Abstract

Hutan sosial adalah program pengelolaan hutan oleh masyarakat lokal atau adat, bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan, dan mempertahankan budaya. Ekowisata berbasis hutan sosial mengedepankan pelestarian alam dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, dengan menawarkan manfaat ekonomi dan mendukung konservasi. Namun, pengembangan ekowisata menghadapi tantangan, seperti menarik minat generasi muda yang lebih tertarik pada wisata massal. PT Gastro Tourism, yang bergerak di bidang ekowisata, menghadapi kesulitan dalam pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, pemberdayaan komunitas lokal melalui pelatihan manajemen ekowisata dan pemasaran inovatif sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekowisata dan meningkatkan daya tarik bagi generasi muda

Abstract

This article explains potential conflict agrarian between countries against farmers in Algeria with use approach study qualitative in a way critical and systematic. Abstract

Abstrak Perubahan iklim merupakan tantangan global yang berdampak luas, terutama terhadap kelompok rentan seperti anak-anak. Fenomena ini menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan, gangguan sosial-ekonomi, dan peningkatan risiko kesehatan yang signifikan. Anak-anak sering kali menghadapi dampak langsung maupun tidak langsung, termasuk gangguan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan stabilitas psikologis akibat bencana alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Yayasan Fajar Sejahtera Indonesia (YAFSI) dalam melindungi anak-anak dari dampak perubahan iklim di Kota Medan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YAFSI berperan strategis melalui berbagai program seperti Kampung Pesisir Ramah Anak, Kelurahan Tangguh Bencana, dan Program Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak. Selain itu, program literasi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi turut mendukung ketahanan komunitas dalam menghadapi dampak perubahan iklim. Intervensi berbasis komunitas yang diterapkan mencakup tahapan inisiasi, pengorganisasian sosial, asesmen, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. YAFSI berhasil membangun kapasitas komunitas untuk melindungi anak-anak dari risiko perubahan iklim, sekaligus mendorong keberlanjutan upaya mitigasi dan adaptasi di tingkat lokal. Abstract

Keluarga merupakan lingkungan utama bagi perkembangan dan pembentukan pribadi seorang anak. Namun, fenomena broken home, di mana orang tua tidak tinggal bersama dalam satu rumah tangga, telah menjadi isu yang semakin memprihatinkan dalam masyarakat modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keluarga broken home terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluarga broken home memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Siswa yang berasal dari keluarga broken home cenderung menunjukkan tingkat aktivitas belajar yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan siswa dari keluarga utuh. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh kurangnya dukungan emosional dan pengawasan yang akurat dari orang tua, serta perpecahan keluarga yang dapat memengaruhi konsentrasi dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung aktivitas belajar siswa dapat mengurangi dampak negatif keluarga broken home. Orang tua yang tetap aktif dalam kehidupan pendidikan anak mereka dan memberikan dukungan emosional yang kuat dapat membantu siswa mengatasi tantangan yang muncul akibat situasi keluarga yang tidak stabil. Penemuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengaruh keluarga broken home terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dan implikasinya terhadap pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan program intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa yang berasal dari keluarga broken home.

Abstract

Upaya represif merupakan upaya bersifat menekan, mengekang, menahan, atau menindas dan bersifat menyembuhkan. Upaya ini digunakan oleh URC (Unit Reaksi Cepat) Dinas Sosial Kota Medan dalam mengatasi permasalahan manusia silver sebagai PPKS (Pemerlu Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial) jenis pengemis. Sesuai dengan peraturan daerah Kota Medan No.6 tahun 2006 tentang Larangan Gelandangan dan Pengemis Serta Praktek Susila di Kota Medan Pasal 2 Nomor 1, URC melakan penertiban terhadap manusia silver dikarenakan mulai banyaknya muncul manusia silver di Kota Medan yang keberadaan mereka meresahkan pengguna jalan. Maka metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pnelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Upaya represif yang dilakukan oleh URC terhadap pengemis manusia silver memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap penurunan jumlah keberadaan mereka di jalanan. Abstract

The problem of lack of interest in learning and the suboptimal development of creativity and skills in children is a challenge in efforts to improve children’s social welfare. This study aims to analyze the factors causing these problems and evaluate appropriate social welfare interventions. Using a qualitative case study approach at the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA), this study found that environmental factors, lack of educational stimulation, and minimal access to training were the main causes. Through intervention programs in the form of tutoring, skills training, and creative approaches, an increase in children’s interest in learning and creative abilities was found. The results of this study also show that family environmental factors, past trauma, and minimal educational stimulation contribute to low child motivation. Collaboration is needed between social workers, caregivers, and external parties in supporting holistic child development

Abstract

This article aims to discuss efforts to improve reading skills in SD N 060900 children. Reading ability is something that needs to be learned and mastered. The ability to read functions to make it easier for someone to understand the contents of the text being read in a relatively short time. In practice, the teacher will divide students into several groups. The group was divided into three groups, namely students who could not recognize letters yet, students who had started to be able to spell and students who could read word by word. Reading ability quickly became the yardstick for forming groups. Groups that cannot recognize letters at all will be formed into one group, they are taught starting from basic learning, while the next group is a group that can spell, they will prohibit and improve so that they can spell writing proficiently, the next group is students who can already read a few words, they will remind you to read more of a few words in a piece of writing. This study used observation and interview methods, as well as direct reading practice. The results showed that the students' abilities at SDN 060900 had increased after implementing a reading learning system by grouping students based on age level, reading ability and outdoor learning.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss how to train and develop the memory of children aged 7-11 years at SD N 067690. In the era of globalization, the cognitive development of late-age children (7-11 years) has decreased, especially in terms of memory ability. This is indicated by the decline in academic achievement of elementary school students, especially in memorizing lessons. Basically, a child's memory can be developed through a learning process that trains thinking skills and memory. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from observations, interviews and hands-on practice with the children of SD N 067690. The results showed that there was progress made by students in terms of improving memory through the three methods that the researchers applied, namely the method of assembling puzzles, retelling ( story telling).

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model in mathematics learning at UPT SDN 067952. Mathematics learning is a mental exercise that involves understanding concepts, connections, and symbols before applying them to actual situations. Understanding ideas, using them to solve problems, and developing a mindset that appreciates the value of mathematics in everyday life are the goals of this mathematics education. In fact, there are still many who are relieved that learning mathematics is a student subject that is relatively the most challenging to learn and less interesting for students when they are in elementary school. This is because learning mathematics can be boring because of the use of models, techniques, and teaching materials. Therefore, the application of learning models is important, and one of these learning models is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss efforts to improve the creative skills of 060930 Medan Elementary School students. This research was conducted at 060930 Medan State Elementary School which is located at Jl. Karya Jaya No. 52, Pangkalan Masyhur, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra. Thinking skills are one of the skills that must be possessed by elementary school students. Collecting data in this study was by conducting interviews, observing through observation sheets on students' creative thinking skills, teacher activity sheets in carrying out learning. The results of this study are 1) there is a need for a specially designed learning to improve students' creative thinking abilities, 2) teachers need to provide learning resources in the form of modules, 3) the need for collaboration between students, teachers and parents in order to achieve optimal educational goals.
