Abstract

Background: Alopecia involves hair loss characterized by decreased follicle density and epidermal thinning, which may be exacerbated by prolonged fluconazole exposure. The secretome derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) possesses anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties that could aid follicular repair. Methods: Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to four groups: control, 5% minoxidil, hUC-MSC secretome, and secretome–minoxidil combination. Alopecia was induced by fluconazole administration for seven days, followed by a seven-day treatment period. Histological evaluation using hematoxylin and eosin staining assessed hair follicle count and epidermal thickness. Results: The hUC-MSC secretome group exhibited a significant increase in follicle count (mean 39.2; p < 0.001) compared with the control and minoxidil groups. However, changes in epidermal thickness were not statistically significant (p = 0.133). Conclusion: hUC-MSC secretome effectively enhances follicular regeneration in fluconazole-induced alopecia and represents a promising biotherapeutic approach for hair restoration.

Abstract

The problem underlying this research is the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the IPAS subject at SDN 26 Ampenan. This study aims to describe the implementation of Wordwall-based media to improve students’ learning outcomes. The approach used is qualitative with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design consisting of two cycles, where each cycle includes two meetings with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The focus of this research is on the application of Wordwall-based media and students’ learning outcomes. The research subjects were the teacher and 14 fifth-grade students of SDN 26 Ampenan. Data were collected using observation sheets, tests, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study showed an improvement in both teacher and student activities, as well as in students’ learning outcomes. The learning process became more engaging and interactive through the integration of Wordwall media, which provided opportunities for students to actively participate and better understand the material. It can be concluded that the implementation of Wordwall-based learning media effectively improved students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for fifth-grade students at SDN 26 Ampenan.

Abstract

Background: Mental health of nurses become issue crucial in the middle height pressure work in critical units like room emergency emergency department (ER) and intensive care unit (ICU). Method : Research This use method Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with through two processes , namely the review process and the identification process journal with systematic use Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyses (PRISMA) guide Result: Based on search journal relevant articles with mental health in nurses obtained 149 journals sourced articles from publications in Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar which were then filtered Then after screening with notice title , keywords , and access journal article the obtained 35 journals articles and produce 5 relevant articles with topic study . Conclusion: Results Practice dhikr as therapy relaxation psychospiritual proven effective in reduce level anxiety and stress in nurses . Home hospitals and institutions health recommended develop training programs therapy dhikr in a way professional as part from the improvement strategy mental health of nurses in a way sustainable
