Abstract

This development research aims to produce an ethnoscience-based booklet on jenang ayas snacks and to determine the validity, readability, student responses and improvement of science literacy towards ethnoscience-based booklets. This type of Research n Development (RnD) research, using the ADDIE model. Sampling using a side purposive teahnique. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP 31 Gresik with a sample of class VIII-C. The instrument used were validation sheets media, material experts, readability questionnaires, responses, and science literacy questions. The result of the study showed that the ethnoscience-based booklet on jenang ayas snacks that was developed was included in the very valid category for use, seen from the results of media expert validation of 94,03%, material expert validation of 96,53%, readability questionnaire of 88,92%, student response questionnaire of 88,45%, and an increase in science literacy on N-Gain of 0,69. These result indicate that ethnoscience-based booklets on jenang ayas snacks is effective in improving student’s science literasy.

Abstract

This study was conducted because of the low mastery of student concepts caused by the lack of variation in learning models and media. This study aims to determine the increase in student concept mastery after the TGT model assisted by snakes and ladders media is applied. This study is a quantitative study using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study was conducted at UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Bangkalan with a sample of class VII D. The research data collection technique used a concept mastery test. The data analysis technique used was the N-Gain test. The results of the study that can be concluded are that there is an increase in student concept mastery as evidenced by the average N-Gain score of 0.47 which is categorized as moderate.

Abstract

This study was conducted because the critical thinking skills of students in education were relatively low because students were still unable to follow the learning pattern of critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in students’ critical thinking skills after the application of the PBL model assisted by PhET media on vibration and wave material. This study used a quasi-experimental design methodand was carried out at the UPTD SMPN 4 Bangkalan. The study population was all students of class VIII in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was class VIII-A. The analysis technique for increasing students’ critical thinking skills used the N-gain test. The results showed that there was an increase in students’ critical thinking skills after the application of the PBL model assisted by PhET media with an average N-gain result of 0,62 in the moderate category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Canva terhadap ketertarikan siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN Aren Jaya XII Bekasi. Canva ini adalah sebuah platform online yang memungkinkan individu untuk mendesain berbagai macam hal dengan cara yang kreatif dan mudah. Selain untuk desain, platform ini juga berfungsi sebagai alat pembelajaran bagi para guru, siswa, dan sekolah selama kegiatan belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Temuan penelitian ini diungkapkan melalui analisis deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan diperoleh rata-rata (mean) untuk Pre-Test kelas eksperimen adalah 70.80, sedangkan rata-rata (mean) untuk Post-Test kelas eksperimen mencapai 79.80, menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata Post-Test lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata Pre-Test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diketahui bahwa uji Paired Sample T Test memperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000, yang lebih rendah dari 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Canva berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tubuh merespon cedera atau kerusakan jaringan dengan inflamasi, yang menyebabkan berbagai sensasi seperti rasa sakit, kemerahan, pembengkakan, panas, dan penurunan fungsi di daerah yang terluka. Daun maja (Aegle marmelos L.) secara empiris telah digunakan sebagai obat radang. Diketahui daun maja memiliki kemampuan antioksidan yang sangat kuat sehingga berpotensi sebagai antiinflamasi yang kuat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi potensi antiinflamasi serta menentukan kadar total fenolik dan flavonoid daun maja. Uji aktivitas antiinflamasi dilakukan menggunakan metode penghambatan denaturasi protein, dengan mengukur persentase penghambatan denaturasi albumin serum pada konsentrasi tertentu. Analisis kadar fenolik total dilakukan menggunakan metode Folin-Ciocalteu, dengan asam galat sebagai standar, sementara kadar flavonoid total dianalisis menggunakan metode kompleksasi aluminium, menggunakan kuersetin sebagai standar. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang tertentu. Hasil skrining fitokimia daun maja mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, dan terpenoid. Kadar fenolik dan flavonoid total tertinggi berturut-turut yaitu fraksi etil asetat sebanyak 374.17 mgEAG/g dan 394.07 mgEK/g sampel. Hasil uji aktivitas antiinflamasi menggunakan metode penghambatan denaturasi protein Bovin Serum Albumin (BSA) diperoleh nilai IC50 pada ekstrak metanol, fraksi n-heksana, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air berturut-turut adalah 32.088 µg/mL, 18.361 µg/mL, 14.243 µg/mL, dan 38.894 µg/mL. Pengujian antiinflamasi menemukan bahwa fraksi etil asetat memiliki nilai IC50 tertinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat daun Aegle marmelos L. memiliki potensi aktivitas antiinflamasi yang baik dibandingkan dengan ekstrak dan fraksi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa daun Aegle marmelos L. memiliki aktivitas sebagai antiinflamasi.

Abstract

AbstrakLingkungan Hidup adalah kesatuan ruang dengan semua benda, daya, keadaan dan makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia, dan perilakunya, yang memengaruhi kelangsungan perkehidupan dan kesejahteraan manusia serta makhluk hidup lain dan dapat mempengaruhi hidupnya. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-udangan, konseptual kasus, filsafat dan sejarah, adapun bahan hukum yang digunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian bahwa berdasarkan Pasal 1 Angka 13 UU No. 32 Tahun 2009, yang dimaksud dengan baku mutu lingkungan hidup adalah ukuran batas atau kadar makhluk hidup, zat, energi, atau komponen yang ada atau harus ada dan/atau unsur pencemar yang ditenggang keberadaannya dalam suatu sumber daya tertentu sebagai unsur lingkungan hidup. Baku mutu udara adalah ukuran batas atau kadar zat, energi, dan/atau komponen yang ada atau yang seharusnya ada dan/atau unsur pencemar yang ditenggang keberadaannya dalam udara ambient (Pasal 1 Angka 7 Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara). Perlindungan mutu laut didasarkan pada baku mutu air laut, kriteria baku kerusakan laut dan status mutu laut (Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 1999, tentang Pengendalian Pencemaran dan/atau Perusakan Laut). Berdasarkan putusan 110 PK/Pid.Sus-LH/2018 Mahkamah Agung telah mengadili perkara tersebut dalam hal ini majelis hakim Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa Jonni sihotang dengan pidana penjara selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan membayar denda sebesar Rp5.000.000.000,00 (lima miliar rupiah).AbstractEnvironment is a spatial unit with all objects, forces, conditions and living things, including humans and their behavior, which affect the continuity of life and the welfare of humans and other living creatures and can affect their lives. The legal research method used is the normative juridical method with statutory approaches, case conceptuals, philosophy and history, while the legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials and the data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that based on Article 1 Number 13 Law no. 32 of 2009, what is meant by environmental quality standards is the limit or level of living things, substances, energy, or components that exist or must exist and / or pollutant elements whose existence is tolerable in a certain resource as an element of the environment. Air quality standard is a measure of the limit or content of substances, energy, and / or components that are or should be present and / or pollutant elements that are tolerated in ambient air (Article 1 Number 7 of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41 of 1999 concerning Air Pollution Control. ). Protection of marine quality is based on seawater quality standards, standard criteria for marine damage and marine quality status (Article 3 of Government Regulation Number 19 of 1999, concerning Control of Marine Pollution and / or Destruction). Based on the decision of 110 PK / Pid.Sus-LH / 2018, the Supreme Court tried the case, in this case the panel of judges sentenced the defendant Jonni sihotang to imprisonment for 3 (three) years and paid a fine of IDR 5,000,000,000.00 ( five billion rupiah).

Abstract

Stunting describes chronic malnutrition status during growth and development since early life. There are many factors that can cause stunting, one of which is a lack of Fe intake in teenagers. Insufficient iron intake can cause stunted growth which, if it occurs for a long time, can cause stunting. This counseling aims to provide education to teenagers and how to prevent it. The method used in this activity was direct lectures to young women at the Abdurrahman bin Auf Islamic Boarding School. This activity received a good response from the Islamic Boarding School and enthusiasm from the participants. Participants can understand the material provided and gain insight and are also expected to contribute to reducing stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of students' misconceptions using the five-tier diagnostic test on the concept of vibration, waves, and light at UPT SMPN 21 Gresik. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study consisted of all students in grade VIII, which consisted of three classes. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples with a total of 80 students divided into three classes, namely class VIIIA, VIIIB, and VIIIC. The data collected used the fivetier diagnostic test instrument. The results of the study showed that: 1) the percentage of classical misconceptions from 80 students was 23,60%, 2) students who experienced high category misconceptions on the concepts of vibration, waves, and light were 14 students with a percentage of 17,50%, students who experienced moderate category misconceptions were 52 students with a percentage of 65,00%, and students who experienced low category misconceptions were 14 students with a percentage of 17,50%, 3) students' misconceptions on the concept of vibration were 28,82%, the concept of waves was 21,18%, and the concept of light was 24,47%.

Abstract

Science comic based on auvidi media are rarely applied in science learning. Based on the result of pre-research at SMP Al Hikam Kemayoran students consider that learning science is very difficult and boring due to the lack of use of learning media. The solution given is to develop science comics based on auvidi media on global warming materials. This development research aims to determine the feasibility, readability, and students responses to the media. This study uses the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted at SMP Al Hikam Kemayoran class VII with 34 students. The sampling method is a saturated sample technique for class VII students. Data collection techniques use interviews, quesrionnaires, and documentation. The results of the media feasibility validation obtained an average result of 0,98, while the material eligibility validation obtained an average of 0,83 as very valid. The readability percentage obtained an average score 83,50% and student respons obtained an average score of 88,88% in the very good category.

Abstract

Coffee is known as an acidic drink, so it will make the stomach feel unpleasant. This research compares the roasting method with Azadirachta Indica firewood with machine and manual roasting processes. Each roasting method uses four maturity levels: light roast, medium roast, dark roast, and extra dark roast. The acidity test used a pH meter instrument, and the caffeine test used the spectrophotometric method, which was carried out at the Sucofindo Indonesia laboratory. The one-way ANOVA test analyzed each method's acidity and caffeine results statistically. It can be seen that the sig < 0.05 in one-way ANOVA results for pH (0.006) and caffeine (0.013) coffee tests. So, there are significant differences in the three coffee roasting methods in reducing acidity and caffeine levels at each coffee roasting level. The average results of coffee acidity using the Azadirachta Indica wood roasting method (5.6), machine roasting (5.1), and manual roasting (4.8). The average yield of coffee caffeine with the Azadirachta Indica wood roasting method (2.13), machine roasting (2.55), and manual roasting (2.90). The roasting way using Azadirachta Indica firewood is the most effective, and there is a significant difference in reducing the acidity and caffeine of coffee at each level of coffee roasting. 55), and manual roasting (2.90).
