Abstract

The Village Minimum Service Standards state that Village Government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of the local community, so public services by village officials are expected to be able to lead to good governance. The aim of this research was to have 2 (two) objectives, namely the first was to determine the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of village officials. The second objective is to determine the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of village officials. To obtain research data, a research questionnaire was used which was distributed to 100 village officials. The population is the Village Apparatus of Probolinggo Regency. The sample was determined as 100 respondents using random sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests were carried out so that the questionnaire could be used. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable was tested by testing the research hypothesis and the results were that ethical leadership and organizational commitment had a positive impact on employee performance in the Village Government in Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for the survival of an organization. This is because individual employee performance will have an impact on organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style variables and job training on employee performance at PT. Imasco Asiatic Cement Jember. The population in this study includes all 234 employees of the PT Semen Imasco Asiatic Jember factory. The minimum number of samples taken was 117 respondents, which is 50% of the total 234 employees. Descriptive analysis is used to explain respondents' descriptions in this research. Validity tests and reliability tests are also used so that the questionnaire used is valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing to determine the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this research show that leadership style and job training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Imasco Asiatic Cement Jember.

Abstract

Accreditation is an effort to assess whether an institution is worthy of providing services to users. Accreditation assessment is feasible so that the institution is worthy and guaranteed in providing services in any field. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of rewards and motivation in influencing interest in participating in the accreditation program on PAUD leaders in Jember. All PAUD leaders in Jember became the population with a total of 1804 people. The number of samples was 327 leaders using the Slovin formula. The analysis tools were descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests and direct influence tests. Rewards have a direct effect on interest in participating in accreditation. Motivation has an impact on interest in participating in accreditation.

Abstract

Transparency is openness regarding the Village APBD which allows the community to know and gain access to the widest possible information about village finances. This research aims to determine the significant positive influence of the competence of village officials, the use of the SISKEUDES application on the transparency of village financial management in Probolinggo Regency. The population of this research is the Village Government in Probolinggo Regency, taking 100 respondents as samples. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS with WarpPLS. The research results show: 1) the higher the competence of village officials, the more significant positive influence it has on the transparency of village financial management as indicated by the results of β = 0.29 and p-value = 0.002; 2). The higher the use of the Siskeudes application, the more significant positive influence it has on the transparency of village financial management as indicated by the resulting β value = 0.38 and p-value < 0.001.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing in an organizational structure. Increasing competition makes all organizations or companies race to improve the performance of their employees. The purpose of this paper is to determine and analyze the impact of employee work motivation and employee welfare on the performance of village officials in the Eastern District of Probolinggo Regency. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The Pini research population was village officials in the Eastern District of Probolinggo Regency, taking 100 village officials as samples for this research. Data was obtained by distributing prepared questionnaires. This measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire will be tested using validity and reliability tests. Descriptive statistics are used to determine respondents' descriptions. Hypothesis testing is also carried out to determine the impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. After carrying out the analysis, the result is that work motivation has an impact on employee performance, and the welfare received by employees also has a significant effect on the performance of village officials in the Eastern District of Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to get attention in every line of the organization. Performance is a benchmark for the success of an organization. As a public organization, it is also required to provide the best service by improving employee performance. This research was conducted in Mayang District, Jember Regency, targeting all local ASN. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of sanctions and discipline on ASN performance. Using a quantitative research method based on the philosophy of positivism, from a population of 215 ASN, 123 representative samples were taken with the Slovin formula. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, validity tests and reliability tests of research data, and direct influence tests. The results of the study showed that partial sanctions did not have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. Employee discipline has been shown to have a significant positive effect on performance.
