Abstract

Metode keteladanan merupakan pendekatan pedagogis yang sangat ideal dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak, karena mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral dan keagamaan melalui praktik nyata yang dapat diamati dan ditiru oleh peserta didik, sehingga dapat membentuk akidah dan akhlak siswa yang lebih baik. Namun di MA Tarbiyatut Thlabah terdapat perilaku siswa yang kurang sopan terhadap guru, teman sebaya dan kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan ibadah, pada hal para guru sudah memberikan keteladanan dalam pembelajaran dan bahkan didukung lingkungan pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana efektivitas metode keteladanan dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlaq di MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah. Pendekatan penelitin menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Jenis penelitian studi kasus, subyek penelitian kepala Madrasah, guru dan siswa di MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentsi, keabsahan data mengggunakan triangulasi dan analisis datanya  menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil mengungkap bahwa Guru akidah akhlak di MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah menunjukkan konsistensi memberikan teladan akhlak Islami, disiplin, rapi, salam sapa, ramah, dan menjaga kebersihan. Meski terdapat hambatan, metode keteladanan terbukti efektiv dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak di MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah, terutama dalam membentuk pemahaman dan perilaku siswa yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islami.

Abstract

Background. In recent years, the demand for personalized learning experiences has increased, particularly in the context of adaptive learning algorithms that cater to individual student needs. However, there is still a lack of comprehensive studies that evaluate the effectiveness of these algorithms on student outcomes. This study seeks to address this gap by examining how adaptive learning algorithms can personalize learning paths and improve academic performance. Purpose. The research aims to explore the correlation between the implementation of these algorithms and student engagement, retention, and success rates. Method. To achieve this, a quantitative research method was employed, involving the collection of data from 200 students in an online learning environment. The students were divided into two groups: one using a traditional learning model and the other exposed to adaptive learning algorithms. Student outcomes, including engagement metrics, test scores, and retention rates, were tracked over a semester. Results. The results revealed a significant improvement in student engagement and academic performance in the group that utilized adaptive learning algorithms compared to the traditional learning group. Moreover, students in the adaptive learning group demonstrated higher retention rates and greater satisfaction with their learning experiences. Conclusion. In conclusion, the study suggests that adaptive learning algorithms play a crucial role in enhancing personalized learning paths, ultimately leading to improved student outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of integrating adaptive technologies in modern educational systems to foster more effective learning environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial mindset, gender stereotypes, and innovation practices on the sustainability of women-owned businesses in Bogor City, Indonesia. Using a sample of 200 women entrepreneurs, data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that entrepreneurial mindset and innovation practices positively impact business sustainability, while gender stereotypes have a negative effect. The findings emphasize the critical role of fostering a strong entrepreneurial mindset and encouraging innovation among women entrepreneurs, while also addressing the detrimental impact of gender stereotypes on business operations. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on women’s entrepreneurship and offers practical insights for policymakers and support organizations in creating a conducive environment for the sustainability of women-owned businesses

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in educational management, especially at the high school (SMA) level. The application of technology in school administration, learning systems, and communication between stakeholders is considered capable of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education management. This research aims to examine the application of information technology in educational management in high schools in Indonesia through a literature review approach. Data sources were obtained from scientific journals, books and relevant research reports to evaluate the benefits, challenges and directions of development of information technology in educational management. The results of the study show that the implementation of information technology has helped schools increase data transparency, the effectiveness of online learning, and the efficiency of academic administration. However, several obstacles are still faced, such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of skills of teaching staff in using technology, and budget limitations in some schools. To optimize the application of information technology in education management, support is needed from the government, schools and stakeholders through the provision of adequate infrastructure, training for teaching staff, and regulations that support the digitalization of education. The implications of this research confirm that information technology has a strategic role in the transformation of educational management in high school. Therefore, further research is needed to explore more effective and sustainable technology implementation models, as well as evaluate the long-term impact of educational digitalization on the quality of learning and school management.

Abstract

Pendaftaran tanah memudahkan pemegang hak atas tanah dengan mudah membuktikan hak kepemilikan atas tanahnya. Meskipun administrasi hak atas tanah sudah baik, masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan. Penggugat dalam amar putusan Nomor: 255/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst menggugat Tergugat karena menguasai tanah milik Penggugat dengan cara mendirikan dan menduduki tanah milik Penggugat tersebut tanpa izin dari Penggugat. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kekosongan hukum yang menyebabkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat Nomor: 255/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst yang sudah mempunyai kekutatan hukum tetap dan telah dilaksanakan eksekusi pengosongan terhadap putusan tersebut pun bangunan masih berdiri diatas tanah bersertipikat milik pihak lain tersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates the utilization of the Student Engagement Report System (SERS) to build student portfolios and its impact on work readiness in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach with 200 student samples, data was collected using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The findings revealed significant positive relationships between student engagement, portfolio development, and work readiness. Regression analysis demonstrated that both student engagement and portfolio development significantly contribute to work readiness, with portfolio development showing a stronger influence. The results highlight the potential of SERS to foster educational innovation, enhance student engagement, and support the development of personalized portfolios, ultimately improving graduate employability. These insights provide valuable implications for policymakers and educators aiming to bridge the gap between education and workforce demands.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya para ahli teknologi internet dan Hak Cipta berupaya menciptakan teknologi sebagai Upaya perlindungan hak cipta dari pembajakan berupa Digital Right Management yang digunakan oleh pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta untuk membatasi penggunakaan suatu media atau alat digital. Dengan adanya peran Digital Right Management sebagai taknologi pengaman mempu menerapkan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak cipta dari pembajakan digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan sebagai Upaya mendapatkan data yang diperlukan sehubungan dengan permasalahan. Data yang digunakan dengan data sekunder dan bahan tertier. Di samping itu juga digunakan data primer sebagai pendukung bahan hukum data sekunder. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan metode yuridis kualitatif. Hasil analisis yang didapat ialah  peran Digital Right Management paling utama ialah untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap konten digital, memastikan keaslian konten, menyediakan verifikasi transaksi yang tidak dapat disangkal, dan mendukung proses identifikasi sumber konten. Perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak cipta dari pembajakan digital dapat dibagi menjadi dua jenis utama yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan represif.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to train teachers in writing scientific articles on Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) through intensive training. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory approach, where participants (teachers) are given workshops, mentoring, and direct practice using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Turnitin for data analysis, article preparation, and plagiarism checking. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teachers' ability to write CAR articles, with 85% of participants successfully compiling article drafts that met scientific standards, and increasing writing time efficiency by up to 40% thanks to the use of AI. This training not only improves digital teacher literacy but also opens up opportunities for innovation in technology-based educational research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of wasathiyah (Islamic moderation) values in the integrated Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum through phenomenological and sociological approaches. The research is grounded in the lack of in-depth empirical studies on how teachers and students contextually internalize moderate Islamic values. This study fills the gap in PAI curriculum research, which has largely been normative and textual. Employing a qualitative method with phenomenological and sociological approaches, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation at SD Bina Anak Sholeh Tuban. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, categorization, and interpretation of the participants’ subjective meanings and social dynamics. The findings reveal that wasathiyah values such as tawazun (balance), i’tidal (justice), and tasamuh (tolerance) are not only taught cognitively but are also experienced in real-life learning and social relationships, fostering harmony between spirituality and rationality in everyday life.

Abstract

The success of madrasahs can be measured through positive changes in student learning patterns that are enjoyable and aimed at producing intellectually, spiritually, and morally competent generations based on the values of Pancasila and Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5RA) in madrasahs under KKMI Paciran, Lamongan, was carried out through optimizing teacher mentoring programs. This mentoring aims to strengthen teachers’ abilities in understanding, planning, and integrating P5RA values into the learning process. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach was used to explore the human resources potential of each madrasah. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, with teachers as the primary data sources, and madrasah principals and the Head of KKMI as secondary sources. The results showed a significant increase in P5RA implementation, rising by 26%, from 68% to 94% of madrasahs. The success indicators include teachers’ improved ability to integrate the values of religious moderation, tolerance, and social care into both classroom learning and school culture. Supporting factors include the commitment of school leadership, collaboration among teachers, and active community participation. However, challenges remain, particularly the limited human resources, requiring ongoing assistance and capacity building
