Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education plays a crucial role in determining the direction and quality of educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Islamic educational leadership by employing a library research method. Data were collected from relevant literature, including books, journal articles, proceedings, and academic documents, and analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings reveal that leadership effectiveness is shaped by two main groups of factors: internal and external. Internal factors consist of abilities, personal qualities, and leadership styles, where democratic–transformational leadership proves to be more effective in fostering participation, improving learning quality, and strengthening public trust. External factors include social, economic, cultural, political, and geographical aspects that form the broader context of leadership and require leaders to be adaptive to change. The synthesis of Islamic values and modern leadership theories produces a conceptual model of ideal Islamic educational leadership that is grounded in prophetic values, responsive to socio-cultural contexts, and adaptive to contemporary developments. This study is expected to enrich the academic literature and provide practical contributions for leaders of Islamic educational institutions in enhancing educational quality and human resource development.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan proses individu untuk mendapatkan sesuatu yang sebelumnya tidak tahu menjadi tahu, tidak bisa menjadi bisa, dan tidak mampu menjadi mampu dimana saja pada tingkatan yang berbeda beda, secara individu, kelompok, ataupun masyarakat dan pembelajaran bukanlah sesuatu yang berhenti dilakukan. Pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pandeglang pada mata pelajaran matematika menggunakan model konvensional dengan guru sebagai peran utama penggerak pada pembelajaran dalam mengasah kemampuan berfikir kritis untuk menyelesaikan soal soal matematika. Metode ceramah sebuah bentuk interaksi melalui penerangan dan penuturan lisan dari guru kepada peserta didik yang berbentuk penjelaskan konsep, prinsip dan fakta pada akhir pembelajaran ditutup dengan tanya jawab antara guru dan perserta didik.Dari data hasil analisis model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pandeglang kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang pada mata pelajaran matematika, peneliti melihat bahwasannya penerapan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap cara berfikir kritis siswa ternyata cukup baik dilihat dari variabel-variabel yang telah disusun yang nilainya cenderung besar dengan skor 4 dan 5 sesuai dengan deskripsi penilaian bahwa skor 4 menyatakan dilakukan guru dengan baik dan Skor 5 dilakukan oleh guru dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Kecemasaan merupakan masalah yang ditandai dengan menolak diberikan Tindakan keperawatan, ganguan tidur, gelisah, khawatir, takut, mudah menanggis, menurunya nafsu makan Kehadiran dukungan keluarga dapat mengurangi tingkat kecemasan pasien serta memengaruhi tingkat dukungan yang mereka terima.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan Tingkat kecemasan anak penderita gagal ginjal kronik usia 5-18 tahun di RSUP Haji Adam Malik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan Croos Sectional. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah keluarga dan anak GGK , sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 orang menggunakan teknik sampling total. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur Tingkat kecemasan anak penderita gagal ginjal kronik adalah kuesioner Zung-Self Rating Anxiety . Dari data 18 orang (24.7%) mempunyai dukungan keluarga baik dengan kecemasan pada anak kategori tidak cemas 10 orang (13.7%), kategori kecemasan ringan 6 orang (8.2%) kategori kecemasan sedang 2 orang (2.7%). Dari 37 orang (50.7%) mempunyai dukungan keluarga cukup dengan kecemasan pada anak kategori tidak cemas 5 orang (6.8%), kategori kecemasan ringan 22 orang (30.1%), kategori kecemasan sedang 10 orang (13.7%). Dari 18 orang (24.7%) mempunyai dukungan keluarga kurang dengan kecemasan pada anak kategori tidak cemas 3 orang (4.1%), kategori kecemasan ringan 5 orang Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan Dukungan keluarga dengan Tingkat kecemasaan anak penderita GGK usia 5-18 tahun di rsup haji adam malik (nilai p = 0,005). Saran dalam studi ini Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dalam mengurangi kecemasaan pada anak melalui memberikan pendidikan relizi pada anak, senangtiasa mendampingi anak dalam dalam pengobatan gagal ginjal kronik.

Abstract

Transformasi menuju Society 5.0 menuntut penguatan evaluasi kinerja berbasis teknologi dalam organisasi publik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Teknologi digital seperti big data, kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan Internet of Things (IoT) memberikan peluang besar dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Namun, penerapan evaluasi kinerja berbasis teknologi menghadapi tantangan, seperti integrasi data antarinstansi, literasi digital aparatur, dan keamanan data, yang menghambat optimalisasi teknologi dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi yang diperlukan dalam memperkuat evaluasi kinerja berbasis teknologi menuju Society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (library research), dengan analisis isi terhadap sumber-sumber yang relevan mengenai evaluasi kinerja berbasis teknologi di sektor publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas SDM, pembangunan infrastruktur digital, dan penguatan regulasi keamanan siber adalah langkah utama untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Selain itu, standarisasi indikator dan penggunaan open metrics untuk pengukuran kinerja yang lebih objektif juga diperlukan. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses evaluasi akan memperkuat legitimasi kebijakan dan kepercayaan publik. Kesimpulannya, evaluasi kinerja berbasis teknologi menuju Society 5.0 membutuhkan integrasi data, peningkatan literasi digital, dan penerapan teknologi yang transparan dan aman.

Abstract

Mathematics in elementary schools studies basic arithmetical sciences as a provision for students to understand education at a further level. For this reason, teachers are expected to be able to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere. One of them is through innovation in learning media. Learning media is one of the determinants of the success of the learning process. Learning media is one of the determinants of the success of the learning process (Agusti, Afirah, Anwar, & Syafril, 2018). The community service method is in the form of assistance in traditional game-based mathematics learning, namely participatory action research (PAR). PAR is a service method for finding solutions to societal problems, which are trying to be solved jointly by the service team and interested parties. This service was once carried out at the KKN-T post in Gombong village for students in grades 2 and 3. Students in grades 2 and 3 were enthusiastic the first time they took math lessons. This assistance provided a platform for children in the Gombong village to learn mathematics through cultural games that have started to be eliminated with IT-based games. In addition, the suggestion is that teachers can take advantage of culture in facilitating mathematics learning in schools so that children can not only understand learning material but also cultivate a way of loving traditional culture.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of Differential Equations (PD) teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). The main component of teaching materials is a medium to bridge the curriculum with students' learning experiences. The current PD lecture conditions are still dominated by 56% of lecture methods. This results in students having difficulty in understanding applicable concepts and mastering mathematical modeling skills. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach tested on 25 third-semester PD course students. The effectiveness of teaching materials was tested using N-gain analysis and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the average value from the pre-test (17.24) to the post-test (75.36). The average N-gain of 0.81 is categorized as high. The results of the Wilcoxon Test showed an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 <0.05. This means that there is a significant difference between the values ??before and after the use of PBL teaching materials. This is evident from the fact that 92% of students agreed that PBL learning materials can improve their thinking skills in solving PD problems.

Abstract

Hypertension is a health problem with a high prevalence in the elderly and is at risk of causing serious complications. The management is not only pharmacological, but also non-pharmacological, one of which is the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), which is a mind-body therapy-based complementary therapy that combines acupressure point stimulation with prayer for relaxation, stress reduction, and stabilization of blood pressure. This study uses the literature review method by searching articles through Google Scholar, Garuda, Science Direct, and Semantic Scholar databases, with a publication range of 2019-2025. Of the 505 articles found, 8 met the inclusion criteria for analysis. The study showed that the application of SEFT therapy was proven to be effective in lowering systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive elderly people. This effect is obtained through a reduction in emotional stress, increased calmness, as well as the stimulation of endorphins hormones that help relax blood vessels. SEFT therapy has been shown to be effective as a nonpharmacological intervention in helping to lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This therapy can be used as a supportive alternative to pharmacological therapy, and has the potential to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract

Intermittent Fasting is a nonpharmacological approach that can be applied in patients with Diabetes Mellitus to support blood glucose control; however, its implementation requires an adequate level of understanding and strong self-motivation. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of understanding of Intermittent Fasting and self-motivation toward the risk of increased blood glucose in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. A quantitative approach with a correlational cross-sectional design was employed, involving 66 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results demonstrated a significant relationship between the level of understanding of Intermittent Fasting and self-motivation (r = 0.375; p = 0.002), indicating a positive direction with a weak correlation strength. These findings suggest that a better level of understanding of Intermittent Fasting tends to be associated with higher self-motivation in the context of controlling the risk of increased blood glucose. Structured education regarding Intermittent Fasting may therefore be considered as a strategy to support motivation and healthy lifestyle behaviors among patients with Diabetes Mellitus.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' inability to connect the scientific knowledge they learn to everyday phenomena related to chemistry, particularly thermochemistry. This problem stems from a lack of student motivation and interest in chemistry learning, partly due to the extensive scope of the chemistry material. The learning process at State Senior High School 15 Pekanbaru uses the lecture method and tends to memorize concepts and theories. During the learning process, teachers have not yet implemented scientific literacy in explaining the material and relating it to everyday life. However, low scientific literacy makes students less able to find information related to problems, thus making them reluctant to do so. The research was conducted in grade XI of State Senior High School 15 Pekanbaru in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research design used an equivalent pretest-posttest group design with two classes: a control class and an experimental class. The population of this study consisted of classes XI A, XI B, XI C, XI D, and XI E. The sample used was Class XI A as the experimental class, which was given the discovery learning model, while Class XI B as the control class was not given the discovery learning model. Data collection was conducted using pretest scores as initial data for normality and homogeneity tests, and the difference between pretest and posttest scores for hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test calculation using the t-test obtained t count > t table, i.e., with df, thus the research hypothesis was accepted. The application of the discovery learning model can be recommended as an alternative to improve students' scientific literacy skills, especially in thermochemistry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara yuridis Putusan Nomor 38/Pid.Sus/TPK/2024/PN.Plg pada Pengadilan Tipikor Palembang terkait penyalahgunaan Program PTSL di Kota Pagaralam oleh pejabat pertanahan yang didakwa alternatif Pasal 2 ayat (1) jo Pasal 18 serta subsider Pasal 3 jo Pasal 18 UU Tipikor, jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 dan Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan konseptual. Bahan hukum primer meliputi UUD 1945, UU 31/1999 jo UU 20/2001, KUHP, serta salinan putusan pengadilan, yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran dokumentasi resmi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan penafsiran sistematis terhadap norma dan pertimbangan hakim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim menjatuhkan pidana berdasarkan Pasal 3 UU Tipikor karena terbukti adanya penyalahgunaan kewenangan, sementara unsur Pasal 2 tidak terbukti, dengan pertimbangan yang sejalan dengan asas pembuktian Pasal 183 KUHAP dan prinsip due process of law. Namun, vonis yang dijatuhkan dinilai relatif ringan sehingga kurang mencerminkan karakteristik korupsi sebagai extra ordinary crime dan berpotensi menurunkan efek jera serta melemahkan legitimasi peradilan. Putusan ini di satu sisi memperkuat kepastian hukum melalui pembedaan yang tegas antara penerapan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3, tetapi di sisi lain mengindikasikan perlunya arah pembaruan hukum pidana korupsi yang mencakup reformulasi pemidanaan yang lebih tegas, konsistensi penerapan norma, penguatan mekanisme perhitungan kerugian negara yang transparan, serta integrasi hukum administrasi dan pidana guna mewujudkan keseimbangan antara keadilan substantif, kepastian hukum, dan kemanfaatan sosial.
