Abstract

Turonggo Yakso as one of the cultural diversities in the form of traditional art that fascinates by offering not only entertainment but also a window into the richness of Indonesian culture and historical heritage. The results of the study based on the video tutorial competition and creative business ideas in the field of make-up aim to provide a positive contribution in introducing Indonesian culture, especially the art of make-up in the Turonggo Yakso dance, both nationally and internationally. The research and development (R&D) approach was used with the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The results of the study showed that the make-up that was developed was able to create a stunning visual appearance while maintaining cultural values. The resulting video tutorial won 1st place nationally, demonstrating its effectiveness in preserving culture and inspiring the community and students to be more active in preserving traditional arts through digital platforms.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi dimana jantung harus bekerja lebih keras dan memicu meningkatnya tekanan darah. Seseorang dikatakan mengalami hipertensi apabila sistolik berada pada ˃140 mmHg atau lebih dan diastolik berada pada ˃90 mmHg. Life style merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hipertensi. Pada usia dewasa pertengahan 45-54 tahun, merupakan faktor resiko utama terjadinya hipertensi, karena kemampuan dan mekanisme tubuh meningkat dan menurun secara perlahan seiring dengan bertambahnya usia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan life style dengan kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa pertengahan (45-54 tahun). Desain penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampel: Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling pada masyarakat usia (45-54 tahun) yang menderita hipertensi dengan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Analisa data: yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil: life style pada dewasa pertengahan (45-54 tahun) kategori Baik sebanyak 53 responden (48,2%) dan Kurang Baik sebanyak 57 responden (51,8%). Sedangkan Kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa pertengahan (45-54 tahun) mayoritas masyarakat mengalami kejadian hipertensi stadium 1 yaitu pada 43 responden (39,1%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan life style dengan kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa pertengahan (45-54 tahun) pada uji Chi squre dengan nilai P-value 0,001. Kesimpulan: bahwa terdapat hubungan life style dengan kejadian hipertensi pada dewasa pertengahan (45-54 tahun).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi inovasi Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Desa Sumberejo, Kota Batu. PTSP merupakan terobosan untuk menyederhanakan proses pelayanan publik dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan administrasi ke dalam satu sistem terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi PTSP, dampaknya terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PTSP berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, ditunjukkan oleh pengurangan waktu penyelesaian dokumen dari rata-rata 7 hari menjadi 2 hari dan penurunan jumlah keluhan masyarakat dari 120 menjadi 30 kasus per tahun. Selain itu, PTSP juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan profesionalisme aparatur desa dan penghematan anggaran operasional hingga 20%. Namun, pelaksanaan PTSP dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum optimal, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dari sebagian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi PTSP mampu memberikan dampak positif signifikan dalam meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik. Studi ini juga menawarkan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah desa untuk mengatasi kendala melalui pelatihan aparatur, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi, dan sosialisasi yang lebih efektif kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi desa lain yang ingin menerapkan sistem serupa untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Kedai teh adalah jenis bisnis yang menawarkan berbagai macam minuman teh dengan sentuhan tradisional dalam suasana yang nyaman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja keuangan dan kebutuhan investasi awal dari Kedai Teh D'Nyonya. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis lokasi bisnis, kapasitas produksi, layout pabrik, kesiapan teknologi, serta estimasi investasi awal. Data keuangan diperoleh dari laporan keuangan internal Kedai Teh D'Nyonya, sedangkan data untuk estimasi investasi awal diperoleh dari perhitungan yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kedai Teh D'Nyonya memiliki lokasi strategis yang dapat menarik banyak pelanggan, kapasitas produksi yang memadai, dan pemanfaatan teknologi modern dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran. Meskipun usaha ini menunjukkan potensi untuk menghasilkan pendapatan yang stabil, tingkat pengembalian modal yang rendah, seperti yang diindikasikan oleh Average Rate of Return (ARR) yang kurang dari 0%, mungkin membuatnya kurang menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang. Namun demikian, dengan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan lokasi yang strategis, Kedai Teh D'Nyonya memiliki peluang untuk berhasil dalam bisnisnya.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to provide information to the community in providing and introducing fisheries science with education and applied good and correct feeding processes to villagers who have side jobs in fish farming. Providing understanding to the community to try to start a side business in the field of fish farming and also knowing how to utilize the natural resources available in Blang Padang village. this activity was carried out in Blang Padang Village, Tangan-Tangan District, Southwest Aceh Regency and was accompanied by the village head and village officials. The method of implementing activities begins with the presentation of material directly to the community, field practices that involve the community in its implementation.  The results obtained from this activity show that the community is interested in starting a new business in the field of fish farming.  All communities involved gained knowledge and understanding in calculating the amount of feed and how to feed properly.  Village officials through BUMG will facilitate the community in starting a saline tilapia aquaculture business, either in terms of funding or providing tools and materials that will be needed by new farmers

Abstract

The aim of Community Service (PKM) is to provide information to the public in introducing knowledge, one of which is the science of fisheries cultivation. Gampong Padang Bak Jok, Southwest Aceh Regency is a village that has the potential to produce drowned fish food. The method for implementing this activity is presenting the material to the people of Gampong Padang Bak Jok and continuing with making sinking fish food. All the people involved gain knowledge and understanding in making sinking fish food.  Village officials through Gampong-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) will facilitate the community in starting a business making sunken fish meal, both in terms of funding or providing tools and materials that will be needed by new cultivators.

Abstract

English This study reviews the Islamic public financial instrument namely waqf and aims to find out how people's perceptions of waqf if used as an alternative to public finance in the country of Indonesia. The informants in this study were the people in the Bogor regency. The variables used in this study are the knowledge variable, and the perception variable. The method used is a quantitative method, which provides a description or description of a situation as clearly as possible by using the questionnaire as a means of collecting information. The discussion material includes the definition of waqf, public financial instruments, and research results. Keywords: Perception, Waqf, Public Finance. Indonesia Penelitian ini mengulas tentang instrumen keuangan publik islam yaitu wakaf dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap wakaf jika dijadikan sebagai alternatif keuangan publik di negara Indonesia. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di wilayah kabupaten Bogor. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel pengetahuan, dan variabel Persepsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, yaitu memberikan gambaran atau uraian atas suatu keadaan sejelas mungkin dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul keterangan. Abstract

Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is a necessary source of revenue for the region. The largest revenue from PAD comes from local taxes including street lighting tax, billboard tax and PBB-P2 which is used to implement regional autonomy over decentralization. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency and effect of street lighting tax, billboard tax and PBB-P2 on PAD in Bandung City. The approach and data used in this study are quantitative approaches and secondary data obtained at BAPENDA in the form of Regional Budget Realization Reports (LRAPBD) with a total of 60 research samples from January to December 2017-2021. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 26 Version 26 software. The results revealed that the effectiveness of street lighting, billboard tax and PBB-P2 tax revenues from 2017 to 2021 showed that the level of effectiveness was included in the effective category, indicating that the tax received had reached the target. Simultaneously, all variables affect PAD. Partially, the street lighting tax and PBB-P2 have no effect on PAD, while the billboard tax has no effect on PAD.

Abstract

Video is an audio visual media that displays images and sound. Learning videos present material, information and explain complex concepts to students in a more interesting way. This learning video is channeled using a problem-based approach. This study aims to determine the feasibility of problem-based learning videos according to the validation of material experts and media experts, to find out teacher assessments and student responses to the media developed. This study is a development research using the Lee & Owens model which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The development product was validated by material experts and media experts and assessed by chemistry teachers who were then tested in small groups. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the learning video obtained a percentage of 87.8% with very decent qualifications from two material experts, 87.8% with very decent qualifications from two media experts and 96% with very good qualifications from chemistry teachers. Meanwhile, in the small group trial, the learning video obtained a percentage of 90.5% with very good qualifications. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning video developed is suitable for use as a medium in the chemistry learning process.

Abstract

Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta community service activities in collaboration with Pulau Seribu Village, Pulau Harapan.  Along with the widespread use of the internet in today's life, every business needs digital marketing. The presence of TikTok adds to the list of social media that have the potential to help promote and develop businesses in Indonesia. Apart from that, using Tiktok social media is not only about posting product photos but also how to package the product content to make it attractive and have bargaining value. The problem that industry players often experience in using Tiktok social media is creating interesting and easy content. In implementing this assistance, the implementation was carried out using the discussion method to map the problems faced by MSMEs in using Tiktok social media. This discussion was used to map the extent of problems in creating TikTok content and using Canva as well as by providing training and mentoring. The activity assistance was attended by around 25 participants from representatives of MSME actors on Harapan Island, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The final result of this activity is that participants have an overview of using Canva and Tiktok. This activity is also expected to increase partner empowerment, namely the creation of MSMEs that have good knowledge and skills in optimizing digital marketing, especially Canva and Tiktok, in increasing sales. The methods used in this activity are lectures, training and discussions. Overall, the Digital Marketing training activities for UMKM Pulau Harapan, Kep Seribu Jakarta with the theme Canva and Tiktok Optimization went well. It is also hoped that this training can support and help MSME players to improve their ability to use and utilize Digital Marketing Tiktok and Canva to the fullest
