Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative curriculum management models between Islamic educational institutions and public educational institutions within the context of the national education system in Indonesia. The main focus of this study is to identify the similarities, differences, strengths, and weaknesses of the two curriculum management models. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature review and observation of curriculum management practices in madrasas and public schools. The results show that both madrasas and public schools have curriculum management structures that follow national standards, but madrasas integrate Islamic religious values ​​into all aspects of learning. Madrasas tend to emphasize the spiritual, moral, and character dimensions of Islam through a curriculum based on the integration of religious and general knowledge. Meanwhile, public schools focus more on mastering academic competencies and practical skills as stipulated in the independent curriculum policy. The strength of madrasah curriculum management lies in the development of strong morals and religious values, while its weakness is limited innovation in the application of technology and contextual learning. In contrast, public schools excel in implementing adaptive learning models and digitalization, but face challenges in strengthening students' spiritual character. This study confirms that synergy between curriculum management models in madrasas and public schools can be an ideal solution for creating a holistic curriculum, balancing religious values ​​and academic competencies. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers, educators, and curriculum developers in optimizing curriculum management that is relevant to the needs of the 21st century.

Abstract

This paper examines al-Lama‘at by Said Nursi as a conceptual foundation for the development of Sufistic Behavioral Economics. In contrast to mainstream behavioral economics, which emphasizes cognitive biases, decision heuristics, and bounded rationality, Nursi offers a spiritual-psychological perspective rooted in Qur’anic ethics. The concepts of qana‘ah (contentment), zuhd (detachment from material possessions), and ridha (acceptance) are understood as moral frameworks that shift economic behavior from the pursuit of material utility toward inner satisfaction and spiritual purification. From this perspective, economic decisions reflect an individual’s spiritual condition, value orientation, and moral awareness. Through a hermeneutic analysis of al-Lama‘at, this study formulates a triadic model of “inner-contentment economics” that explains the role of spiritual consciousness in shaping consumption patterns, saving behavior, and attitudes toward risk and uncertainty. By integrating spirituality, psychology, and economic behavior, this study offers a critical alternative to dominant economic paradigms and underscores the centrality of moral objectives in human economic activity.

Abstract

Mata kuliah Logika Dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kemampuan berpikir rasional, sistematis, dan kritis mahasiswa. Namun, karakteristik materi yang bersifat abstrak sering menimbulkan kesulitan belajar apabila pembelajaran tidak dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran Logika Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian konseptual melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap buku teks dan artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan pembelajaran logika, analisis kebutuhan, dan efektivitas pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan pembelajaran Logika Dasar yang menekankan pemahaman konseptual, penyajian materi yang sistematis dan kontekstual, strategi pembelajaran yang interaktif, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mampu memvisualisasikan konsep abstrak, serta evaluasi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada proses berpikir dan penalaran logis disertai umpan balik konstruktif. Analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa memberikan landasan yang kuat dalam perancangan pembelajaran Logika Dasar yang lebih adaptif dan berorientasi pada mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa perlu dijadikan bagian integral dalam pengembangan pembelajaran Logika Dasar di perguruan tinggi guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Aducational Staff (tendik) play a vital role in service delivery at the faculty and study program levels within a university, as they serve as the backbone of administrative processes directed toward both internal stakeholders (students, lecturers, administrative staff, and other personnel) and external parties (individuals, institutions, communities, and others). The limited availability of training or capacity-building programs on service excellence for administrative staff has resulted in the persistence of attitudes and service behaviors that do not meet expected standards. The aim of this program is to enhance the understanding of Service Excellence among service providers, particularly administrative staff, in order to improve the satisfaction of all campus service users. The program consisted of two components: training sessions and practical field-based improvements. The results demonstrate an increase in knowledge (pre-test: 80% categorized as good; post-test: 100% categorized as good) and improved skills among the administrative staff of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of West Sulawesi, regarding Service Excellence. In conclusion, this program improved the knowledge and skills of administrative staff, indicating that the quality of services provided to users can be elevated to an excellent level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Bupati Sumenep Nomor 29 Tahun 2024 tentang Penatausahaan Pembelian Tembakau dalam melindungi kesejahteraan petani. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan concurrent embedded mixed methods, penelitian melibatkan 56 informan dari petani, pedagang, pabrikan, pemerintah, dan tokoh masyarakat di lima kecamatan sentra tembakau. Data dianalisis menggunakan NVivo 12 dengan pendekatan analisis tematik. Hasil mengungkap paradoks implementasi: meskipun 55,6% informan tidak mengetahui kebijakan dan sosialisasi sangat terbatas, 66,7% petani mengalami peningkatan pendapatan dan 88,9% merasa lebih terlindungi. Kebijakan menciptakan dampak positif melalui efek simbolik yang memperkuat posisi tawar petani secara psikologis. Namun, hambatan struktural persisten berupa dominasi pedagang lokal (77,8%), minimnya peran kelompok tani (11,1%), kompleksitas prosedural, dan lemahnya enforcement. Penelitian menyimpulkan kebijakan berada pada tahap awal yang menjanjikan namun rapuh, dengan capaian kuat pada dimensi legitimasi dan modal sosial tetapi lemah pada operasional dan enforcement. Diperlukan intervensi segera pada komunikasi kebijakan, simplifikasi prosedur, penguatan enforcement, dan transformasi kelembagaan petani untuk memastikan dampak berkelanjutan dan merata.

Abstract

Bullying remains a serious problem in elementary schools and negatively impacts children's emotional, social, and academic development. This Community Service activity aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of bullying through the "Fight Bullying" socialization program at SD Negeri 168, Mampun Baru Village, Pamenang Barat District, Merangin Regency. The method used is educational and participatory through the delivery of interactive materials, discussions, questions and answers, educational games, and case simulations. Evaluation is carried out through direct observation, reflection, and feedback from teachers. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the meaning, forms, and impacts of bullying, as well as the growth of empathy, courage to reject, and report bullying. This program effectively supports the creation of a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly school environment and strengthens the role of schools in preventing bullying from an early age.
