Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk hambatan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa tahun pertama program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tujuh mahasiswa dari latar belakang non-English-speaking. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat hambatan utama: hambatan linguistik (keterbatasan kosakata, grammar, dan pengucapan), hambatan psikologis (kecemasan, rendahnya kepercayaan diri), hambatan sosiokultural (stigma “sok Inggris”, penilaian teman sebaya), dan hambatan instruksional (metode pengajaran yang terlalu berpusat pada guru, minimnya praktik berbicara). Hambatan-hambatan ini saling berkaitan dan berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam proses belajar Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang lebih komunikatif, suportif, dan berbasis praktik. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan partisipan atau mengeksplorasi intervensi khusus untuk mengatasi hambatan tertentu

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SDN Palatiga Kota Baubau terhadap tanaman obat melalui budidaya apotek hidup dan edukasi manfaatnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan tim pelaksana dalam lima tahapan kegiatan: identifikasi masalah, perencanaan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan aksi, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang sebelumnya hanya mengenal tanaman obat secara visual mengalami peningkatan pemahaman baik secara konseptual maupun praktik. Siswa dapat menanam, merawat, dan menjelaskan manfaat dari tanaman obat seperti jahe, kunyit, sereh, kemangi, dan lidah buaya. Selain itu, keterampilan praktis dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah juga meningkat. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada siswa, tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan materi tanaman obat ke dalam pembelajaran. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode PAR efektif diterapkan dalam program sekolah sehat dan dapat menjadi model pengembangan program apotek hidup berkelanjutan di sekolah lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of age, working hours, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the risk of occupational accidents among port workers, particularly in Work Groups 1 and 2 of the TKBM Cooperative at Sorong Port, Indonesia. Given the high number of reported accidents 40 cases in the last two years. This study highlights a critical safety issue in the maritime logistics sector. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected from 50 dockworkers through a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and direct observation. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicated that age (p = 0.085) and working hours (p = 0.340) did not have a significant effect on the risk of work accidents when considered individually. In contrast, PPE usage showed a significant impact (p = 0.008), and all three variables together had a statistically significant combined effect (p = 0.001). These findings underscore the importance of consistent PPE usage in preventing occupational accidents and suggest that integrated safety management strategies should be prioritized, especially in physically demanding work environments such as ports. This study contributes to the occupational health and safety literature by addressing a research gap in high-risk labor sectors and offers practical insights for improving policy and training programs in port labor management.

Abstract

Abstract: Generasi Z kini telah dilenakan dengan dunia maya yang sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupannya tanpa takut batas sosial. Dengan keunikan kepribadian dan perilakunya, generasi Z perlu dibina agar bernilai positif dan tidak merugikan diri sendiri maupun lingkungannya. Berada di lingkungan yang penuh dengan keberagaman suku, agama, maupun budaya, adalah sebuah tantangan bagi generasi Z untuk menerapkan moderasi beragama. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, bertujuan memahami transformasi nilai moderasi beragama generasi Z pada generasi Z yang tergabung dalam organisasi IPNU-IPPNU. Berdasarkan analisis data Cresswell yang diolah dari ditemukan upaya pelestarian karakteristik ajaran Nahdlatul Ulama yakni tawasuth, tasamuh, tawazun, I’tidal dan amar makruf nahi munkar serta mengembangkan eksistensi ajarannya agar keberadaan kader-kadernya mampu menjawab problematika masyarakat.Proses tranformasi nilai moderasi beragama pada generasi Z dilingkungan IPNU IPPNU Cabang Kencong berlangsung secara konstruktif melalui beberapa proses, Pertama, melalui Institusi Pendidikan di sekolah, kampus atau pesantren yang merupakan tempat di mana nilai itu bisa dibangun sejak dini. Kedua, kegiatan kepemudaan yang dilakukan untuk mempererat solidarias kebersamaan dalam bingkai perbedaan. Ketiga, Media Sosial karena media sosial menjadi salah satu fokus perhatian anak muda. With their unique personalities and behavior, generation Z needs to be nurtured so that they have positive values ​​and do not harm themselves or their environment. Being in an environment full of ethnic, religious and cultural diversity, is a challenge for generation Z to implement religious moderation. Through a case study approach, it aims to understand the transformation of generation Z's religious moderation values ​​in generation Z who are members of the IPNU-IPPNU organization. Based on Cresswell's data analysis, which was processed from efforts to preserve the characteristics of Nahdlatul Ulama's teachings, namely tawasuth, tasamuh, tawazun, I'tidal and amar makruf nahi munkar, as well as developing the existence of its teachings so that its cadres are able to answer society's problems. The process of transforming the value of religious moderation in generations Z in the IPNU IPPNU Kencong Branch environment takes place constructively through several processes, First, through Educational Institutions at schools, campuses or Islamic boarding schools which are places where these values ​​can be built from an early age. Second, youth activities are carried out to strengthen solidarity within the framework of differences. Third, Social Media because social media is one of the focuses of young people's attention. Abstract

This Prodamat activity aims to provide training on the use of the Mendeley application for Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in the Yogyakarta City Regional Mathematics Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP). The methods for implementing this Prodamat activity are socialization regarding the introduction of the Mendeley application regarding the features of the Mendeley application, training on the use of the Mendeley application, also evaluation regarding the effectiveness of training activities on motivation for preparing scientific papers and teacher abilities. The evaluation results show the effectiveness of the implementation of training on the use of the Mendeley application, which is indicated by the high assessment of the training participant teachers in terms of improving the quality of scientific writing, increasing understanding of the use of the Mendeley application, use of the Mendeley application, applicable training materials and interactive presentation of material

Abstract

Industri makanan, khususnya kue kering, mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan pasar. Afifah Bakery, sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi yang optimal untuk menghindari pemborosan stok atau kekurangan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola permintaan kue kering menggunakan metode peramalan time series serta menentukan metode peramalan yang paling akurat. Data yang digunakan berupa data historis penjualan selama 12 bulan terakhir. Metode peramalan yang diterapkan meliputi Moving Average (MA) dan Weighted Moving Average (WMA), dengan hasil perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan software POM-QM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Moving Average memiliki tingkat kesalahan (MAPE) sebesar 7,6%, sedangkan metode Weighted Moving Average memiliki MAPE sebesar 7,7%. Dengan demikian, metode Moving Average lebih akurat dalam memprediksi permintaan dibandingkan metode lainnya. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan bagi Afifah Bakery untuk menggunakan metode Moving Average dalam perencanaan produksi guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan meminimalkan risiko kelebihan atau kekurangan stok.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed the methods of Islamic preaching (da'wah), positioning social media as a primary platform for disseminating religious messages. Amid the rapid and massive flow of information, the spread of hadiths through digital media faces serious challenges in terms of verification and source authenticity. This study aims to understand how social media audiences perceive the importance of hadith verification in the context of digital da'wah and how such understanding influences their reception of religious content. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The analysis is grounded in information reception theory and digital religious literacy. The findings reveal a diversity of audience understanding regarding hadith authenticity, influenced by educational background, trust in digital preachers, and exposure to religious content. The analysis shows that low levels of digital Islamic literacy contribute to the widespread dissemination of inauthentic hadiths. Compared to previous studies and relevant theories, this research emphasizes the need for a systematic enhancement of digital religious literacy. In conclusion, audience understanding of hadith verification remains uneven, highlighting the need for da'wah strategies that are not only informative but also educational within the social media landscape.
