Abstract

Differentiated Instruction (DI) has become a pedagogical approach promoted in the Independent Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka) as a strategy to address the diverse learning needs of students. However, implementation in the field shows a gap between the expected ideals and the realities faced by teachers. This gap between ideals and realities in the field is one of the issues that needs to be researched and assessed so that teachers' readiness as differentiated learning instructors receives attention and can be improved. This study aims to analyze literature related to teacher readiness in implementing differentiated learning in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review approach by reviewing 10 relevant national journals. The 10 national journals represent the results of research conducted in various schools in Indonesia, where these schools have implemented differentiated learning. The results of this descriptive research indicate that most teachers are still in the early stages of understanding differentiated learning and face implementation challenges that include limited training, homogenous learning needs, and suboptimal system support. Thus, the need for teacher readiness in implementing differentiated learning is still far from optimal. In this case, not only teachers are required to be able to carry out their duties in implementing differentiated learning optimally, but related parties in the education sector should also contribute significantly to promoting teacher readiness. The definition of readiness is not only focused on teachers, but as teachers carry out their primary duties as educators, primary readiness is the foundation that teachers must possess. Therefore, a redefinition of the meaning of teacher readiness is needed, which is not only seen from the aspect of individual abilities, but also as part of an educational system that supports structurally, culturally, and professionally.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Babadan Village, Sindang District, Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this activity was to improve the community's knowledge and skills in processing fish into high-value products. The method used was an interactive discussion and demonstration of making processed fish products, namely shredded fish, nuggets, crackers, rolade, and fish sticks. The activity was attended by 15 wives of fish farmers. Before and after the implementation of the activity, data was collected regarding the target's knowledge about fish and its processed products. All targets participated in the activity well and completely as indicated by no targets leaving the activity location and all targets being involved in the practice of making processed fish products. The data obtained showed that the target's knowledge score during the pre-test was 62.5, while in the post-test, the score increased to 94.3. This indicates that there was an increase in the target's knowledge score with the interactive discussion and demonstration of making processed fish products. The results of the activity evaluation showed that participants were satisfied with the implementation of this activity, as indicated by the average score of the satisfaction level of 4.5 or satisfied to very satisfied. Overall, community service activities in Sindang Village, Indramayu, were assessed as very successful with an average score of 4.8 (very satisfied). Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada ini dilaksanakan di Desa Babadan, Kecamatan Sindang, Kabupaten Indramayu. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi interaktif dan demonstrasi pembuatan produk olahan ikan, yaitu abon, nugget, kerupuk, rolade, dan stik ikan. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 15 orang isteri petani tambak. Sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pengambilan data terkait pengetahuan sasaran tentang ikan dan hasil olahannya. Seluruh sasaran mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik dan tuntas yang ditunjukkan oleh tidak adanya sasaran yang meninggalkan tempat kegiatan serta terlibatnya seluruh sasaran dalam praktik pembuatan produk olahan ikan. Data yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa skor pengetahuan sasaran pada saat pre-test adalah 62,5, sedangkan pada saat post-test, skor tersebut naik menjadi 94,3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan sasaran dengan adanya diskusi interaktif dan demonstrasi pembuatan produk olahan ikan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan memperlihatkan peserta puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, yang ditunjukkan skor rata-rata tingkat kepuasan adalah 4,5 atau puas hingga sangat puas. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Sindang, Indramayu, dinilai sangat berhasil dengan skor rata-rata 4,8 (sangat puas).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Jakarta pada peserta didik kelas VIII. Kesadaran lingkungan merupakan pengetahuan mengenai isu-isu lingkungan, dan juga sikap seseorang terhadap terciptanya keseimbangan pada lingkungan. Masih banyaknya peserta didik di SMP Negeri 2 Jakarta yang sering menggunakan plastik sekali pakai menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai sejauh mana kesadaran lingkungan yang dimiliki oleh mereka. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 167 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran peserta didik masuk dalam kategori sedang, tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi karena masih banyak peserta didik yang berada pada kategori rendah dan sangat rendah.

Abstract

This study aims at obtaining data on the role of the community of Baduy Luar guides in an effort to maintain local wisdom along with socio-cultural changes that occur in the Baduy Luar village, Kanekes Village, Lebak Regency, Banten. The researcher uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by semi-structured interviews, observations, analysis of documents and field notes. The results of the study concluded that the tourism services carried out by the HPI-DPU Baduy were still very simple in general but were in accordance with the concept of tourism services, starting from transfers, guiding tours, and transfer out. The concept of service they are doing is directly related to their strategy in maintaining local wisdom. Their role is at least in the three dimensions of local wisdom, namely: (1) local values; (2) local resources; and (3) local group solidarity. The socio-cultural changes that occur in the Baduy Luar community in the tour community are caused by several factors. Internally, changes occur because of Baduy’s people attitude who are increasingly open. Then externally, changes occur because the Baduy people interact more intensively with outside communities such as meeting tourists, trading, participating in training and farming outside their area.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the causes of children aged 7-12 years who are currently less interested in traditional games, then what is the strategy done by the TGR Community in preserving traditional games for children aged 7-12 years to be interested, and change is happens to children aged 7-12 years after the action from the TGR Community. Research carried out using a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out, namely, interviews, observation, document analysis, and field notes. Document analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study conclude that: The causes of children aged 7-12 years are less fond of traditional games due to inadequate physical conditions of the environment, the role of parents who are not guiding their children to play traditional games, as well as people's mindsets and times that make traditional games considered no longer interesting compared to digital games on the device. Then the strategy carried out by the TGR Community is to restore the existence of traditional games to children by going through three stages, including formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Changes that occur after the actions carried out by the TGR Community, namely children no longer tend to play the device, although not a few of them are difficult to release the device and replace digital games with traditional games, but they have made traditional games as an alternative to the games in the device.

Abstract

The impact of the tradition of nganjor on socio-economic changes in the Outer Baduy community in three villages namely Kanekes Village, Cisimeut Village and Sankanwangi Village, Lebak Regency, Banten. To get a clear description of the causative factor of the society's tradition of nganjor and the socio-economic changes of the Outer Baduy community due to the tradition of nganjor. the causative factor of the Outer Baduy society's in carrying out the tradition of nganjor was due to economic, social and customary rules. The impact of socio-economic changes due to the tradition of nganjor is due to the existence of patterns of life outside of Kanekes that are not in accordance with customary law which has implications for social change in society. The impact of social change that occurs, namely changes in behavior patterns that are characterized by an orientation to education, an advanced mindset and the use of modern technology, then economically people's income increases more, compared to the conditions before and after the nganjor tradition. Then the final impact is the changes of rituals or traditional traditions because at this time the mindset of the outer Baduy society's has become more advanced, they have been able to measure profits and losses when implementing this traditions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) know the social conformity behavior of Hallyu Up! Edutainment Bandung on the growth of K-Pop music culture (2) find out the youth of Hallyu Up! Edutainment Student Activity Unit makes K-Pop music a form of social identity. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with data techniques used are interviews, literature study, and observation. The method in data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate (1) social conformity behavior by teenagers. Hallyu Up! Edutainment Student Activity Unit is cohesiveness, agreement and obedience in a group to the development of K-Pop music, (2) cause of teenagers Hallyu Up! Edutainment Student Activity Unit makes K-Pop music a form of social identity in society, is (a) internal factors, including motivational factors, in-group attractiveness, interests and talents, and agreement in achieving the same goal, (b) external factors, including the influence of friendship groups and social media.                                                                                        Keywords: Social Conformity, Social Identity and K-Pop Music   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mengetahui perilaku konformitas sosial remaja Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Hallyu Up! Edutainment terhadap perkembangan budaya musik K-Pop (2) mengetahui remaja Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Hallyu Up! Edutainment menjadikan musik K-Pop sebagai bentuk identitas sosial. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kegiatan wawancara, studi pustaka, dan observasi. Metode dalam analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) perilaku konformitas sosial yang dilakukan remaja Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Hallyu Up! Edutainment yaitu kekompakan, kesepakatan dan ketaatan dalam sebuah kelompok terhadap perkembangan musik K-Pop, (2) penyebab remaja Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Hallyu Up! Edutainment menjadikan musik K-Pop sebagai bentuk identitas sosialnya di masyarakat, yaitu (a) faktor internal, diantaranya faktor motivasi, daya tarik in-group, minat dan bakat, dan kesepakatan dalam mencapai tujuan yang sama, (b) faktor eksternal, diantaranya pengaruh keompok pertemanan dan media sosial. Kata Kunci: Konformitas Sosial, Identitas Sosial, dan Musik K-Pop
