Abstract

Hasil produksi tanaman buncis di Kelompok Tani Dabalulik Desa Kabuna kurang stabil selama periode 2017 – 2021. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai penyakit yang sering menyerang tanaman buncis yakni Layu, Bercak Daun, Busuk Lunak, Karat,Ujung Keriting. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka perlu untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa tanaman buncis di Kelompok Tani Dabalulik Desa Kabuna berbasis web yang dapat membantu petani mendiagnosis penyakit pada tanaman buncis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Forward Chaining, metode ini dapat bekerja untuk mendapat solusi yang mengikuti fakta. Membangun suatu aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySql. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem aplikasi adalah metode Expert System Life Cycle yang merupakan salah satu metode dalam sistem pakar yang dihasilkan dapat membantu para petani mendiagnosa penyakit pada tanaman buncis dan memberikan informasi mengenai penyakit dan gejala – gejala pada buncis agar terhindar dari penyakit tanpa harus menunggu datangnya pakar. Aplikasi konsultasi berbasis web ini mampu mendiagnosa penyakit pada buncis serta memberikan solusi untuk menangani penyakit yang sering terjadi pada tanaman buncis yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi penyakit pada tanaman buncis yang sering terjadi di Kelompok Tani Dabalulik Desa Kabuna.

Abstract

The continuous development of the internet has led to changes in routing complexity. In the context of a wide area network (WAN), network flow optimization becomes a major issue in the selection of the fastest route, which involves routing protocols. Algorithms in routing protocols are designed to determine the shortest path. Therefore, studies are needed regarding how to build a routing algorithm that can be used to get the shortest path in each process. This study aims to reduce network workload and compare the computation involved in determining the shortest path using the Greedy algorithm and the A* algorithm. The simulation results show that the A* algorithm is superior to greedy. The measurement results show that the final cost of the Greedy algorithm is 44 and the A* algorithm is 38. Taking into account the heuristic value for each node, the A* algorithm is superior to the Greedy algorithm in determining the shortest path.

Abstract

Kabupaten Malaka merupakan daerah otonom baru dengan pertanian sebagai salah satu sektor basisnya. Dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2021, hasil produksi pertanian berupa tanaman pangan padi, jagung dan kacang hijau selalu mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kenaikan dan penurunan hasil produksi tanaman pangan tersebut adalah adanya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi lahan bangunan, masih tingginya harga bahan pangan yang ada di pasaran dan kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat, serta jumlah populasi penduduk yang terus bertambah. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah metode yang dapat memprediksi hasil panen tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Malaka untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang. Hal ini dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian melakukan pengambilan keputusan terkait, guna menunjang Pemerintah Daerah dalam membantu menyediakan bahan pangan yang dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode multiple linear regression untuk melakukan prediksi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.918, menunjukkan bahwa 91.8% variasi variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dalam model. Selain itu, terdapat tiga analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk melihat performansi dari metode multiple linear regression, yaitu nilai MSE sebesar 69611782.304, RMSE sebesar 8343.368 dan MAE sebesar 7327.695. Malaka Regency is a new autonomous region with one of its basic sectors being agriculture. From 2012 to 2021, agricultural production in the form of rice, corn, and green beans always experienced increases and decreases. Several factors cause increases and decreases in food crop production, namely the conversion of land from agriculture to building land, the still high price of food on the market and increasing demand, as well as the population continuing to increase. For these reasons, a method is needed to predict the yield of food crops in Malaka Regency for the next 5 years. It can help the agricultural department make related decisions, to support the Regional Government in helping to provide the food needed for the local community. In this study, the multiple linear regression method was used to make predictions. The results with a coefficient of determination test of 0.918 showed that 91.8% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in the model. Apart from that, there were three statistical analyses used to see the performance of the multiple linear regression method, namely the MSE value of 69611782.304, RMSE of 8343.368, and MAE of 7327.695.

Abstract

Pineapple is a fruit commodity that is Indonesia's flagship. This is because pineapple is a fruit that has the highest export volume in Indonesia. To obtain pineapples with perfect ripeness, generally manually selected, this becomes inefficient if large numbers of pineapples are selected. So, in this study, an image processing system will be developed that can classify pineapple ripeness based on its image. In this study, the color feature extraction used is feature extraction based on hue and saturation values. Color feature extraction with hue and saturation is used to obtain various information from the colors in the image so as to facilitate the identification process. Furthermore, Linear Discriminator Analysis will obtain optimal projections to be able to enter spaces with smaller dimensions by performing pattern recognition that can be separated so that they can be grouped based on boundary lines obtained from linear equations. Based on the results of the accuracy test, the accuracy rate reaches 83%, it is in the good category

Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, increasing the body's immunity is very important. Some experts suggest consuming medicinal plants or herbs to boost immunity. In addition to being used as a cooking spice, this rhizome type plant turns out to have properties and benefits for health, especially to increase immunity. However, many people do not know and it is difficult to distinguish the type of rhizome plant. This type of rhizome plant can be identified based on the characteristics seen from the shape and texture. However, most people judge the type of rhizome has a shape that is difficult to distinguish. This study aims to determine the type of medicinal plant rhizome with Euclidean distance and extraction of shape and texture. Extraction of shape features using metric and eccentricity parameters. This parameter is considered to be able to recognize shape objects and can distinguish them from other objects. Meanwhile, texture feature extraction uses Gray Level Co-occurence Matrix (GLCM) with contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity parameters. For the identification process, Euclidean distance is used which serves to represent the level of two images that consider the distance value from Euclidean. From the results of the evaluation using a confusion matrix by calculating precision, recall and accuracy, it gets a precision value of 83%, recal 87% and an accuracy of 85%. These results indicate that the Euclidean distance and extraction of shape and texture features can identify the object image of medicinal plants with rhizome types well

Abstract

Fish has a very high nutritional content and is needed by the human body, such as a protein. With the increasing production, and need for consumption of goodand fresh fish, irresponsible sellers take advantage of this situation by selling fish that are not fit for consumption, such as fish that are not fresh (rotten), fish that contain chlorine and formalin which can be detrimental to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine how accurate the identification of fish freshness quality using the extraction of Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) color characteristics. The research method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and is classified into several parts, namely, data collection techniques, needs analysis, design, training, and then testing. The image sample data used in this study amounted to 240 images consisting of fresh and non-fresh fish images, which will then be divided into training data and test data. The training data sample amounted to 220 images with a division of 110 fresh fish images and 110 non-fresh fish images, while the test data sample totaled 20 images with a division of 10 fresh fish images and 10 non-fresh fish images. Analysis of color features is carried out on the gills and head or the area around the eyes of the fish using Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) colors, which will be converted into Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) color spaces for the extraction and training processes to obtain results. The results showed that the use of HSV color character extraction was successfully applied with an accuracy value in the training of 94.09% and testing of 90%

Abstract

Abstract: This community service program was conducted in Oringbele Village, East Flores, with a focus on empowering the youth through character education. The program aimed to instill values such as integrity, responsibility, and social awareness among the young generation. Through youth engagement and leadership training, positive changes were observed in the attitudes and behaviors of the youth. The long-term goal is to shape a morally upright and responsible generation that contributes positively to society. A sustained decrease in juvenile delinquency rates is expected as the values of character education are integrated into daily life.Keywords: Youth Empowerment, Character Education, Integrity, Responsibility, Social Awareness, Oringbele Village. Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Oringbele, Flores Timur, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan generasi muda melalui pendidikan karakter. Program ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti integritas, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran sosial di kalangan generasi muda. Melalui keterlibatan pemuda dan pelatihan kepemimpinan, perubahan positif terlihat dalam sikap dan perilaku para pemuda. Tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah membentuk generasi yang moral dan bertanggung jawab yang memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Penurunan berkelanjutan dalam tingkat kenakalan remaja diharapkan terjadi seiring dengan integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan Pemuda, Pendidikan Karakter, Integritas, Tanggung Jawab, Kesadaran Sosial, Desa Oringbele.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis work program aims to improve the farming skills of the Waotoone Village community by utilizing organic waste as raw material for compost fertilizer. The implementation method of the work program is through observation of problem identification, socialization and training by the implementers of the work program and the targets of the work program. The implementation of the work program produces organic fertilizer that can be used by the Waotoone Village community for agriculture and plants in the community's yard.ABSTRAKProgram kerja ini dalam upaya meningkatkan ketrampilan bertani masyarakat Desa Waotoone dengan pemanfataan limbah Organik sebagai bahan baku pupuk kompos.  Metode pelaksanaan program kerja dengan observasi indetifikasi masalah, sosialisasi dan pelatihan oleh pelaksana program kerja dan sasaran program kerja.  Pelaksanaan program kerja menghasilkan pupuk organik yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat Desa Watoone untuk pertanian dan tanaman di pekarangan rumah msayarakat.

Abstract

There is a daily blood transfusion in the hospital. Blood management and distribution systems have been integrated into each UTD-PMI. Different systems were formed to maintain a balance between the demand and supply of blood bags. UTD-PMI Kota Kupang serves blood requests in 12 hospitals and 1 clinic located in the city and Kupang district. The demand for more blood than the supply of blood in the UTD-PMI is a personal problem. The prediction of demand and the blood supply becomes important so that there is no difference in demand and supply of blood in the very large UTD-PMI office. The study used the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method to predict blood supply and demand. Data from the last four years is used to predict the amount of blood demand and supply. Predictions with the DES method are divided into two categories. The first category uses the data of the last 3 years to predict data in the fourth year for the next 6 months. The training data used is divided into two types: the last 3 years and the last 2 years. Forecast results compared to real data in 2023. Category 2 uses data from the last four years to predict data for 2023. The training data used is divided into 4 types, each starting from the last 4, 3, 2, and 1 year. To determine the accuracy of the calculation using the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). The results of determining training data with different ranges result in predictions of blood demand and blood supply, whose results are also different but still in the “good forecast” category.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar XYZ memiliki permasalahan dalam pendataan barang inventaris sekolah yakni proses pencatatan masih dicatat dalam sebuah logbook sehingga jumlah barang yang tersedia tidak terupdate secara real time apabila terdapat barang yang dipinjam, barang yang diperbaiki ataupun barang yang rusak. Selain itu, petugas yang bertanggung jawab harus mengelilingi tiap ruangan satu per satu untuk melakukan pengecekan dan pencatatan barang mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu untuk mendata dan tidak efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami pihak sekolah tersebut direkayasa sebuah aplikasi komputerisasi untuk melakukan proses pendataan barang-barang inventaris sehingga memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan pendataan sehingga kinerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan informasi dari pelanggan, merencanakan sistem dan mengerjakan purwarupa perangkat lunak, menyerahkan hasil purwarupa kepada pelanggan untuk dievaluasi apabila terdapat permasalahan, maka akan direvisi sistem tersebut hingga benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, jika revisi selesai dan telah diterima, perangkat lunak telah siap diterjemahkan ke dalam perangkat keras, melakukan proses uji coba dan berbagai revisi sebelum mulai dapat digunakan. Aplikasi yang akan direkayasa ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP versi 7 yang dipadukan dengan framework Laravel versi 5, dan basis data menggunakan MySQL serta pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan teknik pengujian black box. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan pekerjaan penanggung jawab sarana dan prasarana dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terupdate mengenai ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pada sekolah tersebut.
