Abstract

Patients with paralytic ileus generally have complaints of abdominal pain of uncertain duration. The pain that appears can get worse with anxiety about something being experienced, such as a surgical action plan. Feelings of anxiety can be a stressor and cause nursing problems in the form of anxiety. Guided imagery therapy is known to be a non-pharmacological therapy in dealing with pain and feelings of anxiety in preoperative patients. This study aims to analyze the administration of guided imagery relaxation therapy to the problem of acute preoperative pain in patients with paralytic ileus. The research method used in this study was a descriptive case study. The research was conducted for three days on one patient with preoperative paralytic ileus in the Mawar Room at RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. Guided imagery therapy is carried out twice daily for 20-30 minutes. The results obtained from this study were that after pain management was carried out with guided imagery therapy, the patient's pain level decreased from the NRS 6 scale to the NRS 5 scale, respiratory frequency 20x/minute, SpO2 96%, blood pressure 130/100 mm Hg, pulse rate 101x/minute. Reducing the pain scale results indicate that guided imagery therapy can be applied to treat pain and anxiety in preoperative patients to improve their condition. respiratory frequency 20x/minute, SpO2 96%, blood pressure 130/100 mmHg, pulse rate 101x/minute. Abstract

Background: Nursing problems in brain injury patients include the risk of ineffective perfusion due to reduced oxygen flow to the brain, which, if not treated immediately, will increase intracranial pressure (ICP). One way to increase ICP is with 30-degree head-up position intervention. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the application of 30-degree Head Up Position on Cerebral Perfusion in Moderate Brain Injury Patients. Method: This research is an observational study with a case study design. Primary data was obtained through anamnesis and physical assessment with a sample of a patient being treated in the Hospital by assessing the effect of the 30-degree head-up position carried out for 30 minutes for 3 consecutive days. Results: In this study, the results showed an increase in cerebral perfusion as indicated by cerebral perfusion indicators, namely blood pressure, MAP, pulse, patient breathing improved, and the patient's level of consciousness increased until the final evaluation. Conclusion: From the results of the innovation analysis in this case, providing a 30-degree head-up position in patients with a risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion is one form of effectiveness in increasing the patient's cerebral perfusion so that it can prevent an increase in intracranial pressure.

Abstract

Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 mengungkapkan bahwa pengadilan memiliki peran  yang penting dalam proses mediasi. Mekanisme mediasi di pengadilan merupakan bagian dari hukum yang berfungsi untuk menguatkan serta memaksimalkan fungsi lembaga dari peradilan dalam menyelesaikan sengketa. Namun kenyataannya, proses mediasi yang diterapkan belum mampu secara optimal untuk mengurangi beban perkara yang ada khususnya di lingkungan Pengadilan Negeri Kalianda. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana upaya perdamaian para pihak melalui forum mediasi di Pengadilan Negeri Kalianda? Dan apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mendamaikan para pihak yang bersengketa melalui mediasi di Pengadilan. Observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer untuk penelitian ini, yang juga menganalisis data sekunder dari Undang-undang dan literatur yang relevan dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif analitis. Pengadilan Negeri Kalianda melakukan mediasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dan tersedia fasilitas yang cukup untuk memudahkan proses mediasi. Meskipun demikian, tingkat keberhasilan mediasi dipengaruhi oleh jumlah mediator yang sedikit dengan beban perkara yang banyak. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi itikad baik, kesadaran para pihak, dan keahlian mediator, sementara faktor penghambat termasuk ketiadaan itikad baik, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang mediasi, netralitas mediator, dan pengaruh kuasa hukum. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penerapannya efektif, sejumlah hambatan masih menghalangi Pengadilan Negeri Kalianda untuk menggunakan mediasi untuk menyelesaikan konflik semaksimal mungkin

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan perhatian serius, terutama karena dapat berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan perkembangan janin. Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat memicu berbagai komplikasi, seperti kelahiran prematur, berat badan lahir rendah, dan gangguan perkembangan kognitif pada anak. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil menjadi sangat penting Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 responden menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan Chi-Square (bivariat) dengan α=0,05. didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat antara paritas dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil (p value= 0,023), konsumsi tablet Fe (p value=0,009), dan antara kunjungan kehamilan (p value=0,707) terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Penelitian menyimpulkan hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dan konsumsi tablet Fe namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara kunjungan kehamilan terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul” Gaya Bahasa pada antalogi puisi siswa-siswi SMAN 13 Pangkep ”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh siswa SMAN 13 Pangkep. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis berusaha  mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa perbandingan pada antalogi puisi siswa-siwi SMAN 13 Pangkep dalam  pembelajaran  sastra  di  Sekolah. Hasil penelitian  ini  terdapat gaya bahasa perbandingan jenis Gaya bahasa perbandingan dalam penelitian ini yaitu alegori, alusio, hiperbola, metafora, personifikasi, simile, dan sinekdoke Pembelajaran sastra di SMA bahwa antalogi puisi tersebut dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran.Simpulan dalam penelitian ini, pengajaran mengenai  gaya  bahasa  dalam  antalogi  puisi  tersebut  dapat  mengembangkan  kreativitas siswa dalam memilih kata dan merangkai kata-kata sampai menghasilkan karya sastra yang memiliki nilai estetika

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal position of security guards in relation to labor law aspects. This research is a normative legal research with a concept and statutory approach. The results of the study confirm that the legal position of a security guard in employment law is that in terms of duties and authorities, a security guard actually carries out the duties of the police, but in terms of rights and obligations in general, such as those related to wages, leave, overtime and so on, they should be based on labor provisions as stipulated in the Labor Law and the Job Creation Law. Regarding the guarantee of employment rights for security guards in the perspective of labor law based on the principle of ejusdem generis in general it can be equated with rights for workers in general, such as: the right to adequate wages, the right to leave, the right to health insurance, the right to severance pay, as well as the right to legal protection. However, there are rights that need to get special arrangements related to security guards in their position as special workers such as the right to associate and assemble which need to be further regulated through government regulations and presidential regulations which contain: the position of independent security guards, especially security guards, rights and obligations, as well as efforts and legal mechanisms. Highlights: Dual Role: Security guards perform police duties and have labor law rights. Employment Rights: Guards' rights align with general workers. Abstract

The establishment of paralegal authority in providing legal aid based on Law no. 16 of 2011 concerning legal aid at the Indonesian legal aid and human rights association, South Sulawesi, the purpose of this study is to determine the authority of paralegals according to law no. 16 of 2011 and its implementation in providing legal assistance to the community. Because it is not uncommon for errors to be made when handling a case without appropriate legal provisions or there are regulations that are violated in handling a case, this type of research is a qualitative descriptive research field. This study was conducted to collect a number of data obtained from field informants to find various facts or social phenomena, all of which analyzed and attempted to theorize based on what was observed. The location of the research was carried out, the office of the law and human rights association in South-Sulawesi. In carrying out the authority in providing legal aid, the community can get assistance and ensure that a fair law is created in handling a case and there is no violation of the law in the case process that often occurs in the community.

Abstract

Prima Sari is a culinary industry in Pekanbaru which is engaged in bakery. Founded in 2003 and hasbranches outside the city. The problem faced is that the sale of Prima Sari Bakery is done manually. So far,the sales system is still relying on the media interaction with consumers using the invoice bookkeepingsystem, receipt. Prima Sari as a supplier of bakery products in the store experienced bookkeeping sales canbe calculated fully after a week of delivering bakery products to the store. The marketing coverage is notcomprehensive because it relies on the factory driver's pallets in delivering bread to outlets that contributeto the distribution of Prima Sari Bakery bakery products. The purpose of this research is to design a web ecommerce to increase sales and assist the process of overseeing sales activities in the bakery industry andexpanding the area of market share and media promotion through e-commerce web access. Using theWaterfall Method with black box tasting and user acceptance test (UAT) testing. The results of this studyare a website system that can be accessed by General Users to view products and information, UserMembers or Customers can access the Prima Sari Bakery product order process, Admin Users who canprocess website systems related to sales data, customer data and User Leaders which can access salesreport data at the Prima Sari Bakery factory

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of varying milling durations (4 hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours) on the microstructure and hardness of Fe-C alloy powders processed using the mechanical alloying method. The mechanical alloying process involves high-energy milling to produce a homogeneous mixture with fine grain size. The variation in milling duration is expected to influence microstructural changes, such as grain size, phase distribution, and the formation of metastable phases. Microstructural analysis was conducted using electron microscopy. The results show that longer milling durations lead to finer grain sizes and an increase in martensitic phase formation. At 12 hours of milling, the grain size reached the nanometer scale, contributing to increased hardness (425 HVN) and microstructural homogeneity. Thus, the variation in milling duration significantly impacts the microstructural evolution of Fe-C alloy, with longer milling durations producing finer and more uniform microstructures. This research provides deeper insights into the relationship between milling parameters and the microstructural properties of Fe-C alloy for more optimal applications in engineering materials. .

Abstract

Sistem ini merupakan sistem informasi penggajian pada CV. Xyz yang selama ini dalam membuat laporan admin masih menggunakan sistem semi komputerisasi yang belum memiliki sebuah standaryang baku. Sistem yang akan dirancang ini berbasiskan pemrograman database dengan menggunakan tahapan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dengan tahapan lima yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program. Sedangkan pemodelan yang digunakan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah analisis sistem baru pemodelan UML dan terdiri sembilan tabel untuk mendukung pembuatan aplikasi. Pengujian sistem informasi penggajian dengan black box testing dan juga diterapkan dan berjalan dengan baik yang telah di ujicoba di dalam localhost sistem yang telah dinyatakan berhasil untuk membantu membuat laporan dan mencetak slip gaji yang dan diperiksa pimpinan secara online. Aplikasi terbatas pada halaman admin dan juga perlu penambahan verifikasi dashboard agar sistem dapat menjawab informasi data yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan serta diperlukan peningkatan sumber daya manusia, yaitu sumber daya dalam pengoperasian sistem dan mampu merawat, memelihara sistem tersebut dengan baik.
