Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 63 orang guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling yang diambil dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMK) di Kotamadya Jakarta Timur secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4.) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and the physical environment together on teacher performance, the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational commitment to teacher performance, physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used was a survey. The total sample of 63 teachers, the sampling technique used is cluster sampling taken from 3 State Vocational High Schools in the Municipality of East Jakarta proportionally. Research results: 1.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and physical work environment together on teacher performance; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on performance; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; and 4.) There is no positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Balanced Scorecard in Cooperative Employees and University Lecturer Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA). The first stage of this study was to measure the performance of Cooperative Employees and University LecturerIndraprasta PGRI the Balanced Scorecard approach continues to find a conclusion whether the Balanced Scorecard can be implemented in a cooperative.The research method used is mixed methodolgy (combined method). Quantitative methods are used to measure the performance of cooperative descriptive and qualitative methods are used to obtain cooperative conclusion and management experts on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the cooperative. Techniques of data collection using a questionnaire (quantitative) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for qualitative.The results of performance measurement and Lecturers EmployeesCooperative Unindra the Balanced Scorecard approach as follows: the financial perspective with indicators of current ratio, total debt to asset ratio and net profit margin be weighted 25%, the customer perspective with the indicator member growth, customer satisfaction and student members gain weight 7%, internal business process perspective with the indicators of innovation, the process of operation and after-sales services weights 8.6 and get the perspective of growth and learning with indicators of employee satisfaction, employee retention and productivity of employees earn 11.2% weighting. The total score performance and Lecturers Employees Cooperative Unindra the Balanced Scorecard approach was 51.8%. In conclusion the performance of Cooperative Employees and Lecturer Unindra in 2013 measured by the Balanced Scorecard approach are in a position less amounted to 51.8% can be categorized as a business entity that has an unhealthy level of health (BB). Implementation of BalancedScorecard in the cooperative could not be concluded or not because when progress reports are prepared FGD has not done

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosialisasi dan penerapan e-system perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Jagakarsa lalu diambil 100 orang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian koefisien korelasi determinasi sebesar 23,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi pengaruh Sosialisasi Sistem dan Penerapan E-System Perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak sebesar 23,30% sedangkan sisanya 76,7,30% dipengaruhi oleh faktor dan variabel lain dan hasil pengujian thitung > ttabel (3,907 > 1,984) yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara sosialisasi dan penerapan e-sistem terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Luaran penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian yang terpublikasi pada jurnal ilmiah terakreditasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kerjasama antara Universitas Indraprasta PGRI dengan Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan dan Riset Teknologi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah dan guru yang terpilih dalam program sekolah penggerak diangkatan 1. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan focus group discussion yang dikemas dalam bentuk talk show secara tatap muka langsung. Jumlah peserta 22 orang yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, perwakilan guru komite pembelajaran dan pengawas sekolah yang berasal dari 7 SMA dan 1 SLB. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama 02 Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan yang disusun dalam sesi paparan dan sesi tanya jawab ini memperlihatkan antusiasme para peserta dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang mengimplementasikan kurikulum operasional tiap satuan pendidikan. Para peserta mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih luas dan mendapatkan panduan sederhana yang dapat diimplementasikan kurikulum sekolah penggerak di lingkungan sekolah masing-masing

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning at the high school level. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 257 respondents. Based on the average calculation, the level of achievement of the effectiveness of Distance Learning in the RW 02 Kelurahan Jatiranggon in the new normal period is classified in the Good category, including in the Good category. Constraints that are quite often encountered are in terms of transferring knowledge from teachers to students. Where in practice, students feel the material provided is still difficult to understand, especially in subjects that require practicum, students need special guidelines that can help the practicum process become easier to understand even through a distance learning system. Another thing that is of concern is the low enthusiasm for reading experienced by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of batik skills training program as a recommendation for program improvement. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using Context, Input, Process, and Product evaluation model. Samples were taken from the Institute of Skills and Training in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, and Tangerang. The results of the evaluation components that meet the evaluation criteria are all aspects of the context component, discipline and learning process, while the components of batik teachers' education qualifications, the use of educational facilities and infrastructure standards, curriculum components, program financing, evaluation of learning outcomes, mastery of theoretical competencies, practices, and impacts to program participants have not been met. The batik skills training program needs to be continued with some improvement. It is recommended for the product components, especially on the impact aspects felt by graduates, to be improved.

Abstract

Hasil prestasi belajar siswa sekolah menengah atas negeri di DKI Jakarta masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pelaksanaan mutu proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran perlu dianalisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode grounded research. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru dari SMA 104 dan 62 Jakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display dan verifikasi. Pelaksanaan mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di SMA 104 dan 62 Jakarta belum maksimal. Hal ini karena ditemukan cukup banyak guru yang belum konsisten melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum yang digunakan sekolah. Guru perlu diikutkan dalam pelatihan penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif. Supervisi kepala sekolah diperlukan lebih intensif untuk dapat melakukan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is currently a concern of organizational leaders around the world. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially and  simultaneously.   The research method used is quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique is a saturated sample that uses the entire population of employees  in the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross Center of 78 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires compiled from the development of dimensions of each variable in the study. Data analysis techniques begin with normality tests, homogeneity tests and multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0.  The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction variables on  organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational Commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Simultaneously,the variables of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The pathway coefficient indicates that organizational commitment contributes more than job satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This has implications for leaders or managers must increase employee commitment so that Organizational Citizenship Behavior increases.  The limitation in this study is the research sample only from the Indonesian Red Cross in the Jakarta Branch. Further research is needed to take samples of employees from several other branches of the Indonesian Red Cross to really know the real condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how significant a significant level of scientific influence on student activity. The school which is the object of this research is SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangerang on Jl. Inpres Raya RT. 003/004 Kel. Gaga Kec. Larangan Tangerang City. The method used in this study is to use t-test testing with the comparative hypothesis testing of two samples to assess whether the effect of an action on behavior or to test whether there is an effect of that action between the Scientific Approach and Student Activity. After the authors conducted t-test testing by testing the comparative hypotheses of two samples. Testing using t-test correlates with the right side test because the alternative hypothesis (Ha) sounds better. Hypothesis testing obtained t-hitung -15.637 and ttabel at position 1.668 which means that there is a high influence of scientific application on the activeness of students in social studies class VIII at SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangerang

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes using discussion learning methods and using the Q&A learning method at Yaperjasa Vocational High School. The type of the research was Classroom Action Research with quantitative approach using the comparative method. The number of samples was 80 students which divided into 2 classes, namely class XI Office Administration 1 (control class) using the discussion method and class XI AP 2 (experimental class) using the question and answer method. The results of the study showed that there were 3 cycles, namely the first cycle t-value> t-table or 3.323> 1.685, in cycle II t-value<t-table and -0.087 <1.685, and in cycle III t-value> t-table or 3.209> 1.685. Cycles I and III showed that t-value was greater than t-table. It meant that the values obtained by students in the control class with the experimental class there were significant differences in learning outcomes. Students’ learning outcomes by applying discussion learning methods compared to using question and answer learning methods.
