Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service and price on purchasing decisions through product quality at Waroeng Kopi Kayu Mas, Asembagus District, Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service has a positive and significant effect on product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the main picture of consumers who make transactions with two-wheeled motorized vehicles. The population in this study were consumers of the Mahmud Motor Showroom. The sampling technique was determined by random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the location has a significant positive effect on buying interest, product quality has a significant positive effect on buying interest, location has a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. significantly positive on the purchase decision. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that location on purchasing decisions through purchase intention has a significant positive effect, product quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The more rapid and growing tourism in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency, allows many visitors, especially tourists who need a resting place. Moreover, supported by various tourist attractions that are quite good, this has become the basis for business development in the lodging service sector in Situbondo. Hotel Rengganis is one of the lodging service businesses in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency that offers a resting place, by providing bedroom facilities, food, and drinks for people who are doing business or recreation, in order to provide a peaceful, comfortable, healthy and friendly atmosphere that required by consumers or guests. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of promotions and facilities on loyalty through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Promotion has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Facilities have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty, Facilities have a significant positive effect on Loyalty, Visitor satisfaction has a significant positive effect to Loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Promotion variable on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Facilities on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction have a significant positive effect

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on the performance of permanent employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Putera Situbondo's determination. The sampling technique that will be used in the study is the Non Probability Sampling technique by means of Total Sampling or saturated samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that work conflict has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Marketing is a business activity designed to meet the needs of thecommunity with mutual benefit, just as producers and consumers providereciprocity of their needs. Marketing strategy is the effort of business actors inmarketing activities and target markets to achieve company goals through amarketing mix that includes Product Strategy, Price, Distribution and Promotion.The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of marketing strategyon increasing product sales at UD. Yuli Prosperous. The population in this studywere all UD consumers. Yuli Makmur who is in Situbondo Regency. The moneysampling technique used is a probability sampling technique with a simplerandom sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study usedthe Smart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) application with the Structural EquationModel.The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect onconsumer satisfaction, product diversity has a significant positive effect onconsumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect onconsumer loyalty, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumerloyalty and consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumerloyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect onconsumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction and product diversity has asignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa banyak perubahan dalam dunia keuangan, salah satunya melalui kehadiran Financial Technology (Fintech). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana fintech memengaruhi gaya hidup finansial generasi milenial yang dikenal dekat dengan teknologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif, kualitatif melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara dengan generasi milenial di Kabupaten Situbondo. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan fintech di kalangan milenial terus meningkat. Mereka merasakan kemudahan dalam mengakses layanan keuangan, melakukan transaksi lebih cepat, serta terbantu dengan berbagai fitur pembayaran digital yang semakin praktis. Selain itu, fintech juga mendorong perubahan dalam cara mereka mengelola keuangan, seperti mulai menabung dan berinvestasi. Meski begitu, masih ada tantangan, terutama terkait rendahnya pemahaman keuangan dan potensi terjebak dalam utang akibat pinjaman online yang mudah diakses. Untuk itu, diperlukan edukasi keuangan yang lebih luas dan pengawasan yang lebih kuat agar fintech bisa dimanfaatkan dengan bijak dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Store’s implementation of ideal marketing management principles. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product diversity, and experiential marketing on consumer trust and its impact on repurchase intention at Ijen Mart Store in Maesan - Bondowoso. This inconsistency raises questions regarding the effectiveness of the applied marketing strategies and indicates potential gaps between planning and execution, as well as the presence of internal or external factors yet to be fully addressed. A quantitative approach was employed in this research using survey methods. Data collection involved field observation, interviews, literature review, questionnaire distribution to consumers, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.8 software, including convergent validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, goodness of fit analysis, coefficient of determination, structural equation modeling, and hypothesis testing. The results revealed that service quality, product diversity, and experiential marketing each have a significant and positive effect on consumer trust. Moreover, these three variables also directly and positively influence consumers’ repurchase intention. Additionally, consumer trust was found to significantly mediate the relationship between service quality, product diversity, and experiential marketing and repurchase intention. Thus, consumer trust plays a strategic role in strengthening the marketing variables' impact on customer loyalty. These findings imply the importance of consistently managing customer experience, enhancing service quality, and offering diverse product options to build and maintain trust. Repurchase intention can be increased through strategies focused on both the emotional and functional experiences of consumers during their interaction with the store. This research offers practical insights for retail management in designing marketing strategies centered on long-term consumer relationships.

Abstract

The development of the bakery industry in the digital era requires MSME (Micro/Small/Medium Enterprises) such as Ananta Bakery to build strong relationships with consumers to enhance customer loyalty. This study analyses the influence of brand equity, price discounts, and content marketing on customer loyalty, with E-trust as an intervening variable. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. A sample of 89 respondents was selected from a population of 760 consumers using Slovin’s formula and a random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using validity and reliability tests and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that brand equity, price discounts, and content marketing significantly affect both e-trust and loyalty. Furthermore, E- Trust is a significant intervening variable that strengthens the influence of the three independent variables on customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of digital marketing strategies and brand management in increasing consumer trust and loyalty for MSMEs in the modern era.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in the culinary sector encourages the need for an integrated marketing strategy to attract and retain customers. In the ever-growing digital era, business actors are required to be able to manage brand image, utilize social media, and offer the right pricing strategy to build customer loyalty. An effective marketing strategy through social media and providing discounts are important factors in attracting consumer attention and increasing loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents who are consumers of Pisangkembunglumer46. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, and data analysis is carried out using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that Brand Image, Social Media Promotion, and Price Discounts have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. In addition, it was found that Purchasing Decisions could mediate the influence of Brand Image and Social Media Promotion on Loyalty. However, it did not significantly mediate the influence of Price Discounts. This finding provides important significance for MSMEs in designing digital marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius di Kabupaten Situbondo termasuk di Desa Gelung, Kecamatan Panarukan, yang tercatat memiliki kasus stunting pada balita dan ibu hamil. Faktor penyebab utamanya antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan gizi, sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk, serta rendahnya kualitas air bersih. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Kolaboratif (KKN-K) dilaksanakan pada 19 Juli–22 Agustus 2025 dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran gizi, perilaku hidup bersih, serta pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya air layak konsumsi. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui program “CERMIN” (Cerdas Gizi dan Bersih Sejak Dini) yang mencakup edukasi gizi “Isi Piringku” dan praktik cuci tangan di TK dan SD, sosialisasi serta praktik pembuatan filter air sederhana di SMP, lomba memasak “Kreasi Sehat dari Dapur Kita” di tingkat desa, serta pengujian kualitas air di enam dusun dengan parameter pH, TDS, dan DHL sebelum serta sesudah perebusan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang dan kebiasaan mencuci tangan, peningkatan keterampilan siswa SMP dalam membuat filter air, serta meningkatnya kesadaran ibu rumah tangga terhadap pentingnya menu sehat tanpa bahan instan. Pengujian air menunjukkan bahwa perebusan meningkatkan nilai pH air dari netral ke basa, namun juga meningkatkan DHL yang menandakan tingginya kandungan ion terlarut sehingga kualitas kimia air tetap perlu perhatian. Kesimpulannya, program CERMIN berhasil memperkuat kesadaran gizi dan PHBS sejak dini, memberdayakan masyarakat melalui kegiatan partisipatif, serta memberikan data penting mengenai kualitas air sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk mendukung upaya penurunan stunting secara berkelanjutan.
