Abstract

Makanan cepat saji merupakan salah satu istilah yang diberikan untuk makanan yang disajikan dengan sangat cepat seperti junk food. Junk Food adalah makanan yang  mengandung tinggi kalori yang meliputi garam, gula, dan lemak dalam konsentrasi tinggi di dalamnya namun sangat rendah akan nilai gizinya. Beberapa kategori makanan yang termasuk ke dalam junk food yaitu makanan cepat saji yang di goreng, makanan ringan asin, makanan penutup manis, permen karet dan lainnya. Makanan seperti hamburger, pizza dan lainnya di anggap sehat atau junk food tergantung terhadap cara penyajiannya. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi remaja dalam mengkonsumsi junk food. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif yang bersifat survey deskriptif dengan pendekatan cros secsional. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas X di  Pesantren Darul Ulum Banda Aceh, Pengambilan sampel secara stratifikasi random berjumlah 80 responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-26 April 2025. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan ajakan teman sebaya terhadap kebiasaan mengkonsumsi junk food di Pesantren Darul Ulum Banda Aceh. Saran: Diharapkan adanya peran aktif pihak sekolah melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan terutama tentang manfaat makanan sehat bagi tubuh terhadap siswa/siswi.Kata Kunci : Remaja, junk food, pengetahuan, sikap, teman sebaya

Abstract

This research aims to determine extracurricular management to increase understanding of the UPTD holy book. South Labuhanbatu Regency State Elementary School. Methodologically, this research is interactive qualitative research with data collection techniques through document study, interviews and observations. The findings of this study reveal that planning carried out by the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office through deliberations/meetings. Organizing is done by developing and delegating tasks professionally and proportionally. It is necessary to delegate tasks so that each element can understand the function of the main tasks and functions because they feel that they have been entrusted with the task so that extracurricular management does not become chaotic and everyone works according to the tasks entrusted. The implementation is carried out by the Regional Government, in this case the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Service, by providing guidance, direction, advice and motivation. In this case, the leadership always provides good guidance to all related elements, provides positive direction, provides constructive advice, and motivates all related elements, especially school principals and teachers, in carrying out their duties to always be kind. Meanwhile, supervision is carried out by the Regional Government, in this case the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Service, by monitoring, supervising and evaluating the plans that have been implemented. In this case, the leadership always monitors the implementation of deviant plans. Leaders always evaluate things that are considered not on track. Leaders at every level always go directly into the field to see directly the existing objects.

Abstract

Indonesia menempati peringkat ketiga sebagai penghasil beras terbesar di dunia; meskipun demikian, Indonesia terus mengimpor beras untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Konsep Model Kawasan Mandiri Benih (MKMB) telah digagas di 24 provinsi untuk memfasilitasi produksi benih padi berkualitas tinggi, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas panen padi petani. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kemampuan petani benih padi di Food Estate Kabupaten Pulang Pisau dan untuk mengembangkan metode guna meningkatkan kapasitas ini melalui keterlibatan kelompok tani. Penulisan ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penulisan, yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode random sampling, terdiri dari 52 petani yang dipilih dari total populasi 110 petani aktif yang merupakan anggota asosiasi petani benih di Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner, diikuti dengan penggunaan matriks SWOT deskriptif untuk menyusun strategi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan petani benih melalui optimalisasi peran kelompok tani. Hasil penulisan memperlihatkan jika tingkat kapasitas petani penangkar benih tergolong tinggi dan terdapat tiga faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada tingkat kapasitas petani yaitu pendidikan formal, lama pengalaman berusahatani dan peran penyuluh. Alternatif strategi yang dipilih untuk optimalisasi peran kelompok tani ialah pemanfaatan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta kolaborasi pendidikan dan pengembangan kapasitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of religious attitudes and critical thinking skills in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. The research focuses on the condition of students’ religious attitudes and critical thinking skills, the forms of integration within the learning process, the strategies used by PAI teachers in implementing the integration, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study design. The data sources consist of PAI teachers, students, the vice principal for curriculum affairs, and supporting documents such as lesson plans, syllabi, teaching modules, and learning records. Data were collected through classroom observation, in- depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the integration of religious attitudes and critical thinking is reflected in PAI learning processes centered on dialogue, reflection, and active student engagement. Teachers act as facilitators who connect Islamic values with higher-order thinking skills through problem-based learning, reflective discussions, and project-based learning strategies. Supporting factors include teacher competence, curriculum support, and the religious culture of the madrasah, while inhibiting factors include limited instructional time, students’ tendency toward passive learning, and the lack of teacher training in critical pedagogy.The study concludes that the integration of religious attitudes and critical thinking skills in PAI learning can enhance the quality of learning, making it more meaningful, holistic, and contextual. The practical implication is the need to strengthen innovative teaching strategies that combine values and critical reasoning within the PAI curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in fiqh thaharah learning and to analyse its implications for students’ critical thinking skills at Pondok Pesantren Annur Darunnajah 8 Cidokom, Bogor. Using a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted in the fiqh class of upper secondary level students. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with school leaders, curriculum staff, fiqh teachers, and students, as well as documentation of lesson plans and learning outcomes. Data were analysed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, and were validated through source, technique, and time triangulation and member checking. The findings show that the CTL model has been implemented through seven core components: constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modelling, reflection, and authentic assessment, which are integrated into fiqh thaharah learning and pesantren daily practices such as wudu, maintaining cleanliness, and worship routines.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan humanis Paulo Freire dan menelaah relevansinya dengan konsep pendidikan humanisme Islam melalui kajian komparatif terhadap karya-karya utama Freire serta literatur pendidikan Islam klasik maupun kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan analisis isi (content analysis), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi titik temu, perbedaan, serta kemungkinan integrasi antara kedua kerangka pemikiran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan humanis menurut Paulo Freire berakar pada kritik terhadap pendidikan gaya bank yang menempatkan peserta didik sebagai objek pasif. Freire menawarkan pendidikan hadap masalah yang menekankan dialog, kesadaran kritis, serta pembebasan manusia dari berbagai bentuk penindasan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Sementara itu, pendidikan humanisme Islam berpijak pada pandangan bahwa manusia adalah makhluk mulia yang memiliki potensi fitrah, akal, dan kehendak bebas. Tujuannya ialah membentuk manusia seutuhnya melalui integrasi aspek intelektual, moral, sosial, dan spiritual, dengan nilai tauhid sebagai landasan utama. Dengan demikian, sintesis kreatif antara keduanya berpotensi melahirkan model pendidikan yang lebih humanis, kritis, transformatif, dan sekaligus berakar pada spiritualitas Islam.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education faces the challenge of separation between rational-secular and religious-spiritual approaches, which hinders the formation of individuals who are intellectually and spiritually whole. This study aims to analyze Al-Farabi's epistemology as a philosophical foundation for the development of Islamic education that integrates rationality and religiosity. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature study with conceptual and hermeneutic analysis of Al-Farabi's works and related literature. The results show that Al-Farabi's epistemology, through the concept of the hierarchy of reason (potential, actual, acquired, and active reason) and the integration of reason and revelation, offers an educational framework that positions both as complementary elements in the process of acquiring knowledge, from sensory experience to the attainment of transcendental truth, with the ultimate goal of true happiness (al-sa'adah). The contribution of this research lies in strengthening the philosophical foundations of integrative Islamic education that transcends mere cognitive achievement to include character building and spiritual orientation, thus offering an alternative to modern educational models that separate knowledge from moral-spiritual values.

Abstract

Deep learning is a central issue in contemporary education because it emphasizes meaningful understanding, reflection, and the relevance of learning materials to real life. However, the integration of modern pedagogical approaches and spiritual values has rarely been examined systematically. This study analyzes and compares the concept of deep learning according to Imam Al-Ghazali and Michael Fullan to identify conceptual intersections and potential synthesis. The method employed is a systematic literature review with a comparative approach, utilizing primary sources from Imam Al-Ghazali (Ayyuhal Walad) and Michael Fullan (Deep Learning: Engage the World, Change the World), as well as relevant scholarly literature from the past ten years. The analysis was conducted thematically and comparatively. The findings show that Al-Ghazali emphasizes character formation, purification of the soul, and spiritual orientation, whereas Fullan focuses on developing 21st-century competencies through the 6C framework. The synthesis of these two perspectives gives rise to the concept of “authentic learning,” which integrates spiritual dimensions and global competencies. This concept has the potential to enrich holistic educational practices in Indonesia, particularly in building a generation with strong character and global competitiveness.
