Abstract

The Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum is considered exclusive, such as rejecting the ideology of other religions, claims of separation between Islam and the state and even believing in the government's evil conspiracy. Eradication of radicalism in schools is intended to narrow the space for movement, therefore the role of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (IIES) is very important in breaking away from the notion of radicalism. This study was conducted to answer the question of how the strategy of an integrated Islamic elementary school in integrating the curriculum, extracurricular activities, environmental creation and other activities to prevent radicalism is carried out. This is qualitative research with principals, teachers and students as the subject of documentation studies, and interviews, while data analysis is carried out with the stages of reduction, exploration, verification and contextualization of data. The result of this research is that research shows that the integration of the learning curriculum at IIES West Sumatra is divided into four types that strengthen the applicable curriculum for character strengthening, personal strengthening of students to face global challenges. Strategies in extracurricular activities are carried out with a structured and systematic pattern. The three strategies for creating the environment are pursued in an Islamic atmosphere, non-discriminatory, based on genetic characteristics, upholding ethical values, respecting cultural pluralism, and a polite culture for school members. The four strategies for routine, spontaneous and exemplary activities to prevent radicalism are carried out by strengthening character and integrating activities with learning activities, nurturing and habituation in the form of worship activities, order, neatness and cleanliness, eating and drinking. drinking, social behavior. So it can be concluded that there is no indication of the strengthening of radical ideology in IIES West Sumatra

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan Lembar kerja Peserta didik untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development menggunakan model 4D yaitu define, design, developement, desseminate. Kegiatan yang dilakukan  pada tahap uji validitas Lembar Kerja Peserta didik kepada 3 orang ahli yaitu, Ahli Materi KeSDan dengan nilai validasi 3,30, ahli Tata Bahasa dengan nilai validasi 2,75, dan Ahli desain dengan nilai validasi 3,50. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh dari validator sebesar 3,18 (Sangat Valid) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta didik sangat layak untuk digunakan). Pada tahap Praktikalitas Lembar kerja peserta didik dinilai oleh 1 orang Pendidik yaitu 3,66 (Sangat Praktis) dan 5 orang Pesrta Didik 3,75 (Sangat Praktis). Kesimpulannya Lembar kerja peserta didik Tematik Terpadu Menggunakan Model Tihnk Pair and Share valid dan praktis digunakan digunakan pada kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This service activity aims to equip primary teacher education students who will carry out practical field experience in schools and madrasas on how to compose and develop online and offline learning tools. The ability to develop learning tools is a very important thing that must be mastered by prospective teachers. This mentoring activity method is carried out online using the zoom application with 80 participants. The approach used is the lecture method, meaning that the material is explained first and then followed by a question and answer session. The result of this mentoring activity is that there are still student teacher candidates who will carry out practical field experience who have not been able to develop and develop learning tools, especially developing the latest single sheet lesson plan. Based on the results of these mentoring activities, it can be concluded that: there are still some practical field experience students who do not know the latest policies regarding the use of one-sheet lesson plans in schools and are still unable to prepare lesson plans properly and correctly according to the standard of the learning process. From these conclusions, the authors recommend: to prospective practical field experience students to improve literacy before going to school and to Lecturers who are in charge of Learning Planning courses in conducting comprehensive evaluations

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of teacher performance data, transformational leadership, and school climate; and the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of school climate on teacher performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 94 elementary school teachers in the city of Padang. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that: the description of the transformational leadership data of elementary school principals in the city of Padang, is included in the high category with an average of 72.14, the description of school climate is in the high category, namely 101.80, and the description of teacher performance data is also in the high category, namely 92.12; there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance of 0.917%, its contribution is 84.08%, which means that transformational leadership has a strong effect on teacher performance of 0.913%, its contribution is 83.35, which means that the school climate has a strong effect on teacher performance; there is a positive and significant effect of transformational and school climate on teacher performance of 0.604, the contribution is 36.48%, which means that transformational leadership and school climate together have a strong influence on teacher performance. The implication is that efforts to optimize teacher performance can be carried out by school principals through exemplary, motivational, democratic policies, providing rewards, making good personal relationships and approaches, and creating a sense of security and comfort at work.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the dynamics between educators and students in the context of formal education, with a focus on the roles and interactions of both parties in the learning process. The methods used include direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with educators and students, as well as analysis of related documentation. The research results show that learning effectiveness is greatly influenced by the quality of the relationship between educators and students, where good communication and appropriate pedagogical approaches can increase student motivation and participation. Educators who are able to understand students' individual needs and apply inclusive and adaptive teaching methods tend to be more successful in creating a positive and productive learning environment. This research emphasizes the importance of professionalism and empathy in the role of educators as well as the active involvement of students in the educational process to achieve optimal learning outcomes. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of more effective and humane educational strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the headmaster ability to improve the performance of Islamic Education Teachers in Pedagogic competence, Professional Competence, and the unsupporting faktors and supporting of the headmaster to improve the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Pedagogic Competence and Professional Competence. This research is descriptive fiel research. That is giving a detailed description of the problems that are in accordance with the facts. The resources are the headmaster, vice headmaster of the curriculum section, vice headmaster of student affairs and 3 Islamic Religious Education teachers in Junior High School 5 Pariaman, east Subdistrict of Pariaman City. In the data collection the author conducted observations, interviews, and documentation studies related to the research. The findings of the study showed that the principal improved the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Pedagogic Competence in terms of understanding the teacher's insight into the foundation and philosophy of education, the teacher understood the potential and diversity of students, teachers were able to develop curriculum, teachers were able to develop learning plans and strategies, teachers were able to carry out learning which educates with a dealogical and interactive atmosphere, the teacher is able to evaluate learning outcomes, teachers are able to develop the talents and interests of students through curricular activities and extra curricular activities are enhanced through upgrading, Subject Teacher Training, educational training and workshops. Then every semester the principal conducts a Teacher Performance Assessment. Principals improve the performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Professional Competency in terms of Planning learning systems, implementing learning systems, evaluating learning systems and developing improved learning systems through teacher professionalism training, workshops, seminars and Subject Teacher Consultations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Painan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional, dengan sampel sebanyak 72 orang yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, besar gambaran kecerdasan emosional peserta didk dengan kategori tinggi yaitu 41,667%. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI pada mata pelajaran PAI ini terdiri kepada dua bagian yaitu hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan dengan kategori sedang yaitu 36,111%, dan aspek keterampilan dengan kategori sedang yaitu 30,556%. Hasil uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini, dimana diperoleh r hitung pada aspek pengetahuan sebesar 0,405 dan r hitung pada aspek keterampilan sebesar 0,329. Jika dibandingkan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% =0,235 dan 1% =0,306. r hitung yang didapat lebih besar dari r tabel (aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan) yang berarti koefisien korelasinya adalah signifikansi yang berarti hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan metode hypnoteaching, gambaran motivasi belajar peserta didik, pengaruh metode hypnoteaching terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen-semu. Pupulasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling, VIII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol adalah VIII.4 sebagai kelas kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode hypnoteaching dimulai dengan niat dan motivasi, pacing, leading, menggunakan kata-kata positif, memberikan pujian, modeling, dan menyampaikan materi secara kontekstual. Motivasi belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen pada kategori sangat tinggi, berada pada kelas interval 86-90 dengan frekuensi 13 orang dengan pencapaian 84,21 %. Metode hypnoteaching dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan rumus rxy (0,3634) lebih besar dari pada hasil perhitungan tabel ( rt) pada taraf yaitu signifikansi 5% (0.3494) yang berarti metode hypnoteaching sangat signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis internet terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan rumah pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Padang Pariaman Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Populasinya adalah 496 peserta didik dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Stratified Proposional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data yang diambil melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui banyaknya peserta didik yang menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yaitu 134 peserta didik, banyaknya peserta didik yang menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet terhadap penyelesaian pekerjaan rumah yang diberikan guru pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Padang Pariaman adalah sebanyak 89 peserta didik dengan efektivitasnya sebesar 65,78% dikategorikan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian literatur tentang mengelola stress belajar siswa dikarenakan banyaknya tugas dari sekolah pada era distrupsi. Dari beberapa kajian literatur mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami stress akibat banyaknya tugas dari sekolah. Peserta didik juga menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan stress yang salah mengakibatkan menurunnya produktivitas dalam mengerjakan tugas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan artikel dan buku, reduksi artikel dan buku, display artikel dan buku, pembahsan dan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian berupa artikel-artikel jurnal nasional dalam 6 tahun terakhir (206-2022). Hasil dari kajian ini menyatakan bahwa manajemen stres yang tidak kelola akan menimbulkan motivasi belajar siswa semakin menurun. Artinya motivasi belajar siswa pada era disrupsi ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor tidak hanya tugas yang banyak dari sekolah tetapi ada faktor lain seperti kondisi keluarga, hubungan dengan teman dekat, lingkungan sekitar dan teman pergaulan. Peran pendidik dan orang tua sangat penting pada era disrupsi saat ini. Peserta didik akan mengalami stres jika dukungan dari orang tua dan motivasi, saran dari pendidik tidak dilakukan secara efektif karena peserta didik pada era pandemi COVID 19 kehilangan masa-masa bersosialisasi dengan teman sekolahnya.
