Abstract

Snakehead fish (Channa striata) is a natural source of albumin that plays a vital role in wound healing and post-operative recovery. Despite its high nutritional potential, its utilization in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung, Indonesia, remains limited. The main challenges include its strong fishy odor and the lack of product innovation. This condition highlights the need for developing more innovative and acceptable snakehead fish-based products. To address this issue, the community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of local partners in producing snakehead fish albumin capsules through training in manufacturing, packaging, and marketing. The program employed a modified extractor and a freeze-drying method to obtain high-quality albumin extract. It also included education on efficient and simple extraction procedures and training on capsule production processes that can be easily implemented by the community. The program successfully designed and developed a modified extractor unit for albumin extraction. The extraction process produced 500 mL of liquid albumin with a yield of 27.37%, which was subsequently freeze-dried into 35.70 g of yellow albumin powder with a distinctive odor. The Biuret test yielded positive results, indicated by a color change to purple, while heating at 90 ºC caused coagulation, confirming the presence of albumin. The training involved 20 participants and resulted in a significant improvement in understanding, with average scores increasing by 71.7%, from 32.8 to 80.5. Overall, the program successfully improved participants’ knowledge and skills in producing snakehead fish albumin capsules and promoted the sustainable utilization of local resources in Hanura Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive learning media based on wordwall in increasing the learning motivation of junior high school students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (non-equivalent control group design) with a quantitative approach. The population is all 30 students in grade VII. The sample used is grade VII students consisting of two classes, namely class VII A as an experimental class consisting of 15 people and class VII B as a control class consisting of 15 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data collection techniques consist of questionnaires, observation and documentation. As well as data analysis using prerequisite tests namely normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test (t test). Data were obtained through pretest and posttest questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that student learning motivation in the experimental class after the use of wordwall media was 14 students or 94% who had very high motivation criteria and 1 student or 6% who had high motivation criteria. Meanwhile, in the control class that used picture media, there were 5 students or 33% who had very high motivation criteria and 10 students or 67% who had high motivation criteria. After that, the average value of the pretest questionnaire in the experimental class was 69.47 and the control class was 59.73. While the results of the posttest questionnaire showed an average of 89.73 for the experimental class and 80.40 for the control class. Based on the results of the posttest questionnaire in the experimental and control classes, it can be seen that the value of the experimental class questionnaire is greater than the value of the questionnaire in the control class, namely 89.73>80.40. So it can be concluded that the use of interactive learning media based on wordwall is more effective in increasing student learning motivation and can be shown from the results of the t-test which obtained a significance value of 0.000<0.05 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Pakan merupakan faktor penting dalam budidaya itik pedaging seperti Itik Peking yang memiliki pertumbuhan cepat. Namun, tingginya biaya pakan menjadi kendala utama bagi peternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan tepung daun lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) dalam ransum yang mengandung maggot terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan konversi ransum Itik Peking. Penelitian dilakukan Di lokasi Peternakan Dewi Farm jalan Citanduy Kota Bengkulu, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan, melibatkan 100 ekor Itik Peking. Perlakuan meliputi konsentrasi tepung daun lamtoro dalam ransum sebesar A (0%), B (2%), C (4%), D (6%) dan E (8%). Ransum disusun dengan kadar protein 19% dan energi metabolisme 2.900 kkal/kg, menggunakan bahan baku jagung kuning, dedak, ampas kelapa, konsentrat, tepung lamtoro, dan tepung maggot BSF. Parameter yang diamati yaitu konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan konversi ransum, dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan uji lanjut DMRT. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun lamtoro dan tepung maggot dalam ransum tidak menurunkan efisiensi pakan terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, dan konversi ransum itik Peking. Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, technology has made various aspects of life easier, including electronic signatures (TTE).  This research examines the validity of TTE from the perspective of civil law, the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE), as well as the certification process and the risks of using uncertified electronic signatures.  The purpose of this research is to understand the legal strength and security of TTE, and the stages that must be passed to obtain a certified electronic certificate and what the risks are of using an uncertified electronic signature.  This research uses a juridical-normative method with data collection techniques through literature studies from literature, laws and scientific articles.  The research results show that TTE has legal force equivalent to a wet signature if it meets certain requirements, such as authentication of the owner of the signature and document.  In addition, verification and certification by an Electronic Certification Organizer (PSrE) recognized by the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) is an important step to ensure the validity and security of TTE.  This research also highlights the risks of using uncertified TTE, which can reduce the security and validity of documents.  Thus, the use of certified TTE is crucial to support safe and legally valid digital transactions.

Abstract

Buku teks merupakan sumber belajar utama yang dimanfaatkan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Hal tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya kualitas materi yang disajikan di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompleksitas sintaksis pada wacana buku teks Bahasa Indonesia Kurikulum Merdeka kelas VII SMP/Mts dengan bantuan Artifial Intellegence (AI) berupa Word Counter Tool dan Natural Language Toolkit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix  method dengan metode analisis konten. Teknik pengumpulan data yang ditempuh meliputi angket, simak dokumen, dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku teks Bahasa Indonesia kelas VIII kurikulum merdeka. Adapun analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori Miles and Huberman, yaitu: (1) Reduksi Data; (2) Penyajian Data; dan (3) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompleksitas aspek sintaksis pada bab 1 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 375 dengan persentase skor 62,5%, bab 2 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 324 dengan persentase skor 54%, bab 3 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 359 dengan persentase skor 59,8%, bab 4 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 534 dengan persentase skor 89%, bab 5 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 340 dengan persentase skor 56,6%, dan bab 6 memeroleh skor bobot sebesar 480 dengan persentase skor 80%. Analisis tersebut menunjukkan variasi dalam jumlah kalimat tunggal, kalimat kompleks, dan kata kunci yang terdapat dalam setiap bab. Dengan bantuan software analisis teks berbasis AI, penelitian ini menghasilkan sajian data terkait penerapan teori linguistik struktural pada buku teks secara cepat dan akurat.
