. Memanfaatkan cerita rakyat dan legenda tradisional daerah sebagai sumber pendidikan memungkinkan anak-anak berinteraksi secara aktif dengan bahasa. Bercerita tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa, termasuk kosa kata dan pemahaman, tetapi juga memperkenalkan anak usia dini pada nilai-nilai budaya dan tradisi. Kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini sangat penting bagi perkembangan kognitif dan akademik. Penelitian ini berujuan meningkat kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini dengan media cerita rakyat melayu Riau. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanaakn dalam 3 siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanaakan di TK Cemara Indah 2 Pekanbaru. Subjek penelitian ini 18 anak yang berada di kelas A. Hasil penelitian  ini adalah  media cerita rakyat Melayu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan di kemampuan bahasa anak setiap siklusnya.

Abstract

Chronic malnutrition during a child's growth and development is known as stunting. An unclean environment can cause a number of diseases, including diarrhea, which affects the body's ability to absorb nutrients and increases the risk of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the incidence of stunting in toddlers and environmental sanitation in the working area of the Karanganyar Health Center, Taksikmalaya City. This study used a case-control design and was observational and analytical, the case population is toddlers who experience Stunting at the Karanganyar Health Center totaling 85 toddlers, the control population is toddlers who do not experience Stunting at the Karanganyar Health Center totaling 85 toddlers who compare case and control samples 1: 1, so that the total sample is 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study uses Chi-Square. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between clean water facilities (p = 0.000), waste management facilities (p = 0.001), healthy toilet facilities (p = 0.000), and wastewater disposal facilities (p = 0.010) with a history of diarrhea. There was a relationship between clean water facilities (p = 0.004), waste management facilitiesi (p = 0.000), healthy toilet facilitiesi (p = 0.003), waste water disposal facilitiesi (p = 0.000) and a history of diarrhea (p = 0.002) with the incidence of stunting. Based on the research results, it is recommended that the community pay more attention to clean water facilities, waste management facilities, toilet facilities and waste water disposal facilities in accordance with health requiremnets.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program team of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi at IAI Al-Mujaddid Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur with the aim of strengthening students' critical thinking skills in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This training was attended by 30 students and 15 lecturers from various educational backgrounds. In this activity, students were given an explanation and understanding of the use of technology for learning purposes, Exploring the creative side through multimedia, this activity is to support a more innovative and interactive learning process, allowing students to deliver material in a more interesting and easy-to-understand way. In addition, this activity is also a forum for expressing creative ideas conceptually and practically. Students are invited to discuss and share experiences on effective ways to integrate digital technology in learning, in order to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills. Therefore, this training aims to increase awareness, knowledge, and skills in optimizing the learning process. The results of this socialization showed that participants were very enthusiastic and actively participated, despite challenges related to access to adequate devices. This digital literacy activity is expected to improve critical thinking skills among students and can continue to develop, along with technological advances in this modern era

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve Qur'anic reading skills, particularly in the areas of tajweed and the articulation of makhraj (letter pronunciation), among children at Reysha Mulya Cendekia Qur'an Learning Center in Pekanbaru. The program includes several main activities, such as Qur'an recitation improvement (tahsin), tajweed training, as well as monitoring and evaluation of student progress. Initial observations revealed that many students still struggle with proper pronunciation of Arabic letters and understanding the rules of tajweed. Therefore, this service program was designed to provide intensive training through regularly scheduled guidance sessions, held three times a week. The results of the program are: 1) method of implementation. the stages of implementation consisted of the following steps: a) initial observation, b) needs assessment, c) tajweed training program, d) ongoing evaluation.2) challenges in teaching tajweed and qur’anic reading, a) lack of basic mastery among children,b) low motivation and learning spirit, c) lack of variety in teaching methods, d) limited learning facilities and media, e) shortage of teaching staff, f) lack of parental support at home. Through ongoing evaluation, this activity is expected to bring even greater positive impacts for future generations, particularly in their understanding and practice of the teachings of the Qur’an

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in learning Islamic Religious Education. A teacher must have knowledge about the evaluation of learning outcomes, including the techniques and steps for evaluating learning outcomes, so that the evaluations carried out can be measured. This research was conducted to examine what and how to evaluate the management of the Qur'an reading and writing program. This research is qualitative with observation technique. The results of the study showed that the program was running well, marked by the quality and results of reading the Qur'an by students who were correct and had understood the words and their meanings.KEYWORDS: Management; Evaluation; Write and Read. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Seorang guru harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang evaluasi hasil belajar, di antaranya adalah teknik dan langkah-langkah evaluasi hasil belajar, sehingga evaluasi yang dilakukan dapat terukur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji apa saja dan bagaimana manajemen evaluasi program tulis baca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan teknik observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa programnya berjalan dengan baik, ditandai dengan adanya kualitas dan hasil bacaan Al-Qur’an siswa sudah benar dan telah memahami kata-kata dan kandungan makna-maknanya.KATA KUNCI: Manajemen; Evaluasi; Tulis Baca.

Integration of 21st Century Skills into learning methods is crucial in modernizing Islamic Religious Education (PAI), particularly to address the challenges of learning that are relevant to the demands of the times. This study bridges the gap between traditional Islamic pedagogy and 21st-century competencies, focusing on the material of QS. Al Hujurat: 13. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with four PAI teachers from four Public Elementary Schools in Garo City, who were purposively selected based on their active involvement in teaching PAI and their experience implementing 21st-century learning strategies. Interviews were conducted during March–April 2025, recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that PAI teachers apply active learning methods such as group discussions, project-based learning, and the use of digital media, with the main challenges being limited learning time, lack of supporting facilities, and minimal teacher training, while existing support includes school policies and collaboration between teachers. These findings confirm that integrating 21st-century skills into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning can increase student engagement and material relevance, but requires adaptive strategies to address resource constraints. This study contributes theoretically by offering a framework for integrating 21st-century competencies into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and practically by providing recommendations for teacher training and strengthening systemic support.
