Abstract

Learning success is influenced by many factors. Generally, everything relies on the teacher's competency factor. It is natural that teacher professionalism is now highly demanded in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. One of the teacher competencies required in his profession is to prepare to learn well and mature. most teachers enter the class without careful preparation. Even if there is a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), it is not homemade but photocopying from another teacher/person or from the internet. The main capital of the teacher enters the class using textbooks or worksheets written by others. This requires training for teachers in the preparation of teaching materials. The purpose of this study was to develop literacy-based folklore teaching materials (reviewed based on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) for class VII students of MTsN 1 in Lhokseumawe City. The results of the study stated that the validity of the developed learning devices included in the valid category with an average value of RPP validity of 4.03, teaching material 4.12, LKS of 4.42, and items was in the valid category. Learning tools developed through literacy folklore materials based on Aceh have met the effective criteria. Effective criteria viewed from: (1) student learning completeness classically has reached 87% in trial II; (2) achievement of learning objectives of at least 75%; (3) achievement of learning time is at least the same as ordinary learning. Increasing student literacy using Aceh folklore teaching materials on the material is the average student achievement in the first trial of 69 increased to 87 in the second trial, on average each student indicator increased from the trial I to trial II. Students have met the completeness criteria in a classical manner. This is due to the material and problems that exist in teaching materials and worksheets developed according to the conditions of the student's learning environment and referring to literacy. By applying literacy, students will be actively involved in the process of completing Indonesian language material. Theoretically, the learning time used during learning using literacy has met the effectiveness criteria. By using teaching materials, students are first given questions in writing, so that from these problems students can think, observe, make guesses, explain, and analyze to knowledge with the guidance of the teacher.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang akademik, khususnya dalam penulisan karya ilmiah yang menuntut sitasi dan pengelolaan referensi yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley untuk sitasi dan pengelolaan referensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan 60 mahasiswa dan dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Muara Enim. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, penyusunan rencana pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kolaboratif. Pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, simulasi, dan praktik langsung menggunakan Mendeley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak mahasiswa belum familiar dengan Mendeley, dan pengelolaan referensi masih dilakukan secara manual. Setelah pelatihan, peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sitasi dan mampu mengoperasikan Mendeley dengan baik, termasuk mengimpor referensi, mengatur library, dan membuat sitasi serta daftar pustaka. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam antusiasme dan motivasi mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas. Keterbatasan laptop dan jaringan internet yang tidak stabil merupakan kendala yang dihadapi. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan referensi dan sitasi, serta diharapkan dapat berlanjut untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan akademik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

One of the commodities of freshwater fish species that live in swamps and rivers that have high economic value is snakehead fish. In addition to having economic value, it also has a high albumin content and has various functions for health so it is very useful in the medical and industrial world. Snakehead fish is very rich in albumin, which is an important type of protein. There is 60% protein in plasma found in albumin, albumin in the blood functions to increase endurance, and is able to regulate the water balance in cells, waste products can also be removed, in the formation of new cells nutrients can be given so as to accelerate the recovery of body tissue that is split. post operation. The thing that must be considered at the time of feeding is the right amount, time and use. Therefore, the types of natural food that can be used as snakehead fish feed are silk worms (Tubifex sp), water fleas (Daphnia), small freshwater fish (gobies/tilapia). In this study, the design used was a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and three replications. From the results of the study, the highest growth of snakehead fish (Channa striata) was found in treatment A, namely absolute weight 6.61 grams, and average The average absolute length growth is 3.13 cm. The highest survival rate was in treatment A, which was 100% and the lowest was in treatment C, which was 76.6667%

Abstract

The low level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills of students is often caused by the lack of teacher evaluation of these skill levels and the inadequate use of assessment instruments. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to prepare and analyze quality instruments in order to accurately describe students' abilities. This study aims to analyze students' analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills using Rasch modeling. This study is a quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 30 grade XI students of SMA who were selected using random sampling techniques. The research instrument consisted of eight essay questions, namely four questions to measure analytical thinking skills and four questions for problem-solving skills. Data analysis was carried out using Rasch modeling to evaluate the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and differentiation of the questions. The results of the study show that the instrument has good to excellent validity. All items meet the fit criteria, with item reliability in the good to special category, although the reliability of the person is classified as low to sufficient. The difficulty level of the questions is ideally distributed, reflecting the balance between easy and difficult questions, as well as the excellent differentiation of items. This instrument is feasible to use, but it is recommended to increase the number of question items in order to increase the reliability of the person in the separate measurement. The implication of this study is the importance of developing valid and reliable assessment instruments to support the skill-based learning and evaluation process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse teacher competence in the learning process at Sambinoe Kindergarten, Aceh Jaya District. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with three teachers as the main informants. The results showed that teachers have four main competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. However, the application of these competencies has not been fully optimized. Pedagogical competence can be seen from teachers' understanding of children's characteristics and fun learning designs, but the use of learning media and the preparation of lesson plans are still very minimal so that learning becomes less effective and less interesting. Teachers' professional competence is supported by participation in training and seminars, although self-development still relies heavily on individual motivation. Social competence is reflected in teachers' ability to communicate with students, parents and the community, and to introduce local cultural values. Personality competence is reflected in teachers' efforts to be role models and maintain ethics. Overall, teachers' competencies, especially in lesson planning, media innovation and self-development, are improving.

Abstract

Intoleransi merupakan masalah serius yang dihadapi Indonesia khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Fenomena ini terjadi dengan berbagai peristiwa yang muncul ke permukaan. Ada banyak alasan munculnya intoleransi di kalangan remaja. Untuk menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama begitu penting di negara yang plural ini, maka ada juga beberapa alternatif untuk membendung gerakan intoleransi anak muda yaitu dengan mengajarkan pendidikkan toleransi di sekolah. Guru sebagai pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam mengajarkan dan menumbuhkan sikap toleran agar tidak terpapar paham dan sikap yang radikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Benuk penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah komunnikasi langsung dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk intoleransi yang terjadi di kalangan siswa SMP Negeri 40 Palembang adalah kurang menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan, perbedaan pendapat, kurangnya kesempatan bagi non muslim untuk menjadi pemimpin dan menutup diri. Adapun peran guru dalam membentuk sikap toleransi siswa yaitu dengan menjadi panutran pada peserta didik, menjadi teladan, tidak diskriminatif terhadap status sosial, ekonomi, agama, bahasa dan sebagainya, memberikan pemahaman ajaran mengenai toleran yang dimasukkan dalam pembelajaran, dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara diskusi dan berkelompok agar mengedepankan kerjasama antar siswa sebagai wujud menumbuhkan toleransi.

Abstract

This study examines the social solidarity of rice farmers (study in Paya Bieng Village, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency). This study aims to find out the form of social solidarity of rice farmers and the factors that affect the social solidarity of rice farmers. This research uses the theory of social solidarity by Emile Durkheim. This research method uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that the form of social solidarity of farmers is divided into two, namely mechanical solidarity and organic solidarity. Mechanical solidarity can be seen in the activities of mutual cooperation and khanduri blang. Meanwhile, organic solidarity can be seen in rice field land cultivation activities, rice planting, rice maintenance and rice harvesting. There are two factors that affect the social solidarity of rice farmers, namely inhibiting factors and supporting factors. The inhibiting factors are modernization and materialism. The supporting factors are traditions and religious values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student’s interest in choosing the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) study program at State Islamic  Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) in Aceh. Utilizing a qualitative survey method, this research explores the factors influencing students' choicesi regarding the PIAUD program. The findings reveal that student  interest is shaped by a combination of internal and external motivations. A total of 51.9% of students chose the PIAUD program due to personal interest, 26% due to parental influence, and 18% due to favorable career prospects. The primary source of information was the family, followed by social media, indicating the strong  role of the family in students' academic decisions.-making. Social factors such as peers and teachers, also played a role in shaping students’ interest. Although many students ware initially influenced by external factors, the findings suggest that their internal motivation and interest developed over time through the educational process. These results highlight the importance of family support, social environment, and career prospects in influcing students’ interest in the PIAUD program, which can serve as a foundation for developing promotional strategies and enhancing the quality of the study program in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explore the impact of financial factors, such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, and Sales Growth, on Dividend Payout Ratio in property and real estate sub-sector manufacturing companies that have been listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2022. The research results obtained through the application of quantitative methods that integrate verification and descriptive approaches to find clarity of knowledge. The study applied secondary data, namely the Financial Statements of property and real estate subsector manufacturing companies for 7 years (2016-2022). Sampling using nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling, where from a total of 85 populations listed on the IDX, only 8 populations managed to meet the criteria and could be recommended for use in the study. Descriptive analysis shows the range of Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) values between 2.20 and 93.00, with an average of 28.005 and a standard deviation of 21.57081. DPR that exceeds the industry range of 20%-50% indicates good performance for shareholders or investors. The verification test results state that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Asset (ROA) have a significant influence on DPR, while Sales Growth (SG) has no effect. The simultaneous interaction between CR, DER, ROA, and SG also affects DPR significantly, explaining 76.4% of DPR variation. Abstract

This research background by the problem to the children ability in improving creativity has not developed optimally, children still can not draw well, children look unhappy and horn to do drawing activity. This study purpose to improve the creativity of drawing for children of B1 PAUD Ikhsanul Kamil through the picture media. This research is a qualitative research with classroom action research (PTK) conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were the children of group B1 PAUD Ikhsanul Kamil, which amounted to 15 children. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview and documentation. The data collection instrument uses a child's observation sheet. The ability to improve the creativity of drawing is said to succeed when the percentage of creativity reaches 81% with the criteria growing very well. The ability of creativity to draw prestige of children percentage of 34.71%. Ability of creativity of drawing for child of group B1 through picture media at cycle I percentage equal to 62,47%. Research on the first cycle has succeeded in improving the ability of drawing creativity but has not achieved the success indicator so that it is continued in the next cycle. The result of the average percentage of cycle II shows the achievement of the child's ability that Develops Very Good (BSB) with average value amounted to 86.38%. Based on the results of research that efforts to improve the ability of drawing creativity for children group B1 Paud Ikhsanul Kamil through picture media can be improved.
